The city is a popular tourist destination. Milestones are: medieval Belogradchik Fortress Belogradchik Cliffs. Other attractions in the area Magura Cave, famous for its cave paintings and the medieval fortress Baba Vida located in the town of Vidin on the Danube.
Legend stones: Many years ago it is said that in these places lived a father with his son, Dobromir. Father often told her son about a hidden treasure in the rocks.
