camera de familie cu doi copii a fost mare,cu paturi mari,curatenia se facea in fiecare zi,

hotelul are parcare subterana cu plata neinclusa in pret,am platit parcarea 270 lei pt 4 zile . In descriere ei spun ca ai jezlong pe plaja dar este langa hotel si destul de departe de apa ,dezavantaj pt familie cu copii. Mancarea cam aceasi in fiecare zi ,micul dejun mereu acelasi. Singurul peste existent a fost pangasius cam crud si fara gust.Cartofii prajiti erau din aceia congelati ,la fel si nugets.Prajiturile nu erau foarte diverse,erau foarte dulci. au excelat intr-adevar in bauturi ,vinul era ok ,apa minerala si sucurile la dozator dar ok,aveau si Frappe la lobby bar.Entertaiment pt copii varza,merge pt copii pana in 5 ani ,iar pt adulti nu a fost nimic. am platit prea mult pt servicii Ultraallinclusiv,dar nu s-au ridicat nici macar la nivel de allinclusiv. Nu mai revin la acest hotel.

pozitie superba pe plaja, pe faleza cu magazine si restaurante. piscina foarte frumoasa. Masina ne-au indicat s-o parcam la parking arda, la vreo 10 min de mers pe jos, parcare dotata cu camere si umbrar, a fost perfect. E inregistrat nr in sistemul electronic, se poate iesi si intra de cate ori vreti.

curatenia lasa de dorit, in camera erau fire de par pe gresie de la locatarii anteriori. Mancarea de la all inclusive e gustoasa dar nu e ptr gurmanzi, e repetitiva si putin variata.

Hotelul este amplasat pe plaja, exista sezlonguri gratuite, acestea se afla langa hotel, cele de la mare sunt cu plata. Dispune de parcare proprie, la subsol, 25 leva/zi.

Camera a fost curata la sosire, insa timp de 3 zile gunoiul nu a fost luat din camera. Gaseai ce sa mananci, dar nu este pentru pretentiosi.

Poziionat pe plaja, privelite superba, cocktail - uri bunicele

Curaenia a lasat mult de dorit, am gasit par in dulapuri, mirosea la baie a canalizare, nu s-a schimbat lenjeria nici macar o data, am avut 6 nopi de cazare. Mancarea slab diversificata, cat sa nu zici ca faci foamea. Divertisment slabu, apa in piscina rece.Parcare cu plata 20 leva pe zi adica aproximativ 50 lei.

Hotelul e situat pe malul marii,garaj subteran, curat, cu personal amabil,plaja foarte ingrijita . Camerele au aer condiionat, spatioase... Personalul foarte amabil cu toate ca am avut 2 probleme pe parcursul concediului. 1 am primit apartament cu privire in spate, noi platind pentru apartament cu privire la mare . 2 apa calda doar in prima noapte

am platit pentru apartament cu privire la mare i am primit apartament cu vedere in spate . Nu am reuit sa schimb camera . Urmeaza sa fac reclamaie .... apa calda doar in prima zi ( ceva probleme la boilerul electric ) au fost sa remedieze problema au pus sigurana i a3a zi sa incalzit apa pana la prima linie reuind sa spal fetia doar parial . O baie cu o mini chiuveta unde nu am reuit sa clatesc nici sticla de apa a fetiei . Daca avei norocul sa primii apartament cu 2 bai ( una mica de servici i una normala ) i cu privire la mare, vei avea parte de un peisaj de nota 10+++. noi nu am avut parte de serviciile care le-am platit . Nu reuesc sa ataez poze !!!

Hotelul este amplasat chiar pe plaja,in nisip,se vede si se aude marea din pat,pot spune ca am stat pe plaja 24 de ore din 24.Camerele foarte spatioase,curatenie,prosoape schimbate zilnic iar lenjeriile la doua zile.Mancarea este buna dar nu extraordinara ,nu te astepta sa poti compara cu all inclusiv din turcia! Desi nu obisnuiesc sa merg de doua ori in acelasi loc,aici as reveni cu siguranta!

