Beach: Sandy, approx. 550m. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation:  The hotel has 2 buildings, from which the main building has 6 floors. Total number of rooms is 236 - apartments, double standard/large and single rooms with park or pool view. All of the rooms and apartments have a balcony, bathroom, central air conditioning, a mini fridge, TV, direct phone, hairdryer, Wi-Fi.

DBL 2+1/ SGL: Approximate area is 24 m2. The rooms have two regular beds or large double bed (upon request) and one extendable armchair. Not all rooms have an extensible armchair. All rooms have balcony with chairs, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toiletries, direct phone, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, TV and mini - fridge. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 LARGE: Approximate area is 34 m2. The rooms have two regular beds or large double bed (upon request) and one extendable armchair. Not all rooms have an extensible armchair. All rooms have balcony with chairs, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toiletries, direct phone, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, TV and mini - fridge. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area is 40 m2 .The rooms consists of one bedroom and one living room. The rooms have three regular beds and one sofa bed. All rooms have balcony with chairs, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toiletries, direct phone, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, TV and mini - fridge. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby up to 1.99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room.

Baby cot is provided for an extra charge of 5 BGN per day, upon request.
Two of the standard rooms have equipment for people with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed.
