Location: Hotel Breza is a stylish three-star hotel located in the heart of the ski resort of Borovets, in Rila Mountain between the two children's slopes and the gondola lift.
Accommodation: Hotel Breza was fully renovated in 2023 and has 28 modern and cosy rooms - double rooms, small suite, large suite and two-bedroom apartments. The three-storey hotel building does not have a lift. Heating during the winter months and water
heating is central.
DBL 2+0: Approx. 11 - 15 m2. Double rooms have one double or two single beds. Each room is equipped with a TV, wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, bathroom with shower, towels, slippers, cosmetics, safe, Wi-Fi, one-time refill of water, daily refill of coffee
and tea. The rooms do not have a balcony. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
TRP 3+0: Approx. 13 - 16 m2. The rooms have 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Each room is equipped with a TV, wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, bathroom with shower, towels, slippers, cosmetics, safe, Wi-Fi, one-time refill of water, daily refill of coffee
and tea. The rooms do not have a balcony. Maximum accommodation 3 adults.
1-BR SUITE 2+1/2+2: Approx. 16 - 20 m2. They consist of one room with a double bed and an extensible sofa. Each room is equipped with a TV, wardrobe, table, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathroom with shower, towels, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics,
safe, Wi-Fi, one-time refill of water, daily refill of coffee and tea. Maximum accommodation of 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
JUNIOR SUITE 2+1: Approx. 25 - 30 m2. They consist of one room with a double bed and an extensible sofa. Each room is equipped with a TV, wardrobe, table, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathroom with shower, towels, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics,
safe, Wi-Fi, one-time refill of water, daily refill of coffee and tea. 3 of the rooms have a terrace. Maximum accommodation of 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
2-BR APP 4+1: Approx. 40 m2. They consist of 2 separate bedrooms – 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Each apartment is equipped with a small extensible sofa, TV, wardrobe, table, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathroom with shower, towels,
bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, safe, Wi-Fi, one-time refill of water, daily refill of coffee and tea. The apartment has no terrace. Maximum accommodation 4 adults and 1 child.
* It is allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum occupancy only in the suites and apartments.
Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