am avut un sejur reuit. inca de la sosire am fost intampinai politicos i cu zambetul pe buze. Ni s-a facut check-inul i am fost invitai sa servim masa de pranz urmand sa primim camerele dupa aceasta. am optat pentru o suita cu un dormitor i balcon ceea ce am i primit. am avut vedere pariala la mare dar se putea vedea rasaritul daca te apropiai de balustrada. La plaja ezlongurile erau suficiente pentru toata lumea dar erau situate pe randurile din spate insa nu reprezenta o problema pentru noi, erau aproape de beach bar...personalul de la bar foarte amabil. Mancarea a fost ok dar pentru 4 stele cred ca se poate face un mic efort pentru mai bine. in holul hotelului era un aparat cu jucarii de plu...copiii din grup i nu numai au reuit sa catige peste 30 de mascote...cred ca au lasat gaura proprietarului...se puteau catiga foarte uor. Ne-au fost oferite locuri in parcarea subterana a hotelului pentru 20 leva/zi. Locatia e f buna, plaja aproape, apa din piscina a fost foarte buna. apreciez ca pentru familile cu copii mici serviciul de securitate la nivelul piscinei efectuat de salvamar este foarte bun, a fost foarte atent si mereu prezent. Mancarea a fost buna si relativ variata (e peste medie) dar cred ca depinde si de perioada, noi am prins o singura seara cu specific. Conditiile de cazare au fost conforme cu incadrarea hotelului . Pool/beach bar ul este foarte bine dotat iar barmanii au fost foarte receptivi si disponibili.

Problema PaRCaRII pana se face receptia camerei si alocarea pt parcare. NU EXISta NICIUN SEMN RUtIER care sa anunte ca se blocheaza rotile si nici varianta de informare trimitere SMS pt parcare. a parut ca am fost vanati, am parcat la sosire in lateral fix langa hotel si am plecat spre receptie iar dupa 3-4 min, cand m-am intors la masina (sa iau portofelul), o echipa de blocare roti pusese deja fixatoarele (caracatite) pentru 2 masini din grup si urma sa puna si la masina mea, am urcat insa in masina si am mutat masina in alta parte si am asteptat sa se faca receptia sa pot merge in parcarea hotelului. Echipa care a blocat rotile pe langa faptul ca nu aveau legitimatii si nu au putut justifica de ce au blocat rotile, nu aveau nici masina de ridicare cu platforma daca tot se prefaceau ca fac serviciu de ridicare masini parcate ilegal. Ei au asteptat sa facem o mica negociere cu ei ca sa le platim fara chitanta o suma contra deblocarii rotilor.

Mancare buna, insa nu foarte diversificata. Locatie buna, pe malul marii.

1. Plaja lor privata este foarte mica. Sezlongurile de langa malul marii sunt cu plata. 2. In fata hotelului sunt locuri de parcare marcate, insa nu sunt ale lor, sunt ale hotelului de langa. am parcat acolo 5 min cat am fost la receptie pt check in si pt a plati parcarea. Cand ne-am intors, roata era blocata, amenda 30 de leva. Normal era sa ne atentioneze paznicul din fata hotelului care ne-a primit cu "welcome". 3. am platit camera cu vedere la mare, am primit una cu vedere partiala la mare (trebuia sa scoti capul pe geam ca sa vezi marea). am reusit sa o schimbam dupa mai multe insistente. Initial, ne-au spus ca nu au alte camere libere. 4. Baia din camera necesita reparatii. Scurgerea era infundata. Placile de gresie de pe balcon se miscau. 5. Clar nu il pot numi hotel de 4 stele.

