cred ca este cel mai bun hotel din Bulgaria la care am fost ( pana acum am stat la cel putin 15 hoteluri diferite in aproape toate statiunile din BG); este foarte curat, personalul super ok iar mancarea foarte buna

Este un resort de 5* , cu siguranta top 10 din Bulgaria. Cel mai bun ca servicii in care am fost noi, pana acum ,din BG, desi in ultimii ani, am fost numai la 5*. Camere mari, curatenie zilnica. Piscine incalzite la interior dar si la exterior. Restaurant bun, mancare buna. Zona de piscine din curte foarte frumoasa. Personal amabil. are si parcare in curte dar nu foarte mare, insuficienta ptr nr de camere. am fost 2 ori de de Paste , 2022 si 2025. Recomand, face banii platiti. am avut camere la parter cu vedere laterala, si acces la piscina-cu o mica terasa cu sezlonguri, lagon room .

Parcare relativ mica, de max 50-70 locuri cred, doar daca ai noroc gasesti loc in curte. Plaja abrupta pe 2 nivele, doar ptr bronzat si atat, acces foarte prost in apa, cred ca e destul de adanca la mal....dar se compenseaza cu piscinele. Nu are vecini, este destul de izolat, dar ai liniste. Se sta cam tot sejurul doar in hotel, pe jos nu ai unde de plimba.

F. frumos, curat, spatios, camere excelente, f. bine izolate fonic, climatizare super, piscina exterioara calda, bauturi f. bune, spectacole frumoase seara in sala de conferinte, parcare cata vrei chiar daca o mare parte in afara hotelului.

Aglomeratie mare la restaurant. Nu chiar mancare de 5*, dar ok.

Excepional, mancare i butur bun, personal amabil, multe activiti pentru copii. Camerele spaioase i curate. Piscina interioar inclzit suficient pentru a intra i copiii

Singurul inconvenient este ca e amplasat in camp, nu intr-o staiune unde ai putea s iei s te mai plimbi. Dar cate activiti ofer hotelul, nici nu ai avea timp de plimbare

Un resort care merit toate stelele, absolut totul a fost cum ne-am asteptat. totul la superlativ.....am incercat mai multe hoteluri din Bulgaria de-a lungul anilor dar aceasta este pe departe cel mai bun din toate punctele de vedere (cazare,personal,mancare). Menionez c in 8 zile la parna zi la cina nu s-au repetat felurile de mancare. Cinste efilor buctari!!!

Din pcate dup 2 zile de linite in care nu cred c eram mai mult de 20 de familii de romani(gseai ezlonguri libere i la mare i la piscine)hotelul sa umplut de romani i automat au aprut "rezervrile prosoapelor" atat la plaja cat i la piscine.

am plecat mai devreme pentru ca am primit o camera foarte mica desi in poze arata ca exista o canapea ,ni s a dat un extra pat suplimentar in care nu puteai sa dormi . Unul din cele mai bune resorturi din Bulgaria. Mancare diversificat, marea ok, ezlonguri gratuite. Frigider cu umplere gratuit (numr limitat de buturi)

Buturile slbue, curenia in camere superficial i dac lai baci tot nu fac mare lucru. Nu prea ai cu cine discuta prin hotel. Nu sunt flexibili la check-in/out. Cei de la service clieni au omis (intenionat) s spun despre taxa de tort (aniversar, 100 leva), spunand c e free of charge. Per ansamblu nite amatori.

Este un resort foarte bun. La capitolul curenie sunt de 10+. O s revenim cu siguran pentru ca ofer calitate i acest aspect este cel mai important .

Resortul superb,multe facilitati,gustari si bauturi diverse si la discretie.

In 6 zile la rand,la micul dejun aceeas mancare,la pranz aceeas mancare si la cina mai schimbau cate o ciorba si cate o carne .Deci mancarea e buna dar dupa prima zi nu te mai surprinde cu nimic...

Foarte ofertant hotelul, multe optiuni de entertainment, de la piscine, topogane de apa, la ample spatii interioare, loc de joaca pt copii, baruri, entertainment seara atat pentru copii cat si pentru adulti, desi era plin, rareori am avut impresia de aglomerat. Multiple optiuni de mancare si bauturi.

Locatia destul de izolata, plaja putin mai diferita si dificil de utilizat in special cu copii mai mici. Zona predominant vantoasa.

Un singur lucru as schimba: nu ai intimitate la toaleta sau la dus. Sunt niste usi de sticla opaca fara maner, in loc de maner fiind o gaura. Se vede si se aude tot.

