Dezamgit de baie, foarte mica i cu un miros ingrozitor de canal in permanenta, pentru un hotel de 4* foarte foarte dezamgit, buturile din barul restaurantului erau atat de diluate incat aveai impresia ca bei apa cu o uoar aroma, de cola sau Fanta spre exemplu. ezlonguri fr saltea i fr msu, inc un minus pentru 4*.erai obligat sa ii lai paharul de bautur pe nisip unde inevitabil te trezeai cu nisip in el.

Pozitia hotelului fata de atractiile turistice si plaja curata

Nu merita 4 stele, pachet de nimic prezentat cu titlu de ultra all inclusive. Camera: miros de canalizare, camera mica si foarte incomoda, fr noptiere, o singura priza si aceea departe de pat, a plouat de hol. Plaja: sezlonguri fara saltea. Mancare nici buna, nici rea, bauturi de proasta calitate. Nu vom reveni.

Amplasarea hotelului

Desi am platit bilet ultra all nu exista asa ceva, camera ptr 3 adulti a fost mare dar patul ptr a 3 persoana era pat pliabil - ca adult nu ai cum sa dormi cazi din el.Mancarea este repetativa, la pranz si cina majoritatea felurilor de mancare are la baza cartof si orez.Sucurile sunt de calitate proasta la dozator, bauturile alcolice sunt locale la fel calitate proasta.Este al 3 lea an cand vin la acest hotel dar serviciile , masa au scazut, pretul platit pe sejur nu se merita.

Pozitionarea hotelului este un plus acesta aflandu-se chiar pe plaja . Managerul ( o doamna ) amabila .

Hotelul are mai multe corpuri ( noi am fost situati in corpul C ) , acesta nu este absolut deloc conform asteptarilor si clasarii pe toate site-urile este de maxim 3 stele. am avut boiler in camera de mica capacitate si apa s-a terminat dupa ce unul dintre noi a facut dus. aerul conditionat era plin de praf , filtrele nu au fost spalate de foarte mult timp si mirosea intepator atunci cand ii dadeai drumul . Pe pereti se regaseau tantari pliciuiti cu tot cu sangele celor ce au fost intepati. Pe durata sejurului a mirosit in camera a tigari si mucegai . tineti cont de review-uri atunci cand va decideti sa mergeti undeva . Noi am gresit si nu ne-am uitat atunci cand am achizitionat vacanta .

Mancarea este diversificata existand opiuni pentru toate gusturile. Curenie este fcut zilnic, personalul amabil. Mulumit de raportul calitate-pre.

Ultra all inclusive ul nu are nici o legtur cu realitatea la baruri existand strict produse locale. Camerele nu sunt in nici un caz de 4 stele, ci mai degrab de 3. Dei are parcare proprie, hotelul are o taxa de 20 leva zi, aproximativ 60 de lei.

Hotelul este pe plaj, plaja este bun. Este foarte aproape de oraul vechi Nessebar, ceea ce pt noi a fost un criteriu important. Mancarea gustoas, nu foarte multe variante, dar imposibil s nu gseti 2-3 combinaii ok pentru mas.

Mobilierul este destul de vechi i de uzat, baia inghesuit, duul cu perdea. Curenia aproximativ, lenjerii i prosoape curate, dar mocheta neaspirat/insuficient aspirat, panze de pianjen prin coluri, geamuri nesplate.

este departe de a se numi de 4 stele cu servicii ultra, este doar un hotel cu servicii "bifate". - pe ua principala intra turitii, tot pe aceeai u trec muncitori transpirai in pielea goala care schimba saltele, mobilier, aprovizionare, etc. - saltelele in camera sunt uzate, dormi ca intr-o gaura. - pe lang preul de cazare, la recepie se pltete separat parcarea hotelului (20 leva/zi). - dei am luat servicii ultra all inclusive, apa plata se da cu poria (1 L/zi /camera), seara am cerut apa pentru in camera i mi s-a spus ca pot sa iau de la recepie de la dozator sau sa le dau o sticla sa o umple de acolo (noi fiind 2 aduli cazai cu copil de 6 luni) - s-a intrerupt curentul pentru circa 3 ore, timp in care toate serviciile au fost indisponibile. - anumite spatii nu au funcionat, se prezint a avea sala de jocuri, mini disco....nu le-am vzut deschise. - greu accesibil pentru bebe in crucior (scri abrupte, lipsa rampe)

Nu am avut internet in camer, nici vreun post tv in roman, dei au muli turiti romani. Piscina interioar cred c are prea mult clor, mirosul era puternic, iar personalul ,un domn i o doamn ieeau des impreun la fumat, iar copii neinsoii de vreun printe intrau in bazinul mare .

