De apreciat faptul c se face curenie in camere zilnic.Personalul amabil chiar daca ne-am ineles mai mult prin semne,deoarece nu prea ineleg engleza.

Plaja este cu mult mai departe decat este menionat....aprox.1 km. Buturile diluate la maxim, mancarea nu prea diversificata..

Este un hotel rezonabil (ok pt suma platita- 344- 6 nopi 28.08-04.09.2020),cu diverse feluri de mancare (se repeta,dar ai suficiente feluri de unde poi alege). Curaenie ni s-a facut zilnic,cu schimbarea prosoapelor. Camere mari cu paturi i canapele spatioase.

-Sucul de dozator nu are un gust prea placut (dar aa este in general la all inclusive),iar cola o ceri de la bar,nu o poi lua tu, cand ti-e sete,ca celelalte sucuri -berea e ok(ca de dozator) dar celelalte bauturi, gen cocktail nu le poi inghii. Cafeaua este de fapt ness,dar te serveti singur,de cate ori vrei .

O vacana reuita,datorita echipei Direct Bioking,seriosi si bine pregatii. Hotel,cu locaia perfecta in centrul staiunii,ne a incantat cu noile imbunatairi facute ptr noi,mancare buna,curaenie. Un sejur minunat petrecut de 4 ani in acest hotel. Deja mi e dor de clatitele de la micul dejun.

Raport calitate pret absolut exceptional! Fiind pretul mic am avut oarecare retinere cand am rezervat. a fost o surpriza foarte placuta! Hotelul arata fff bine! Mancarea este fff buna! In centru staiunii, 7 min pana la plaja, hotel ok, camere mari , mancarea bunicica

Doua piscine ,f putin pt un hotel asa mare.Mancarea putina si se repeta zilnic, curaenie zilnic,superficial.In 7 zile nu s a schimbat lenjeria!atentie la prosoape si lenjerie,intr o zi fetitei noastre i a curs sange din nas si patat un prosop in doua locuri cam cat o moneda de 50 bani, a doua zi am primit de la receptie notificare scrisa , ca avem de plata 15 leva pt cele doua pete!!!Wi-fi cu plata (108 le va pt 3 telefoane) merge bine in camera si slab spre f slab la piscina.Farfurii si tacamuri murdare, masa slab variata, personal f putin si majoritatea tineri sezonieri, care nu faceau fata cand era aglomerat , cu toate ca isi dadeau silinta, doamna care servea mancarea era de f multe ori depasita de situatie , moment in care mai servea si sefa de la bucatarie , cu o falca in cer si una in Pamant, iti arunca mancarea ca din avion si se incrunta daca mai cereai,berea ff slaba i cele alcoolice la fel,suc dozator slab, fructe stafidite si stricate( piersici si prune) ii mai salvau pepenele rosu si galben

plata parcare , 7 zile /70 euro , majorat costul sejurului cu 28% , mancare nediversifcata, cam aceleasi feluri in fiecare zi , dar nu poti spune ca se face "foamea " , aveai de unde sa alegi , bauturi ca la all ( slabute) , dar puteai sa cumperi de la bar altele , pentru galagie e vina turistilor .

amplasarea buna a hotelului Potrivit pentru familie cu copii Curaenie zilnica dar superficiala Petrecere pentru copii in fiecare seara . Loc de joaca pentru copii.

atenie la parcare !!! Este cu plata i e extrem de scumpa 20 de leva pe zi . La 300 de m este o parcare privata cu 10 leva pe zi . WiFi nu este gratuit precum scrie pe site ci 36 leva pe saptamana . Mancarea este aceeai zilnic la toate mesele. Bauturile alcoolice i sucurile sunt de proasta calitate. Galagie noaptea in hotel . Per ansamblu hotelul nu se ridica la nivelul de 4 stele .

Hotelul Diamond arata bine pe dinafara dar in interior este dezastru

Cind am ajuns la hotel am fost la receptie sa cer parola wifi si am avut surpriza sa nu aiba wifi gratuit si daca vreau net trebuie sa platesc .La curatenie intrau peste tine in camera la ora 8 dimineata fara sa intrebe nimic.timp de 7 zile am mincat aceeasi mincare zilnic fara sa schimbe ceva in meniu,dimineata acelasi parizer , la prinz acelasi pui ,orezul nefiertsi seara aceesi mincare .Hotelul avea un singur bar care se deschidea la ora 11 si avea doar bere si si sucuri, cokteil nu aveau. acest hotel nu merita 4 stele este un hotel de 2 stele.

