totul a fost ok.Personal amabil, cunosc suficienta engleza incat sa te intelegi cu ei.Mancarea destul de buna, nu este un meniu extrem de variat, dar nici nu este sarac, Dar dupa 3-4 zile incepi sa iti mai doresti si altceva.Destul de curat atat hotelul, cat si camerele, in unele locuri se putea mai bine dar nu e nimic grav.

Faptul ca nu ofera prosoape de plaja decat cu o garantie de 20 de leva/prosop mi se pare ciudat.Cand am fost sa returnez prosoapele au ezitat sa imi dea banii pe motiv ca a semnat altcineva in locul meu si a predat prosoapele.In conditiile in care eu eram cu prosoapele in fata lor.

Se face curatenie zilnic, se schimba prosoapele la 2 zile, daca este cazul, cel putin cel pentru picioare. Hotelul este amplasat destul de aproape de plaja

Cea mai proasta mancare ever, din pacate, chiar si de sarbatorile pascale. Nu prepara gratar, friptura, meniul este facut in categoria foarte low budget, produsele sunt cele mai ieftine, nici nu se pune problema de meniu international. Nu exista papuci de unica folosin, nici halat in camere. Canalizare destul de proasta, se scurge greu apa de la dus. Si uneori se simte in camera un miros de namol/canal

Ne-am simtit bine la acest hotel, mancarea a fost destul de buna,pe saptamana au 3 seri tematice cu diferite tari (se gateste mancare specifica tarii respective). Au animatori pentru copii dar si pentru adulti cu diferite jocuri. curatenie in camere in fiecare zi, lenjeria se schimba la 3 zile.

Nu prea sunt, poate distanta pana la plaja dar sunt scurtaturi prin padure cu trepte, iluminate seara. Aproximativ 10 min pana la plaja. Iar aici avantaj ca e departe de zgomotul si agitatia din centru.

Foarte frumos amenajata gradina, piscina, terasa.

tavanul din baie cu mucegai, gresia deteriorata, necuratata, conditii de 3 stele, nu de 4. a fost remediata problema tavanului, dupa solicitare, dar ca "rasplata" nu ni s a schimbat lenjeria la timp si o zi camera a fost omisa de la curatenie- hartie igienica, gunoi.

hotelul mi-a lasat o impresie buna,personalul dragut,am sesizat o problema cu patul(era rupt) si in 2 ore problema s-a rezolvat.

Un pic cam departe de plaja,dar...au pus la dispozitie un microbuz,care ducea/aducea clientii de la plaja, din 30 in 30 min.

Hotelul curat, prosoape schimbate zilnic, mancarea nu foarte variata dar proaspata, preparate gustoase, piscina curata, personal amabil, atmosfera foarte prietenoasa, program de divertisment zilnic oarte dragut( datorat echipei de animatori)

Distanta pana la plaja si faptul ca hotelul nu are plaja proprie( trebuie sa iti cauti plaja publica), parcarea la hotel foarte scumpa.

impresive the service in the restaurant excellent team always smiling and show willingness to help you all 2time as well in the bar.

very poor service the housekeeping and also at the front desk on chekc out they are pretending to pay towels that they never put on the room. very bad after the excellent impresion they left us the restaurant and the bar. no one during our stay there come to check our room.

Cel mai jalnic hotel de 4 stele pe care l-am intalnit! acum depinde si cu cel compari, dar 3 stele e deja prea mult! Fac comparative aici cu 4 stele tot Bulgaria (Riu din Obzor si Viva Club din Nisipuri) Concret: - in 4 zile nu a trecut nimeni sa faca curat! au venit in ultima zi (a 4 -a) cand deja strangeam bagajele... - hotel vechi cu mucegai pe la rosturi in baie, cu sifon si baterie ruginite, cu niste jeguri de prosoape rupte pe margini, cu cada si perdea din plastic ca la 3 margarete, plin de nisip pe mocheta dupa holuri! - Sa pui autocolante pe unde e gresia sparta chiar si in receptie e de rasul curcilor! - mancarea 3-4 feluri din care greu alegeai ceva (seara fara exceptie nu aveai de ales!) Nu suntem pretentiosi dar sa fie niste mici, carnati si chiftele cu sosuri peste, paste iuti, cartofi prajiti si niste pulpe cu mult bulion deasupra alegeti voi pentru un copil ceva sa manance!! In concluzie e primul hotel in care merg cu all inclusiv si mananc in oras! Prajiturile aratau toate la fel diferenta era de gelatin colorata de deasupra. Pepenele rosu in 4 zile a fost de 3 ori roz !! cam crud Eclerele acre! Pentru capacitatea hotelului piscina mult prea mica! Nici gratis nu m as intoarce in acest hotel!

