ideal pentru familie cu copil/copii, tobogane, entertainment i pt copii i pt aduli pe tot parcursul zilei, clubul pt copii face senzaie iar piscinele sunt fr repro.

Singurul lucru care ar trebui inbuntit ar fi regimul all inclusiv, m-ar fi bucurat un ultra all cu buturi internaionale deoarece preurile pentru ceva mai de calitate sunt exagerate, la fel i costul parcrii care este o adevrat problem pentru un hotel cu aa dimensiuni.

acest hotel considera ca are 5 stele,dar de fapt cred ca se incadreaza la 3... am ajuns la hotel unde nu aveau parcare disponibila decat in curtea hotelului vecin sau pe strada (noi fiind cazati la Palace-5*), apoi dupa ce am facut check in-ul si am ajuns in camera, minibarul era gol...am sunat la receptie unde nu au facut decat sa imi comunice lista de preturi pe care le practica pt bauturile din minibar,deci contracost( bauturile din minibar fiind o conditie obligatorie pt un hotel de 5*). Nu exista halat sau papuci. Pe hol ,ca si in camera,miroase a canalizare... Mancarea gatita de la restaurant e formata din 3 feluri,aceleasi in toate zilele pe care le-am stat acolo,in rest,mancare rece era destula,bineinteles de cea mai proasta calitate, ca si dulciurile care aveau acelasi gust toate, inghetata pe care stai un pic pe ganduri daca sa i-o dai copilului sa o manance sau nu( cred ca e cea mai proasta calitate din Bulgaria), iar de bauturi nu prea am mare lucru sa zic, cele nonalcoolice sunt baubile,dar la cele alcoolice cred ca si cel mai "aprig" consumator,ar zice pas; gustul bauturile e unul de alcool din acela de alcool dublu rafinat,combinat cu ceva otet( in cqzul vinurilor) , iar cocktailurile sunt formate dintr-un sirop amestecat cu alcool dublu rafinat,imposibil de baut. I-am cerut ospatarului un Hugo(chiar si contracost) dar el mi-a raspuns ca nu stie ce este si ca singurul Hugo pe care il stie,este Hugo Boss...am renuntat sa mai consum ceva. Daca vrei sa bei o cafea,gasessti pe holul hotelului,la fiecare etaj e amplasat un aparat de Nescafe ce face cafea instant( genul de ness de la noi), iar daca ti-e sete, au tot pe hol un aparat de apa,unde te duci cu paharul (pe care ti-l aduci din camera,nu gasesti langa aparat) daca vrei sa bei. La mare nu exista beach bar pe plaja, daca vrei ceva, trebuie sa urci o gramada de trepte,astfel incat mai bine te lispesti pe caldura de acolo,pana ajungi la bar, nu iti mai trebuie nimic... Dupa programul de la ora 20.30 pt copii , urmeaza un show de la 21.30 de aprox. o ora, dupa care peste tot se cam da stingerea,iar la ora 23( fara ceva) se aduna tot de pe mese(mai ca te trimit in camera ospatarii) , se sting luminile arhitecturale, e o liniste mormantala peste tot, chiar si la lobby bar... In concluzie, noi nu vom mai merge niciodata in Bulgaria,consider ca este o pacaleala , deoarece nu au nici o notiune despre ce inseamna 5*

Este a treia oara cund revenim la acest hotel intrucat am fost foarte multumiti de cele oeferite - macare, curatenie, personal amabil, plaja

Singurul minus mare este din cauza parcarii - de trei ani inca nu s-a rezolvat aceasta probleme - platesti 7 zile pentru parcare (si nu este putin) dar nu ai locul asigurat in parcarea hotelului. trei zile la rand am fost nevoiti sa cautam loc la celelate doua hoteluri apartinatoare, si nu a fost chiar simplu cu copiii dupa noi. Si culmea, parcarea era ocupata si de masini ale angajatilor din hotel :( Cei de la receptie dau vina pe forma se security iar ceilalti invers. Cert este ca parcarea se plateste la hotel, deci ei sunt raspunsatori! poate pe viitor reusesc sa se organizeze mult mai bine.