Camera spatioasa, curata .

Personal necalificat si cu un comportament care lasa de dorit , in special in zona de bar , mult zgomot pe latura cu strada din cauza traficului si uneori din incinta hotelului de la turistii care continua petrecea in camere dupa ce se termina programul la bar. Mancarea este aceeasi atat la pranz cat si seara cu mici exceptii ( la cina am mai avut la gril mici, carnati, si ceva ce semana a burgher, cate un sortiment din ce am enumerat pe seara , toate cu acelasi gust) . Predomina mancarea din carne de pui si porc , majoritatea cu sos . Pestele cate un sortiment in fiecare zi , macrou, merluciu si pangasius la cuptor. Nu am vazut macar o data pe toata durata sejurului de 7 zile, un sortimet de carne preparat simplu la gril. Micul dejun acceptabi ( omleta in fiecare zi gatita insuficient) . In ceea ce privete berea , nu am baut niciodata asa bere de proasta calitate . Internetul este contracost iar parcarea etse 20 leva/zi.

Locatia hotelului este excelenta chiar in centrul statiunii, raportul calitate- pret este OK. In sejurul nostru de 7 nopti ni s-au schimbat lenjeria de 2 ori, prosoapele murdare lasate jos erau schimbate, camera destul de spatioasa ca si baia. Curatenia a fost multumitoare. Masa suficienta, dar nu prea diversificata. Bauturile de la barul de la piscina OK, mai putin cele de la dozator.

Parcarea a fost contra-cost (50 ron /zi) cu toate ca in oferta aceasta era gratis in limita locurilor disponibile

Numai de bine despre acest hotel, ne-am simtit minunat, curatenie in camera ni se facea in fiecare zi, prosoapele ni se schimbau de fiecare data cand consideram noi ca e necesar ( le aruncam pe jos) mancarea relativ buna si diversificata. Raport calitate pret a fost ok.

Bautura a fost groaznica, lenjeria de pat ne-a fost schimbata doar o data in cele 7 nopti, nu ne-au oferit un loc de parcare decat dupa 3 zile. Nu l-as recomanda ca un hotel de 4 stele, ci ca unul de 3 stele.

Pozitionat in centru, aproape de plaja (mers pe jos cam 10 minute la pas de plimbare) parcare gratuita cu paza, camere curate la fel si hotelul, unele feluri de mancare au fost chiar bune, atitudinea angajatilor din hotel, foarte buna!

Lipsa diversificarii meniului, aproape toate cele 8 zile petrecute la ei, am vazut aceleasi feluri de mancare, mezelurile si preparatele din carne tocata aveau gust de soia..., nici bautura nu exceleaza, in rest cam atat.

Cind am luat biletele am ales o camera standard de 4 stele .Cind am ajuns la hotel am primit o camera murdara plina de praf cu cearceafuri murdare, la baie nu avea feon , aerul conditionat nu functiona. am fost la receptie sa imi dea alta camera si am platit in plus 84 de leva .Masa nu era ok maincare putina si daca nu erai printe primi nu mai apucai nimic si la ora 14 cu lume in restaurant se stingeau luminile si mincai pe inturenic. Cind am plecat cu autocarul din bucuresti cind am ajuns la autocar nu am gasit locuri autocarul era plin .

Pozitie centrala,la 300m de plaja si la 50 m de centrul statiunii. Camere destul de spatioase. Bautura de la bar se oferea cat cereai,fara restrictii. Mancare diversificata dar aceeasi in fiecare zi. Personal amabil.

Camere cu gresie pe jos cam murdare,cameristele faceau curat doar pe deasupra. Piscina foarte rece,nu poti sa stai mai mult de 10 min in apa desi era luna august. Sezlonguri insuficiente la cat de mare este hotelul.Ca sa prinzi loc trebuia sa rezervi de la 7 dimineata. Curatenia la barul de afara lasa de dorit,nu se stergeau mesele decat daca cereai in mod expres.