1. nu exista servicii ultra all inclusive, cu toate ca asa scrie in brosuri si descrieri. 2. am primit un apartament, care in dormitor avea 2 paturi twin, deci nu puteau dormi 3 persoane (familie cu in copil), iar canapeaua din living nu este buna pentru dormit (se deschide in 3 bucati si ies fiarele prin saltelutele subtiri). 3. baia este foarte mica si este dotata cu boiler de capacitate mica. Noi am fost 3 (cu in copil mic de 5 ani) si de-abia ajungea sa facem dusuri scurte. 4. camera nu are mocheta. 5. draperiile erau prea scurte si prea inguste, deci intra lumina din toate directiile. 6. stiam din descrierea hotelului si de la agentul direct booking ca avem sezlonguri gratuite pe plaja, cu toate astea, cand am intrebat la receptie ni s-a spus ca este contra cost. 7. parcarea este foarte scumpa. 20 leva/zi si masina stat in fata hotelului, in soare si putea fi zgariata de oricine din gramada de lume care trecea zilnic pe acolo. 8. mancarea execrabila: cartofi congelati prajiti, piure cu vegeta in el, peste congelat fara nume (i se spunea peste alb. cand am intrebat ce fel de peste nu au stiut sa spuna), orez cu un gust ciudat, legume la tigaie, ciorbe proaste (pana si o amarata supa crema de legume nu avea niciun gust si se simteau in ea coji de ceva), coaste de porc care nu puteau fi mestecate de tare ce era carnea, iar ceva carne de porc la plita care nu putea fi mestecata si inca cateva porcarii. ca sa nu mai zic ca te trezeai cu ospatarii care veneau si iti ridicau farfuria din fata fara sa intrebe daca ai terminat !!!. despre partea cu mancarea nu pot vorbi decat de rau. plus cafeaua care era apa chioara. 9. prosoapele groaznice, vechi, uzate, cu urme negre pe ele. eu am avut cateva prosoape de acasa si doua erau albe si, cu toate ca le tineam in dormitor, au disparut. 10. piscina este minuscula. 50 locuri sunt la piscina

aproape de plaja, efectiv iesi din curtea hotelului si intri pe plaja. Mancarea variata si curatenia din restaurant la parametrii maximi. Personalul amabil, in mare stiu engelza. Plaja privata inseamna ca in curte sunt sezlonguri , insa nu este pe plaja/nisip, insa nu este efectiv langa apa; sezlong plaja se achita 1o leva de buc +10 leva umbrela. Snack bar inseaamna gustari de la 10 dimi pana la ora 24.00, cu legume salata, cartofi prajiti, pizza, gogosi , patiserie, inghetata si bauturi. Celor care sunt pro, au si o echipa de animatori si activitati ziua si seara anumite spectacole, inclusiv unele dedicate copiilor.

Catalogat ca un hotel de 4 stele, apreciez ca este de 3 stele la dotari si decor camere. Camerele au mobiler din lemn care se vad ca sunt deja uzate. Baia este mica, cu cabina de dus si chiuveta mica. Curatenia in camera consta uneori in schimbari prosoape, aspirat in mare/spalat pe jos. De la cazare pana la plecare nu a mai primit sampon si gel dus, astfel incat recomandam sa luati aveti astfel de produse.Wi-fi este numai in restaurant si lobby , nu si in camere, cel putin la etajul superioare si acolo unde este merge slab.

amplasare direct pe plaja, apartamentul a fost foarte spatios, cu vedere la mare care are de fapt o panorama deosebita, un perete al camerei fiind doar din sticla. Personalul hotelului f prietenos inca din prima clipa, incepand cu persoana care iti duce bagajele in camera, receptioner, ospatari. Restaurant curat, mancare diversificata, f buna, bauturi, fructe, dulciuri, nu a lipsit nimic. Piscina curata, plaja aproape, nisip fin, curat. apa in mare curata. Hotelul este amplasat in mijlocul statiunii, seara ne era f comod sa iesim la plimbare direct in statiune, unde se gasesc multe bazare cu suveniruri si lucruri frumoase la preturi decente, plus diverse parcuri de distractii. Noi am fost incantati si multumiti de sejur.

Pretul parcarii interioare putin cam mare. Cca 50 eur 5 nopti.

Hotelul este foarte bine pzitionat, pe malul marii. Camere mari frumoase, noi am avut un apartament superb cu vedere catre mare, in fiecare zi se facea curatenie, se aspira, se dadea cu mopul se facea patul, ne-a schimbat de 3 ori lenjeria in tot sejurul. Restaurantul foarte ok., cu mancaruri rafinate si bine gatite, tot timpul foarte diversificate, si nu se repetau de loc, intru-n cuvant pe gustul nostru, 15 tipuri de fructe inclusiv ananas, dulciuri foarte gustoase. Snak Barul la inaltime, tot timpul se gatea intre mese si seara pana la ora 24:00, preparate calde, inclusiv o pizza foarte buna, si krispy de te lingeai pe degete, la inaltime. Barul avea peste 35 de tipuri de bauturi alcolice, plus bere, vinuri, sampanie, 7 tipuri de cokteil, sucuri, gelaterie, plus Whisky teachers, Stalinskaya si Wembley dry gin. totul la inaltime de nota 10. De peterasa si de la piscine se iesea direct pe plaja foarte lata si cu un nisip foarte fin, intrarea in mare foarte, foarte lina, intrari aproximativ 80 de metri in mare si apa de abia ce iti ajungea la mijloc.

