Location: Hotel Paraiso Theopolis consists of two newly built buildings located next to Hotel Paraiso Beach. The distance to the center is 250 meters.
Beach: Sandy, 10 meters from the hotel. The beach is sandy and the entrance to the sea is smooth. Access to the beach is by steps. Enjoy the most beautiful and clean beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winner of the Blue Flag award.
Accommodation: The hotel offers accommodation in 21 double rooms, 5 one-bedroom apartments and 2 large one-bedroom apartments. The Paraiso Beach Hotel and Paraiso Theopolis buildings are located next to each other, only one of them has an elevator. All
rooms have sea view or partial sea view.
DBL 2+1 / 2+2: Approximate area of 24 sq.m. The rooms have two regular beds and a sofa bed (110/190), balcony and central air conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
1-BR APP 2+1 / 2+2: Approximate floor area of 32 sq.m. The apartments are two-roomed: bedroom (with double bed) and living room (with 120/190 sofa bed) with a door between the two rooms, kitchenette (fridge, stove and microwave - on request), balcony,
and central air conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
1-BR APP 2+3 / 2+2 LARGE: Approximate area of 40 sq.m. This type of apartment is a two-bedroom with a larger area. The apartments have a sea view. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed (120/190) and an armchair, kitchenette
(fridge, hob and microwave - on request), balcony and central air conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
* Babies are NOT included in the maximum capacity of the rooms. It is allowed to accommodate up to 1 (one) baby above the maximum occupancy.
A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request.
Pets up to 4 kg are allowed for a fee of 15 EUR / 29.34 BGN per day. Pets over 4 kg. are allowed for a fee of 25 EUR / 48.90 BGN per day.
The hotel does not have rooms adapted for people with disabilities.