Foarte ok pentru familii cu copii mici, piscina interioara pentru copii incalzita, si cea pentru adultii la fel, si cea exterioara cu cascada din fata piscinii interioare a fost ok ca si temperatura, mult mai calda apa fata de cea din piscina mare, sau de la adulti only. Mancarea foarte gustoasa, desi repetitiva. Fructe multe si proaspete. Personalul amabil, curatenie, toate serviciile impecabile. Plaja necuratata, deoarece anul acesta nu a mai fost in grija resortului. Dar au avut la dispozitie umbrele si sezlonguri, ceea ce a fost un mare plus. Cu siguranta este de revenit, doar sa nu mai creasca preturile.

La Wave Resort de 1 Mai 2023 pentru a doua oara. Este un hotel nou, cu un concept interesant si uimitor. Cand spui hotel de 5* UaL in Bulgaria, te astepti la servicii bune de 4* cu costuri ascunse. La Wave Resort ai cele mai bune servicii fara costuri suplimentare. Check-in devreme fara cost suplimentar. Camere mari si frumoase dotate cu mobilier de calitate, mini bar foarte bine dotat care se aprovizioneaza zilnic fara cost suplimentar, curatenie zilnic. Restaurantul te surprinde in mod placut. Bucataria are pereti de sticla si este amplasata in mijlocul salii de mese. Poti urmari felul in care se face mincarea. Mancarea este din abundenta, gustoasa si diversificata toate ingredientele de calitate. Mult peste proaspat bine pregatit si fructe de mare. Barul a fost impresionant. Bauturi de calitate din import, cocktailuri bine preparate si servite in pahare uriase din sticla. Cel mai mult mi-au placut fintanile arteziene din gradina hotelului. Seara poti urmari un joc spectaculos de apa, sunet, lumina si culoare. accesul la spa se face fara costuri suplimentare (bazin interior si exterior cu apa incalzita, jacuzzi, multe saune ). Halate si prosoape fara costuri suplimentare.

Entertainment inegzistent - un mic spectacol seara sau macar putina mizica de ambient in lobby bar.

Fructe, paine, pizza si gratar proaspete. Faptul ca au 7 piscine, concerte seara.

#WaveResort Bulgaria Ne-am intors din experienta Wave cu un gust amar. In anii trecui am tot mers in Bulgaria, de cele mai multe ori la HVD Miramar. Deci plecam cu o comparaie +- dar HVD este de 4 * si nu de 5* cum promite Wave a incepe cu mancarea : cafea imposibil sa fie bauta de noi cel puin. Supe pline de apa, ingheata plina de apa, mancare refolosita de pe o zi pe alta. Sucuri, bauturi la dozator. Mucegai pe peretii piscinei tip jacuzzi. termopanul antic, se auzea vantul si orice zgomot prin el ca si cum am fi fost afara. animaia pentru copii era ok daca pricepeai bulgara sau germana. Mai adaugau o engleza ca sa nu ne suparam. Mult zgomot, puine jocuri, nema mini disco.

Un punct in minus pentru parcare in sensul ca mi se pare absurd ca un ditamai resortul sa nu aiba parcare inclusa...te pune sa platesti parcarea 15 leva pe zi in conditiile in care licurile sunt limitate iar daca cumva pleci din resort, cand te intorci e posibil sa nu mai gasesti locul liber si il mai si platesti la final. a trebuit ca la fiecare iesire sa cer un jalon sa il pun pe locul de parcare ca sa ramana mereu liber si disponibil pentru mine. Un alt minus mi se par piscinele, are de altfel sunt fabuloase (mai ales cele de copii) insa sunt FOaRtE RECI....chiar si pentru aduli...as sugera, macar cele pentru copii sa fie o idee mai calde...macar cum e apa din mare (era mai calda decat piscinele) Un alt minus ar fi plaja....e abrupta si cu nisip plin de scoici...insa in partea dreapta gasesti plaja dreapta cu nisip mai fin...insa nu ai umbrela si nici sezlong. Per total, recomand, insa se mai poate umbla putin la anumite chestii...

