Location: The hotel is located in the heart of the Golden Sands resort, only 200 meters from the beach and next to a lively pedestrian area, offering a wide variety of dining, entertainment and shops.
Beach: Sandy, 200 meters away from the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. Enjoy the most beautiful and clean beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winner of the Blue Flag award.
Accommodation: Hotel Shipka was built in 1978 and renovated in 2015 and 2016. It consists of two hotel units (4th and 11 floors) and offers accommodation in 219 double rooms and 9 apartments. Both hotel parts have elevators, where they carry all guest
to the last floors to the top. In the high building, there are standard double rooms – park, Side Sea and sea. This year 2025y, the upper part at the hotel is fully renovated. There are also apartments with 1 bedroom. In the old building, we have 128 double
rooms + 11 apartment with 1 bedroom. All rooms have balconies in both the high and low. The new (low) building has 3 floors. It has 1 elevator. The rooms in the new building are only park. There we have 80 double rooms park 2+1, which are slightly larger than
the rooms in the high building. In the low building, we also have 2 apartments with 1 bedroom.
DBL PARK: 2+0/2+1/3+0: This type of room is about 18 – 21 m2. They have park view. The rooms have a double bed or two single beds, an extra bed (armchair or extendible bed with mattress), air conditioning, balcony, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator,
Wi-Fi, WC, shower and bathtub, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL SIDE SEA: 2+0/2+1/3+0: This type of room is about 18 – 21 m2. The rooms have a double bed or two single beds, an extra bed (armchair or extendible bed with mattress), air conditioning, balcony, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, WC, shower
and bathtub, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL SEA FRONT: 2+0/2+1/3+0: This type of room is about 18 – 21 m2. The rooms have a double bed or two single beds, an extra bed (armchair or extendible bed with mattress), air conditioning, balcony, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, WC, shower
and bathtub, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP PARK: 2+2: This apartment is about 28 m2. It consists of two separate units (there is door between them). There is a separate bedroom, living room with extra bed - extendible bed with mattress and extendible sofa (some apartments have only one
extra bed), air conditioning, balcony, TV with satellite program, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, WC, shower and bathtub, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP SEA: 2+2: This apartment is about 28 m2. It consists of two separate units (there is door between them). There is a separate bedroom, living room with extra bed - extendible bed with mattress and extendible sofa (some apartments have only one
extra bed), air conditioning, balcony, TV with satellite program, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, WC, shower and bathtub, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby up to 1,99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room.
Baby cot is provided free of charge and with request in advance.

The hotel is adapted for guests with disabilities and has a room that has a larger front door and the bathroom is only with a shower without bathtub.
About the hotel: The Shipka Restaurant offers 180 seating areas in the main hall and 70 seating areas on the terraces.Pool bar. Conference hall up to 70 seats, children's playground.
