Location: The hotel is located in the south-western part of the Golden Sands resort, among the greenery of the trees surrounding it with freshness. There is a bus stop 20 meters away. 1 km from the city center and shopping area of resort.
Beach: Sandy, 600 meters from the hotel (through the rear exit of the hotel and by stairs to hotel Gradina). The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel was partially renovated in 2022 and 2023. The 5-floor hotel has 145 rooms. The views are to the pool or garden. Some rooms from the last floors have sea view. There is one elevator in the hotel.