Pozitionare buna, pe plaja. Mancare foarte buna si diversificata, personal foarte saritor si amabil.

Desi hotelul dispune de piscina interioara incalzita, ni s-a comunicat ca nu functioneaza si nu a putut fi folosita. Este regratabil, avand in vedere ca pentru mine, asta a fost o conditie obligatorie in alegerea hotelului. De asemenea, mesele de pe terasa sau de la lobby sunt foarte putine in comparatie cu capacitatea hotelului. Daca vremea este nefavorabila, nu ai unde sa stai inauntru, iar daca e frumos afara, nu sunt mese suficiente.

Mancarea buna, personal primitor si cu zambetul pe buze. Chiar daca se intra cu cina au deschis restaurantul principal pentru pranz cu ceva mancare, stiind ca noi am ajuns in prima zi al noului sezon.

Camere mari dar care trebuiesc imbunatatite cu mici retusuri . La divertisment nu au oferit nimic.

Amplasarea hotelului (pe plaja), calitatea plajei, intrare lina in mare, nisip fin, sezlonguri gratuite pe plaja, prosoape ptr plaja gratuite, mancare buna, personal amabil, prosoapele schimbate zilnic, parcare proprie gratuita.

Miros de canalizare in baia camerei, lipsa saltele ptr sezlonguri pe plaja (pui prosopul direct pe plasticul dur), lipsa masuta la sezlonguri, curatenia cam deficitara (erau vizibile fire de par prin colturi), piscina nu foarte curata (insa aici nu e neaparat vina lor, am vazut un copil de vreo 5 ani nesupravegheat lasat sa faca pipi de pe marginea piscinei, in vreme ce mamica vorbea la mobil, nu, nu erau romani...)

Din pacate nu mai este un hotel de 4 stele. am mai fost ?i anii trecu?i ?i a fost foarte ok. acum totul lasa de dorit. am ajuns sa facem check in ul la ora 14.00 conform programului ?i ne au dat o camera mare ce i drept, dar aerul condi?ionat nu func?ia iar u?a de la intrare nu mergea inchisa. Dupa insistente ne au oferit alta camera, care a fost mai acceptabila. ?i asa am pierdut vreo 2 ore aiurea. Mancarea e ok. Bauturile low cost. Plaja e ok.

totul a fost bine. Hotelul are condiii foarte bune de cazare, plaja privata curata, iar mancarea este proaspata.

Camera nu a avut priza langa pat, ceea ce a fost un lucru destul de neplacut daca ne gandim la incarcarea telefonului. Salteaua cam veche, deformata.

Hotel cu 2 corpuri , unul mare celalalt mai mic , hotel cotat cu 4* ,cazarea a fost bineineles in corpul mic care era cotat cu 3* ( pacat ca nu pot atasa poza ) si binenteles ca am platit pentru 4* am avut camera 402C

Gaseai sezlonguri libere pe plaja hotelului in orice moment al zilei, iar la piscina nu erau aproape niciodata ocupate. aveau bar si pe plaja. Curatenia se facea dimineata la ore fixe.

Mancarea era aproape aceeasi in fiecare zi. Desi erau cazati si turisti straini inafara celor bulgari, cea mai mare parte din personal nu cunoaste limba engleza la nivel de incepator. In perioada respectiva au fost cazati in hotel mai multe familii de bulgari de etnie roma care au rugat DJ-ul sa le puna muzica din folclorul lor la barul de la piscina.

Hotelul e pe plaja, are bar la piscina si la plaja, umbrele si sezlonguri.

