Accommodation: Spa Hotel Elbrus has 55 double rooms and 32 suites. The rooms are equipped with LCD TV, free wireless internet, refrigerator, private bathroom, and hairdryer, terrace overlooking the park or forest.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 18 sq.m. Rooms are decorated in a traditional style. The furniture is made of wood and recreates the atmosphere of Bulgarian homes. Each room is equipped with a bedroom or twin beds, extra armchair bed, LCD TV, digital TV, refrigerator, central heating, balcony, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1 LUX: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. These rooms are furnished with a bedroom or twin beds, an extra armchair bed, LCD TV, digital TV, refrigerator, central heating, balcony, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 35 sq.m. The apartments consist of two rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed (135x200). They are equipped with LCD TV, free wireless internet, refrigerator, private bathroom, hairdryer and terrace with view to the park or forest. Maximum occupancy 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults. Exceptionally, accommodation of 3 adults and 1 child is allowed, but at the expense of comfort, and without accepting complaints from clients.
APARTMENT 2+2 LUX: Approximate area of 35 sq.m. They consist of two rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed (135x200). Equipped with central air conditioning, LCD TV, free wireless internet, refrigerator, and bathroom with tub, hairdryer, terrace overlooking the park or the Rhodope Mountains. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults. Exceptionally, accommodation of 3 adults and 1 child is allowed, but at the expense of comfort, and without accepting complaints from clients.

Baby cot is provided free of charge and by prior arrangement.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel is suitable for disabled guests.

The vegetables offered in the restaurant are grown in hotel’s own BIO organic garden. The Day Bar offers sweets prepared in a pastry shop located in the hotel. Elbrus Spa Hotel offers three conference rooms with a capacity of 30 to 100 seats. All conference rooms are elegantly furnished and modernly equipped.
Thermal Aquapark - used from May to October. The thermal water park is used at the request of the guests and is paid extra.
SPA and Wellness center: There are 4 pools with healing mineral water, salt mineral pool with hydro massage area located outdoors, 2 gyms, infrared, Finnish and herbal sauna. The hotel’s SPA center offers a wide range of therapeutic and exotic massages, spa therapies for face and body, as well as well-appointed physiotherapy with a doctor’s office.
