Accommodation: Hotel Casa Karina offers accommodation in a total of 21 studios (5 lux and 16 standard), 25 one-bedroom apartments, 23 two-bedroom apartments and 54 double rooms. All of them are with city or Mountain View / upon availability /.
N.B. Some of the rooms have a balcony and others do not (it is upon availability)!

DBL 2 + 1/2 + 2: The size may vary. Approximate area 28 sq.m. The beds are two separate, French mattress type. They are furnished with a coat rack, wardrobe, dressing table with chair and mirror, convector radiator, LED TV, the flooring is carpeted.
The rooms have a bathroom with shower cabin with all the necessary accessories in them. Extra bed - can be a regular bed or a pull-out bed (camp bed type). Not all rooms have a balcony! Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
STUDIO 2 + 0: Approximate area of 40 sq.m. The beds are two regular, type French mattress. There is a kitchenette (hob, oven, absorber) and a seating area. It is not allowed to cook! There is an armchair, LED TV, the flooring is carpeted. Most of them
have bathtubs in the bathroom, and in some shower cabin. Not all rooms have a balcony!! Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child up to 3.99 years.
STUDIO 2 + 1 LUX/2 + 2 LUX: Approximate area of 45 sq.m. Luxuriously and modern furnished studio with double bed, sofa, port mantua, wardrobe, chair dresser and mirror, convector radiator, LED TV , the flooring is laminate.The studios feature
luxuriously finished bathrooms with a bathtub or shower cabin and all the necessary accessories in them.The extra bed is a sofa. Not all rooms have a balcony!! Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
1-BR APP 2 +1 / 2 + 2: Approximate area of 55 sq.m. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a living room with furniture, a kitchenette with hot plates, an oven, absorber (cooking is not allowed), a convector radiator, an LED TV, laminate flooring, a wardrobe,
a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The extra bed is a sofa. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. There are two regular beds and one extra bed (sofa bed). Most apartments have a bathtub in the bathroom, and some have a shower cabin. Not all
rooms have a balcony!! Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults with 2 children.
2-BR APP 4 + 1 / 4 + 2: The size may vary. Approximate area from 55 to 75 sq.m. The apartments consist of a living room with furniture, a kitchenette with a hob, an oven, an absorber (cooking is not allowed), two separate bedrooms (either only with regular
beds, or in some the second bedroom has a double bed), a bathroom, a convector radiator, LED TV, laminate flooring, wardrobe. The extra bed is double extendible sofa. Most have a bathtub in the bathroom, and some have a shower cabin. Not all apartments have
a balcony!! Maximum occupancy 5 adults and 1 child.
2-BR APP 4 + 1 LUX / 4 + 2 LUX: The size may vary. Approximate area from 80 to 110 sq.m. Completely renovated, modernly furnished, the apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette (cooking is not allowed) and two separate bedrooms with 4 regular
and 1 extra (sofa bed), bathroom with bathtub (in most of the apartments) or shower cabin. Almost all apartments has balcony with city or Mountain view. Maximum occupancy 5 adults and 1 child.
