Location: Lucky Bansko hotel complex is located in a quiet area, at the beginning of the Bansko resort, next to the Glazne river. The hotel is within walking distance from the center of Bansko (600 m). The first lift station is 1600 m. away from the Hotel, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service for its guests at every 30 minutes. The hotel provides 3 free shuttles (according to the schedule) directly to the ski slopes at the Shiligarnika area.
Accommodation: The aparthotel was built in 2007, with the last reconstruction taking place in September 2023. It has 2 buildings served by a total of 4 elevators. The Hotel offers 115 studios and apartments in the two buildings, which have a warm connection between them. All rooms have TV, telephone, wireless internet access, mini safe, which can be used free of charge, corner with soft furniture. In the standard studios and apartments there is a kitchenette equipped with hot plates, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a mini fridge and dishes. The luxury studios and apartments do not have a kitchenette, but the amenities for guests such as a coffee machine with capsules and an electric kettle are preserved. The bathrooms are stocked with French cosmetics, there are bathrobes for adults and children. For the hotel's youngest guests, up to 7 years old, a toy is left upon check-in. Some of the apartments standard plus have fireplaces. Part of the Standard Plus apartments, all Executive apartments, Lux apartments, as well as two-bedroom apartments have private terraces. The prices include daily replenishment of water, coffee and tea in the rooms (complimentary). The hotel offers evening cleaning (turndown service) for all rooms, a candy is served as a compliment for "Good night". The views from the premises are to the mountain, the city or the river. The heating during the winter season is central, hot water is also centrally heated. The flooring is carpet.

1-BR APP 2+1: Approximate square footage - 35 sq.m. A comfortable and practical apartment consisting of an entrance hall, a bedroom separated by a door, a living room and a bathroom. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with a built-in mini-safe, a portmanteau and a full-length mirror. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a large bed for two, a TV and a desk with a mirror. The living room is spacious and has a double sofa bed to accommodate a third person. This type of apartments is with a bedroom or two separate beds and a desk, a spacious living room furnished with a coffee table, a double or triple non-extendable sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a fireplace or a dining table, a balcony with a table and chairs in some of the apartments, two TVs, satellite TV, telephone, wireless internet, safe, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, SOS system. It is extremely comfortable and functional and with all possible amenities. In the hall there is a wardrobe with a built-in mini-safe, a portmanteau and a full-length mirror. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a large bed for two, a TV and a desk with a mirror. A cot can be provided additionally upon request.