Super fain, totul la superlativ : De la locatie Hotelul chiar este de 5 stele, ai toate facilitatile de la piscine exterioare cu tobogane pentru copii si adulti la sezlonguri suficiente, piscina interioara super faina.zone de joaca pentru copii de toate varstele atat in interior cat si in exterior, plaja privata cu sezlonguro si nisip super fain. Baruri peste tot si la orice ora fara sa fie aglomerate.mancare de calitate si care sa intruneasca toate criteriile si pretentiile. personal super prietenos si profesional.totul aranjat la linie si curatat temeinic gradinile super frumoase.

am fost mul?umi?i de tot ceea ce ne-a oferit resortul! Mancarea foarte buna, chiar ?i dulciurile mi-au placut foarte mult!Merita sa petreci un concediu in aceasta loca?ie!Bautura slabuta, pe stilul all inclusivului Bulgaresc. M-am bucurat de cafea, apa minerala ?i apa tonica! ?i berea de la restaurantul nem?esc era foarte buna!

Pro: Camerele mari, cu baie cu cada si dus. Curatenie zilnica in camere. La restaurant se curata masa dupa fiecare client. Gasesti sezlonguri libere atat la piscina (mai putin la cea cu topogane) cat si la mare.

Contra: Nu am gasit loc de parcare si am fost nevoita sa ma cert un pic la receptie ca sa fiu lalasa sa parchez la hotelul vecin care apartine de acelasi lant hotelier. Ei ma trimiteau sa parchez la o parcare publica. La receptie nu prea se vorbeste engleza. Mancarea cam putina...cam de nivel de hotel de 3stele. Nu mori de foame...dar mi se pare absurd sa servesti aceeasi supa de pui in fiecare zi. La plaja se ajunge coborand vreo 80 de trepte, care apoi, evident, trebuie urcate. plaja foarte mica (dar curata).

Infrastructura hoteliera este impozanta, exteriorul este ca un parc, cu alei umbroase, spatii verzi, sunt activitai pe tot parcursul zilei, apreciez ca fiind recomandat in special pentru cei care au copii. am observat ca se igienizau mesele inainte de a fi utilizate de ali turiti, unii angajati debarasau mesele, alii pregateau masa pentru urmatorii, toi avand manusi. Curaenie in spatiile comune, mai puin in zona de plaja unde mai gaseai dimineaa diverse ambalaje, paharele, etc, iar ezlongurile erau pline de nisip. Un atu este aquapark-ul, dei este foarte aglomerat de cele mai multe ori, iar orarul de funcionare este limitat la 2, 3 sau 4 ore/zi, in funcie de atracie. apreciez ca este de nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele, nu cu mari pretenii, din alte destinaii de vacanta de acelasi gen.

Este un miros urat in camera, parea ca vine de la mocheta. Cand stateai in pat, chiar i cu geamul deschis, mirosul era deranjant. De fapt, a fost cel mai neplacut aspect din toata vacana. i ali turiti cazai au semnalat acelai lucru. Mancarea destul de basic, se repeta aproape in fiecare zi , cu mici variaiuni, niciun preparat mai deosebit. aceeai observaie i pentru restaurantul italian. Capitolul mancare compenseaza insa cu zonele tematice de mancare. Cocktail-urile fara gust, iar cele cu o urma de gust sunt foarte dulci. De preferat sa bei suc simplu. Plaja este ingusta, cu 3 randuri de ezlonguri, apa cu alge in fiecare zi, dar daca treci de aceasta zona de la intrarea in mare, e ok, nisip pe fundul marii. Lipsa unui beach bar este un mare minus, avand in vedere ca este destul de mult de urcat/coborat pana la plaja, iar caldura accentueaza disconfortul. angajaii nu stiu engleza, singurii care vorbesc cat de cat sunt cei de la recepie. asa ca daca e vreo problema sau vreo neclaritate/intrebare, de orice fel sau oriunde prin complex, doar acolo se pot obine informaii.