Este un resort nou si foarte frumos. Camerele sunt foarte spatioase si au baie generoasa cu cabina de dus mare, doua lavoare. Minibarul asigura apa, sucuri si bere la doza.atat in camere cat si in intreg resortul este o curatenie desavarsita. Personalul este foarte amabil si esti intampinat mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Mancarea este foooarte buna si diversificata. amatorii de fructe de mare au la dispozitie la restaurantul principal calamar, creveti, midii in sos de vin, caracatita, raci. am vizitat si restaurantul a la Carte mediteranean si am fost incantati de atmosfera, servire si bineinteles mancare. Sunt f multe piscine, cea interioara si parte din cele exterioare sunt incalzite. Si cei mici au parte de spatii de joaca la piscine, loc de joaca exterior si un spatiu de joaca interior generos. Pot participa la jocurile organizate de echipa de animantie si pot dansa la mini disco in fiecare seara la amfiteatru. Suntem foarte incantati de experienta Wave Resort.

Camere spatioase, dotate corespunzator, facilitati conform descrierii

administrare defectuoasa, atat personalul hotelului cat si echipa de entertainment nu vorbesc bine engleza, desi oaspetii hotelului erau in proportie de min 80% romani, prezentarile s-au facut in limba bulgara cu o mica traducere in engleza la sfarsit, facand oaspetii sa se simta exclusi din activitatile organizate. am prins 2 alarme dintre care una cu evacuarea tuturor oaspetilor si alta la ora 2 noaptea care a fost lasata pentru aprox 10 minute cu volum tare in camera desi era alarma falsa. am semnalat nefunctionarea aerului conditionat in camera de 3 ori, de 2 ori au venit si au spus ca e rezolvat, a treia oara s-a rezolvat defapt, astfel incat vreme de 3 nopti n-am putut dormi din cauza caldurii din camera, trezindu-ne la ora 4-5 dimineata din acest motiv

... ar fi fost bine ca gazdele noastre( si aici ma refer la personalul din restaurant si la menajere) sa stie ca mastile NU se poarta pe/sub barbie sau sub nas,manusile ca si mastile trebuiau schimbate din cand in cand, NU se sterg 10 mesele cu aceeasi laveta (doar in ultima seara,au pus fete de masa si naproane din panza, in rest erau naproane de plastic :( puse direct pe masa, NU am observat sa le schimbe ,dupa ce se ridica cineva de la o masa, doar stergeau cu o laveta ) ,NU se matura cu clientii in restaurant(chiar daca pe jos a cazut ceva, eventual se foloseste un mop umed) si NU se debaraseaza o masa fara acordul clientilor,pareau ca ti stau "in carca" si ti luau farfuria din fata :))) . Ei incercau sa dea impresia ca respecta regulile sanitare necesare in plina pandemie, dar,doar incercau . total nemultumiti de acest aspect !

Servicii mult peste Romania. apropiate celor din turcia, uneori si peste turcia. Super tare zona de adults Only, cu baldachine gratuite. Mancarea buna, europeana! Cafea buna. Multe activitati si pt copii. La mare sezlonguri suficiente. Parcare pazita. aprox 8 euro / zi. Camera mare si confortabila, curatenie zilnica. Dezinfectant la tot pasul. Zona de mancare la piscina super tare.

Curatenia pe terasa si in restaurant , nu se face tot timpul. am prins 1-2 ori per sejur niste chestii neplacute. Dar cred ca e de solicitarea prea mare a personalului in servirea mancarii. Conceptul de Ultra all Inclusive cu schimbarile pandemice , este cam ciudat. te servesc ei ... unii iti pun ca la balamuc , altii zici ca iau de la gura copiilor lor. Personalul poarta masti ( majoritatea sub nas/barbie) . Imbulzeala a turistilor in restaurant.

Resortul este amplasat pe malul marii, langa lacul Pomorie, recunoscut pentru benefiicile terapeutice ale namolului. In complex sunt foarte multe piscine, spatiu de joaca pentru copii si aquapark. tot personalul, incluzand animatorii, salvamarii cat si personalul hotelului sunt foarte draguti, mereu cu zambetul pe buze si fac tot posibilul sa te simti bine. Camerele sunt foarte curate iar mancarea delicioasa. Ne-am simtit atat de bine, incat am prelungit sejurul cu inca doua zile.

Curatenie nu se face in camera decat daca aprizi la intrare butonul prin care soliciti sa se faca. am solicitat, au luat prosoapele si nu au lasat altele. a trebui sa astept pana a doua ziua cand au solicitat direct la femeile de la curatenie. Referitor la spectacolele care se organieaa seara in amfitreatu deschis foarte slabe, si la 22.30 se termina orice activitate. Doar barul din lobby ramane deschis

In contextul actual servirea mesei se facea de catre personal, astfel ca era puin mai incomod de spus cat/cu ce sa te serveasca, nisipul de la plaja nu este prea fin, fiind pietricele pe malul marii..
