Location: The hotel is located in the southern part of the resort, 150m away from the beach. The hotel is near to the most popular attraction – The Dunes and the new town of Nessebar. Burgas Airport is 35 km away, and Nessebar is 1 km away.

Accommodation: The hotel has double, triple, single rooms and apartments. The six – storey hotel has four lifts.
DBL 2+1: 19 m2 .The standard double rooms are with two regular twin beds and with one extra bed (single sofa bed or extendable armchair), flat TV with channels, inner telephone line, air conditioner, Wi Fi, mini bar, balcony and large bathroom with shower cabin, WC and hairdryer. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults Accommodation of 1 baby over the maximum occupancy is permitted.

The maximum occupancy is 3 adults. Accommodation of 1 baby over the maximum occupancy is permitted.
1BR APP 3+2 / 3+1: 70 m2 . The one-bedroom Apartments are large and spacious and consist of one separate bedroom with two regular beds and a large living rom. Both rooms are separated by a door. In the living room there is a big extendable sofa for 2 persons and a third regular bed. The apartment is equipped with flat TV with channels, mini bar, inner telephone line, air conditioner, Wi Fi and balcony. The bathroom is large with shower cabin, WC and hairdryer. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 children. Accommodation of 1 baby over the maximum occupancy is permitted.

The two-bedroom Apartments are large and spacious and consist of two separate bedrooms with twin beds in each and a large living room with big extendable sofa for 2 persons. The apartment is equipped with flat TV with channels, mini bar, inner telephone line, Wi Fi, air conditioner and balcony. The bathroom is large with shower cabin, WC and hairdryer.
