Beach: Sandy, 80 meters away from the hotel. Hotel Chuchulev is located between two beaches - it is 80 m from the beginning of Harmanite beach and a 3-minute walk from the Central beach. Harmanite beach has a long and wide stretch of beach covered with fine, golden sand. The beach is flat. Harmanite beach and Central beach are winners of the prestigious European Union Blue Flag award.
Accommodation: The hotel offers 10 double rooms, 4 economy double rooms, 7 apartments and 2 suites deluxe. All rooms are spacious and modernly furnished with solid wooden furniture, wide and comfortable beds, sofas, air conditioning, refrigerators, cable TV, terraces and free Wi-Fi internet. Most of the hotel's rooms have wide panoramic views of the beach and the sea. There is no elevator.

SUITE 2+0 GROUND FLOOR: Approximate area of 48 m2. It is located on ground  floor and has a separate entrance. The suite is very spacious and comfortable, with high ceiling, full wall of large windows, no terrace. Furnished with solid wood furniture, large bedroom, living room suite, dressing table, wallet and high-end air conditioning, refrigerator with camera, electric kettle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, separate bathroom and separate toilet. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
SUITE 2+0 DELUXE: Approximate area of 48 m2. It is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The suite is very spacious and comfortable, with high ceiling, full wall of large windows, no terrace. It is furnished with solid wood furniture, a large bedroom, living room, dressing table, wardrobe, top-of-the-line air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, separate bathroom and separate toilet. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
2-BR APP 4+0 GROUND FLOOR: Approximate area 42 m2. It is situated on the ground floor and has no terrace. It consists of 2 separate rooms - a large bedroom in one and 2 twin beds in the other, a corridor between them and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furnished with solid wood furniture, wide and comfortable beds, top-of-the-line air conditioning, a fridge with a camera, electric kettle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+0: Approximate area 50 m2. They are located on a separate floor and consist of two separate rooms with balconies, and between the two rooms there is a separate room / area with a seating area and a bathroom. Each of the rooms is comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture, wide and comfortable beds, top-class air conditioners, a fridge with a camera, electric kettle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+0 SEA: Approximate area of 50 m2. It consists of 2 double rooms with sea view and 2 bathrooms. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
