Location: Villa Alpin is a small, luxury hotel in the center of the Borovets resort, it is located about 10 meters from the ski slopes. A beautiful and elegant combination of warmth and comfort, of style and sophistication, the complex manages to offer excellent conditions for everyone who wants to spend a truly great holiday away from the big city, surrounded by your favorite people.
Accommodation: Villa Alpin offers accommodation in double standard rooms, double lux rooms and studios with balconies with breathtaking mountain views. The three-storey hotel part does not have an elevator. The hotel also has adjoining villas, offering accommodation in a total of eight villas on one and two floors. The one-storey villas are cozy and have two separate bedrooms and a total of four beds. The two-storey villas, on the other hand, consist of three bedrooms with a total of five beds and a separate bathroom for each floor. Each villa is equipped with a TV, telephone and sofa, and some also have a sauna. During the winter months the heating and the hot water are central.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 18 square meters. The double standard rooms consist of a big bedroom, an extra bed and a table with a sitting area. The rooms also have a terrace with breathtaking mountain views and are equipped with LCD TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet access, mini fridge, telephone, safe and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and telephone. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 LUX: Approximate area of 25 sq.m. The lux double rooms consist of a large bedroom, an extra bed and a table with a sitting area. The rooms also have a terrace with breathtaking mountain views and are equipped with LCD TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet access, mini fridge telephone, safe and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and telephone. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
STUDIO 4+0: Approximate area of 30 sq.m. The studios are two rooms separated by doors, one with one double bed and the other with two single beds. The rooms are also equipped with LCD TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet access, mini fridge, telephone, safe and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and telephone. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
VILLA 4+1: Approximate area of 36 sq.m. The one-storey villas have two transitional bedrooms, separated by a door, one with a double bed, LCD TV, telephone, sofa bed and coffee table, and the other - two single beds, there is a possibility to put an extra bed. The bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower and hairdryer. High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is also available to guests. Extra beds are available on request and at an additional cost. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults.
VILLA 6+1: Approximate area of 58 sq.m. The two-storey villas have one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds on the first floor and one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed on the second floor. The bedrooms on the first floor are separated by a door. Each floor has a private bathroom. The floors have separate entrances. The villas are also equipped with a sauna on the first floor and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Maximum occupancy of 7 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
Pets are allowed only in the Villas - BGN 30 per day per pet
The hotel has not adapted room common areas for people with disabilities, nor does it have an elevator. Some of the villas are adapted for people with disabilities.
