The hotel offers accommodation in a total of 97 units, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. There are 6 floors and 7 elevators (each building has its own elevator).

STUDIO 2+0: Approx. 30 – 45 sq.m. The studios have one double or two single beds, kitchenette equipped with fridge, hobs, extractor, electric kettle and dining table, TV. The bathroom has a shower cabin or bathtub. Maximum occupancy – 2 adults and 1 child up to 3.99 years.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2/ 3: Approx. 45 - 57 sq.m. One-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette equipped with fridge, hobs, oven, extractor, electric kettle and dining table. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a bathtub. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. One-bedroom apartments have a balcony. Maximum occupancy – 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
2-BR APP 4+1/4+2/ 5: Approx. 52 - 65 sq.m. Two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette equipped with fridge, hobs, oven, extractor, electric kettle and dining table, electric wall panels. One or two bathrooms with shower cabin or bathtub, one toilet. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. Maximum occupancy – 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.
3-BR APP 6+1/6+2: Approx. 72 – 100 m2. Three-bedroom apartments consist of three bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette equipped with fridge, hobs, extractor, electric kettle and dining table. One or two bathrooms with shower cabin or bathtub. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. Maximum occupancy – 7 adults or 6 adults with 2 children.
