It is located 50 meters away from ski slope Red flag and the high speed four-seat lift Sitnyakovo Express and 250 meters away from the bottom station of the cabin lift. Accommodation: The five-storey Festa Winter Palace Hotel is served by two elevators and offers accommodation in 39 deluxe double rooms, 15 junior suites and 12 one-bedroom apartments. The hotel is centrally air-conditioned, with a separate thermostat in each room. Most rooms have balconies offering spectacular views of the slopes. All extra beds are hiking / folding /.

The double rooms dispose of one double or two single beds, a LCD TV, a telephone, a mini fridge, a coffee machine and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. They have LCD TV, telephone, mini fridge, coffee machine, balcony and bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. A door separates the bedroom and living room. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children up to 13.99 years. Configuration 2 adults and 2 children is on request only.

Luxuriously furnished, they are ideal for families looking for the highest level of convenience and comfort, combined with a refined taste of furnishings. The first floor consists of a cozy living room with sofas, a wide-screen LCD TV and a bathroom. The second floor of these premises is a comfortable bedroom, offering an impressive panorama of the pine forest. Equipped with central air conditioning, TVs, minibar, hairdryer, personal safes, coffee machine, bathrobes, towels, slippers, bathtub or shower cabin. Maximum occupancy 3 adults with 1 child up to 13.99 years or 2 adults with 2 children up to 13.99 years. It is allowed to accommodate an infant beyond the maximum capacity of the premises. Configuration 2 adults and 2 children is on request only.

*The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are suitable for accommodating people in wheelchairs. The hotel has one room adapted for people in wheelchairs.

About the hotel: Two restaurants and two bars with dishes from the Bulgarian and the international cuisine and selected drinks. The buffet restaurant is located next to the reception and offers rich variety of food and beverages on a buffet. Culinary fanciers of food dishes all over the world can sample homemade meals in restaurant Barbecue. Furthermore, the hotel offers a Lobby bar with a bakery “Mozart”, that provides the guests with homemade desserts.
