Location: The hotel is located in the south western part of the Golden Sands resort, among the greenery of the trees surrounding it with freshness. There is a bus stop 20 meters away. 1 km from the city centre and shopping area of resort.
Beach: Sandy, 600 meters from the hotel (through the rear exit of the hotel and by stairs to hotel Gradina). The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel was partially renovated in 2022 and 2023. The 5-floor hotel has 145 rooms. The views are to the pool or garden. Some rooms from the last floors have sea view. There is one elevator in the hotel.All room are carpentry  and bathrooms with shower.
