Location: Royal Grand Hotel & SPA is a 4-star hotel built in 2018 on the Black Sea coast in the town of Kavarna, occupying a first-line position on the shoreline. The property sits in northern Bulgarian Black Sea country, with the sea immediately in
front of the hotel.
Beach: A private beach of medium-coarse sand and clear water lies directly in front of Royal Grand Hotel & SPA; sea access is via a few steps. Beach umbrellas and sun loungers on the hotel beach are not provided in the autumn–winter season; they apply
in summer only.
Accommodation: Royal Grand Hotel & SPA offers 140 rooms, family rooms and apartments in a five-storey building served by three elevators.
Pools: Guests enjoy an indoor swimming pool with warm mineral water and a dedicated children’s section. The outdoor pool does not operate in the period 01.10.2026–29.04.2027.
About the Hotel: Royal Grand Hotel & SPA centres on a restaurant with terrace and sea view, a lobby bar, a SPA centre with indoor mineral pool, jacuzzi, salt room, herbal and Finnish saunas, steam baths and a relax zone, plus a fitness hall. Free Wi-Fi
runs throughout the complex. A conference hall with equipment for up to 180 people and a souvenir point complete the public areas. Bathrobes are provided for the SPA.
Sports and Activities: A fitness centre sits within the SPA. The indoor mineral pool supports swimming year-round when open. The outdoor pool does not operate in the period 01.10.2026–29.04.2027. Festive periods add DJ parties, folklore and children’s
animation; on 14 February and 8 March the hotel programmes DJ party evenings.
SPA and Wellness: The modern SPA works with mineral water at a constant 27–30°C. The indoor pool with warm mineral water includes a children’s section. The thermal area comprises a jacuzzi, salt room, herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, ice buckets,
and a relax zone, together with a fitness hall. Bathrobes are provided for SPA use free of charge .
Accessibility: There are suitable conditions for people with disabilities. Room and access to restaurant, beach and SPA center.
Babies and Occupancy: Infants up to 1.99 years stay free of charge without using hotel services and are not counted toward occupancy in that sense; in family rooms and apartments one baby up to 1.99 years may be accommodated over the stated maximum occupancy.
A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Notes: Depending on weather conditions, some facilities may not be fully functional at the beginning and end of the season. Three adults in a Deluxe double are allowed but not recommended.

(minibar extra), telephone, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Combinations include 2 adults + 2 children, 3 adults, 3 adults + 1 child or 4 adults (maximum 4 adults). One baby up to 1.99 years may be accommodated over the maximum occupancy of
the family room.
1-BR APP 2+2: One-bedroom apartments of about 60 sq.m have sea or park view subject to availability: a bedroom with two separate beds and a living room with a sofa bed, separated by a door, plus a balcony. Air conditioning, 32-inch cable TV, telephone,
mini fridge (minibar extra), free Wi-Fi, free safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults (2+2, 3+0, 3+1 or 4+0). One baby up to 1.99 years may be accommodated over the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
Check-in: Check-in is after 14:00. Early access to the room, if available, is possible only on request and is payable at reception.
Check-out: Check-out is until 11:00. Late check-out may be granted subject to occupancy and is payable at reception.
Breakfast: All Inclusive buffet breakfast (08:00–10:00) with fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, cereals, croissants, pancakes, eggs and hot and cold drinks. On arrival the All Inclusive concept starts with lunch and ends with breakfast on departure.
Lunch: All Inclusive buffet lunch (12:00–14:00) with hot and cold dishes, dairy, seasonal fruit, Bulgarian and international cuisine, mineral water, soft drinks, draft beer and wine, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Snacks: 14:30 - 16:30 h. - French fries,
pizza, grill, side dishes
Dinner: All Inclusive buffet dinner (18:30–21:00) with hot and cold dishes, dairy, seasonal fruit, Bulgarian and international cuisine, mineral water, soft drinks, draft beer and wine, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Two special evenings per week may
be staged.
Drinks: All Inclusive includes local alcoholic and soft drinks, mineral water, draft beer and wine, coffee, tea and hot chocolate with meals and at the lobby bar as described. Imported alcohol and international drinks are extra.
Restaurants: The main restaurant with terrace and sea view serves All Inclusive buffet meals. Bulgarka Restaurant does not operate in winter 2026–2027.
Bars: Lobby bar (indicative 11:00–23:00) serves local alcoholic and soft drinks and hot drinks included in All Inclusive. Imported alcohol, international soft drinks and cocktails are extra.
Christmas: For stays over Christmas (23.12–26.12.2026 inclusive, minimum 3 nights) the All Inclusive package includes a traditional Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December, a festive Christmas dinner on 25 December 2026, DJ parties on two evenings, a folklore
programme and Santa Claus for children. The hotel will have a small gift for every child staying at the hotel on Christmas Day. If you would like Santa Claus to give your child a special gift, please bring the gift to the hotel in advance. These festive dinners
and programmes are part of the Christmas package as constructed for that period (not an optional add-on described separately). Standard All Inclusive meals apply around the festive dinners as operated by the hotel.
New Year: For New Year (29.12.2026–02.01.2027 inclusive, minimum 3 nights) All Inclusive applies. A New Year’s Gala dinner in the main restaurant is MANDATORY and payable as a festive supplement on top of the package (amounts are not published here).
The Gala is served as a buffet until midnight with a festive programme, DJ party and children’s animation; a wet buffet of Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks continues until 01:00, with champagne and fireworks. On 30.12.2026 a musical programme with
a guest artist and DJ party is held in the main restaurant, plus children’s disco and animators. On 31.12.2026 a festive musical programme in the main restaurant includes a raffle (prize: a weekend at Royal Grand Hotel & SPA), guest artist, DJ party, children’s
disco and animators. Children on an extra bed with two adults stay on All Inclusive but still pay the mandatory Gala supplement where applicable.
Festive programmes: For 14 February 2027 and 8 March 2027 a minimum stay of 2 nights applies and a DJ party is organised.
Free Services: Included: All Inclusive dining as booked; indoor mineral pool and children’s pool section; Finnish and herbal sauna, steam bath, adventure showers, salt room, ice buckets, jacuzzi and relax zone; SPA bathrobes; fitness centre; towels for
the pool; in-room safe; Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas; outdoor pool umbrellas and sun loungers are not applicable while the outdoor pool is closed.
