Sunt foarte multumita de serviciile oferite, agentul de turism foarte prompt, am primit mereu informatiile necesare la timp. Cazarea si transportul au decurs foarte bine si au fost conforme cu rezervarea.

Direct booking au fost ok . Problema a fost legata de compania organizatoare Join up , pot sa va spun ca fac cate 2 zboruri pe zi iar cand am plecat am avut intarziere de 2 ore am ajuns la ora 10 fara 20 seara la hotel . Iar excursiile luate prin ei au fost mult sub cele de la dertour ( este a 2 a oara in hurghada)