La UaI puine bauturi incluse in pachet, mult mai multe cu bani. Parcarea se platete, seiful se platete. atmosfera seara lasa de dorit, chit ca spun de program de divertisment. O muzica placuta in surdina ar fi utila pe tot parcursul zilei. Personalul de la receptie nu e in stare sa ii faca o informare turistica minima.

Lipsa programe tv romanesti, lipsa saltele pe sezlonguri la plaja. Noi am platit ptr serviciul ultra all inclusive, dar este un all inclusive. Noi am plecat cu autocarul, la dus a fost k, dar la intoarcere ne-au mutat in trei autocare, nu este k sa muti bagajele de trei ori.

Lenerii de pat si prosoape curate, schimbare sac baie zilnic, bauturile de la barul de la piscina ok!

avad in vedere ca am platit pentru ultra all inclusive am primit conditii de all inscusive. Parcare cu plata.Camerele nu sunt cele prezentate in poze. Fatada hotelului este putin distrusa, iar in holul din corpul D sunt infiltartii. Baia nu arata de 4 stele si miroase groaznic a canalizare. Camerele sunt prezentate ca fiind pentru nefumatori dar pe masa din interior se gaseste o scrumiera. Frigiderul din camera este gol( lipsa minibar in camera) ingalbenit de timp, ruginit si pica in interior. Personalul care se ocupa de curatenie nu cusoate deloc limba engleza si nu inlocuieste consumabilele din baie. Mancarea este aceeasi in fiecare zi, prajiturile au toate acelasi gust. Bauturile de pe plaja sunt diluate. Gustarile sunt insuficiente si mereu aceleasi (pizza si hot dog) iar dupa ora 18 nu se mai servesc. Intr-una din zile am gasit par in paste, iar in alta tacamuri murdare. Barul de la intrarea in hotel este cu plata (serveste bauturi internationale). Pe plaja nu exista saltele la sezlong, iar umbrelele sunt prea mici, la pranz abia gasesti umbra. Nu recomand!

Camere mici cu mobilier vechi. Usa la balcon nu se deschidea complet, patul fiind f aproape de aceasta. Baie f mica, fara perdea la cabina de dus, asa ca apa ajungea pana la usa, spatiul pentru toaleta f ingust, boiler situat la inaltimea capului, probleme cu scurgerea apei la chiuveta. am gasit in 2 nooti gandaci in hol. Meniuri saracacioase. Liosa animatie pentru copiii romani si pentru adulti.

Un hotel pozitionat foarte bine, lipit efectiv de plaja cu umbrele pentru toata lumea. totusi pentru nr de stele pe care il are hotelul ar fi trebuit or schimbate sezlongurile cu unele mai confortabile ori sa puna la dispozitie o saltea pentru acesta. Masa diversificata , ai de unde alege. Piscina are apa cam rece dar ok pentru o mica balaceala daca nu ai chef de plaja. Pentru copii au in fiecare seara un specatacol diferit ( magie , muzica, dans ,etc ) foarte ok . Copilul meu a fost foarte incantat de spectacole. Oraselul vechi merita vizitat , este la 15 minute de mers pe jos. Daca stai sa cauti defecte gasesti dar eu zic nu sunt de luat in seama poate de cei mai pretentiosi :).

am avut norocul sa avem camera cu vedere si spre piscina si spre mare/orasul vechi, este spectaculoasa vederea, cei care "prind" camera spre parcare nu cred ca vor fi prea multumiti statiune foarte frumoasa si curata, mancarea cam aceeasi in fiecare zi cu unele schimbari de la o zi la alta dar ai din ce alege, am venit cu niste kg in plus :))), animatie buna dar lipseste pe plaja (doar la piscina),curatenie in camere zilnic,lenjeria de pat a fost schimata o data pe sejur, prosoapele la nevoie,parcarea este 10 leva pe zi, dar daca nu te grabeste sa platesti in avans prinzi loc liber chiar pe randul din fata pracarii pazite (noi am platiti o noapte si dupa aceea am mutat masina unde am gasit gratuit, adica tot in fata hotelului dar pe alt rand) apa curata, plaja mare curata, nisip fin, a fost o alegere reusita, recomand acest hotel