Foarte frumos ! am fost de Paste, am avut un apartament cu 2 dormitoare, urias, curat si cu un balcon imens, cat cele 2 dormitoare plus livingul. Netul ok doar la receptie, in camera nu prea spre deloc ! Mancarea f.buna si diversificata (inclusiv oua, cozonac, miel- traditionale ! am mai fost in Bulgaria de Paste dar nu a fost mancarea atat de buna ca de data asta . Personalul -dragut si amabil, poate prea insistenti cei de la echipa de animatie- dar bine intentionati, tot incercau sa anime- asta le era job-ul ! :)

Chiuveta f.mica atat in baie cat si in toaleta (separata) .Daca era vara , sigur nu aveam loc sa clatesc costumul ! Lifturile- lente si veneau cam greu. Netul din camera (am mai zis) Parcarea- cam putine locuri afara, ca la subsol, in parcarea pazita, era mult prea scump !

am petrecut sarbatorile pascale la acest hotel.am venit foarte incantata si nu am cuvinte decat de lauda despre acest hotel.am fost un grup de 25 persoane adulti si copii si nimeni nu a gasit ceva de reprosat.Sa incep cu inceputul,am ajuns in jurul orei 14.00 la hotel unde am fost intampinati de un personal foarte amabil si am fost cazati imediat.apartamentele sunt de vis,spatioase,luminoase,dispun de un mobilier nou si curat,pe jos este gresie foarte ingrijita,sistemul de climatizare functioneaza perfect,se regleaza in functie de preferinta fiecaruia.am stat 3 nopti dar in fiecare zi au venit si au facut curatenie.Mancarea este pe gustul fiecaruia,se facea tot timpul proaspata si diversificata.Ne-au uimit cat de atenti au fost si pentru masa de Inviere,nu am simtit ca suntem plecati din tara,ne-au oferit oua vopsite in diverse culori, cozonac, miel, ciorba de miel.am fost cu totii incantati si vom repeta experienta,merita din plin.

Mancarea foarte buna si destul de variata. Locatia chiar pe plaja, piscina mare cu apa curata si una pentru copii. Personalul amabil. apartamentul spatios si curat.

Pretul parcarii un pic cam mare fata de concurenta. Si ar trebui atrasa atentia asupra faptului ca sezlongurile si umbrela se platesc separat la receptie nefiind incluse in serviciu UaI.

Hotel de nota 10+, nu 10! Un loc unde poti petrece o vacanta de vis, personal foarte amabil de la manager pana la cameriste. Camere mari, spatioase, conditii excelente, demne de un hotel situat pe malul marii. Cat despre mancare, diversificata, cu o multitudine de dulciuri,fructe si bauturi. Barmani care stiu sa-si faca meseria, faceau niste cocktail-uri extraordinare. animatia de la piscina este superba, cei 2 te fac sa te simti bine oricand, sunt prietenosi si se organizeaza diferite concursuri pentru toti. In concluzie, este un hotel la care m-as intoarce cu drag. Recomand pentru un concediu frumos! Respect!

Hotelul situat pe malul marii. Curat, se face curatenie in camera in fiecare zi. Confort foarte bun. Loc de joaca pentru copii cu persoana care i-a supravegheat si i-a indrumat in activitatile pe care le-au facut. a avut si o minidiscoteca pentru copii. Mancarea buna, servirea la fel. Foarte amabili angajatii hotelului in toate problemele avute. a fost un sejur foarte reusit, chiar daca nu am avut o vreme deosebita.

Personal ca si grupul cu care am petrecut acest sejur nu avem ce reprosa personalului angajat.

Hotelul este foarte curat, singura exceptie au fost paharele care nu erau foarte bine spalate. Mancarea a fost buna, diversificata. Ultra all Inclisive-ul insemna o sticla de teacher`s la bar, una de Pepsi Light langa automatul pentru sucuri si fresh de portocale la micul dejun care atunci cand se terminau nu erau inlocuite.

In camera erau 2 paturi separate, iar cand am cerut o camera cu pat dublu mi s-a spus ca hotelul era ocupat 100%, desi ajunseseram cu mult inaintea altor turisti.
