Accommodation: The hotel disposes of 74 units – studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. The five-storey building is serviced by 2 elevators. During the winter months, the premises are heated with convectors. Each apartment has a boiler
with hot water.
STUDIO 2 + 1: Approximately 40 square meters. The studios (are only 5 unites in the hotel) consist of two premises, separated with a door – a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extra bed /extendable couch/. The living room disposes of
appliances for tea and coffee /an electric kettle, a microwave oven, cups for tea and coffee/. One-time refill upon arrival - mineral water, tea and honey/complement/. In the studios there are also bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, balcony /terrace/, heating,
hair dryer, mini-bar, towels and wardrobe. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximately 55 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of two premises, separated with a door – a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two extra beds /extendable couch/. The living room disposes of appliances for
tea and coffee /an electric kettle, a microwave oven, cups for tea and coffee/. One-time refill upon arrival - mineral water, tea and honey/complement/. In the apartments there are also bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, balcony /terrace/, heating, hair dryer,

2-BR APP 3+3 / 2-BR APP 4+2: Approximately 80 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of three separate premises – one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a living room with two extra beds /extendable couch/.
The living room disposes of appliances for tea and coffee /an electric kettle, a microwave oven, cups for tea and coffee/. One-time refill upon arrival - mineral water, tea and honey/complement/. In the apartments there are also bathroom with toilet, shower
cabin, balcony /terrace/, heating, hair dryer, mini-bar, towels and wardrobe. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults with 1 child or 4 adults with 2 children.