am ajuns la hotel la ora 12...check-in-ul se facea la 14...am primit bratarile pt allinclusive si am putut urca sa luam pranzul.Mancarea nu e f diversificata, insa poti sa iti faci cu uurina combinatii bune; tavile se schimba imediat cum au fost golite...bataie mai ceva ca animalele cand aduce pizza in perioada 15:00-17:00( personal, am ramas cu un gust amar...am avut prilejul sa impart acest sejur si cu alti turiti straini printre care erau si o ciocanitoare cu tendine bulimice si foca ce se antrena sa ajunga la categoria balena...si nu erau romani asa cum ni se tot face noua reclama ca suntem nemancati.. .in fine, in privinta bauturilor, au sucuri diluate cu apa, bauturile alcoolice sunt f proaste. Camera curata, prosoape schimbate in fiecare zi, aternuturile la 3 zile...wi fi gratis doar in zona receptiei( Daca voiai si in camera/piscina era 20 leva/ sapt); piscina curata, destul de mare, sezlongurile erau putine pt nr turitilor si am vazut ca se practica rezervarea lor prin punerea prosoapelor pe sezlonguri de la 6 dimineata. Pt a ajunge la mare, trebuie sa cobori niste scari timp de max 10 min( daca inca esti ghiftuit de mancarea introdusa forat in stomac fiindca ai luat allinclusive si esti un supraponderal cu dorina de obeziate morbida). Per ansamblu, inand cont exclusiv de locaie si serviciile oferite pentru suma chtuita, am fost multumit de acest hotel( nu e de 4 stele, dar e pe aproape ;))

Hotelul este foarte ok, mancarea buna si suficienta chiar daca este aglomerat (platourile se alimenteaza imediat ce se terminau ) distanta nu e foarte mare pana la plaja, faci cam 5min daca mergi pe scari. au microbus gratuit din 30 in 30min si face 2 min max. Camerele curate si spatioase dotate cu prosoape si consumabile pentru baie. Curateania se face zilnic.

Raport pret -calitate este un hotel bunicel. Piscina curata, mancare putin variata, dar bunicica. Frumos architectural si camera cu vedere la piscine (pe care am avut-o) avea si vedere laterala la mare.

Cam puine sezlonguri omparativ cu nr. de camera al hotelului. Echipa de animatie a fost slabuta (o tipa OK si un tip foarte "daramat").

Multumit din punct de vedere al cazarii: - curatenie facuta zilnic; - prosoape si asternuturi schimbate; - personal serviabil.

Din punct de vedere al mancarii: - lasa destul de mult de dorit, exceptie facand clatitele de la micul dejun. Un alt aspect negativ ar fi parcarea, neamenajata, dar musai de platit, altfel masina iti este ridicata.

Nu au sezlonguri pe plaja te obliga la piscina la all-inclusiv, dar daca mergi la mare e 2 km pe scari, de 3 ori pe zi, cam nasol sa urci atata.

am fost dezamagiti de mancarea de proasta calitate si nediversificata, de loby-bar-ul la care, desi era deschis 24 de ore, dupa ora 22:30 trebuie sa platesti bauturile; hotelul nu cred ca se incadreaza la cele 4 stele.

totul este super , mancarea buna , diversificata , proaspata ,suficienta. Camea in care am stat a fost foarte .ok si ea , curat de la usa pana pe balcon. La piscina e si acolo foarte.ok. barul de la piscina si Lobby barul servesc bauturi foarte bune , gratis indigene , cu plata de import. Seara cockteiluri gratis la Lobby Bar.

Noi am fost 2 cupluri in perioada 29 iunie-5 iulie. Hotelul este curat, camera ok. Noi am stat la etajul 5. Piscina curate, sejlong-uri destule pt perioada in care am fost noi. Plaja nu este departe, dar hotelul nu avea rezervate sezlonguri pe plaja, noi am stat pe nisip

Ospatarii nu vorbesc engleza, nici cei de la bar. Desi intrebam in engleza, ei raspundeau in bulgara. Stau prost la capitolul mancare, in sensul ca mancarea era aceeasi si nu foarte variata. Dupa 3 zile te cam saturi de acceasi mancare. Ca si gust mancarea era ok, doar ca nu era variata. Pentru un hotel de 4 stele ar fi trebuit mai mult

fiind singura cu copil mic (1 an), eram mai ravasita la plecare. domnisoara de la receptie a uitat sa imi dea pasapoartele inapoi, de la vama m-am intors sa mi le recuperez. un receptionist competent mi-ar fi atras atentia, daca ar fi fost rutinat in check in-check out.