La piscina interioara nu se putea respira, iti lacrimau ochii instant in momentul in care intrai in incapere. au folosit o cantitate exagerata de clor. In nici una din zilele in care am stat nu am vazut pe nimeni sa curete marea, prin urmare era plina de alge.

Oficial e interzisa rezervarea de ezlonguri inainte de ora 08:00. trebuia sa ma trezesc la 06:00-06.30 sa pun prosoape pe 4 ezlonguri (eu, soia, 2 copii) i sa stau pe ezlong pana la ora 08:00, altfel nu mai prindeam ezlong la piscina...Erau ezlonguri la mare, dar in zona unde plaja era ingusta, in apa erau pietre taioase...in zona unde plaja era ok nu erau deloc ezlonguri...

Camerele cu vedere la mate au o privelite uluitoare. Noi am avut un apartament recent renovat care arata superb. Mincate pentru toate gusturile i pregatita in fata clientului. Dulciuri delicioase,fructe,sucuri la dozator dar cu gust. Merita sa incercai.

Marele minus este plaja. Nu este amenajata i foarte murdara. Dar compenseaza cu piscinele i toboganele.

Mancare diversificata, Restaurantul Italian are mancare foarte buna Echipa de animatie depune mult efort. Sejurul ne-a placut in esenta, vrem doar sa facem cunoscut ce e de stiut.

Hotelul are urme de uzura, mucegai in baie, draperii si perdele sifonate de o vesnicie, personalul e plictisit, uneori se face curatenie in camera, uneori nu, flexibilitate zero, lipsa parcarii, adica nici sa opresti in parcare sa iti descarci bagajele nu e permis fara sa te certi, mobilier uzat si demodat, la ora 23 ne-a luat scaunul sa il puna la loc, chiar daca stateam pe el. Nici vorba de 5 stele. Plaja e demodata, ingusta.

am fost de 1 mai 2018 , ne-am simtit foarte bine . Mancarea foarte buna si variata .

Prosoapele la piscina ni s-au dat de la ora 15 , ori noi am inteles ca ni se asigura prosoape fara specificatia orei . Daca stai la piscina dimineata Piscina interioara este mare , dar nu este amenajata pe masura unui hotel de 5 stele , miroase puternic a clor . am fost o data , in rest am folosit piscina exterioara .

totul a fost mai mult decat OK. Hotel cu mobila noua, camere mari curate cu o vedere splendida la mare. Baietelul nostru are 7 ani si nu s-a pus in nici o secunda problema ca nu ar avea ce sa manance. Gasesti orice si chiar daca se consuma, cantitatile se inlocuiesc imediat. asemenea in cazul fetelor de masa, in cazul in care a aparut o mica pata ele se schimba imediat cu unele curate. Personalul din hotel este cunoascator de limba engleza - la receptie nivelul este ireprosabil. La dispozitia turistilor este mancarea vegetariana dar si mai multe feluri de supe si ciorbe. Piscina interioara este cu apa incalzita, cu jaccuzi functional fara plata. Sucurile sunt inclusiv tip nectar adica neacidulate (mere, visine, cirese). Scoicile, pestele, cartofii prajiti, carnea de porc, pui sau vita este preparata in fata voastra pe plite imense amplasate in restaurant. In hotel, camera, restaurant, aC-ul a fost mereu functional. Hotelul dispune de changeoffice la cotatii bune si cateva magazine cu suveniruri care te pot scuti de drumuri prin caldura. Singurul minus este amplasarea sezlongurilor de la mare gratuite - pe o colina si nu pe nisip.Foarte multumiti de intreg sejurul petrecut la Sol Nessebar Palace. Voi reveni cu drag anul urmator!

am fost placut impresionata de serviciile acestui hotel cat si pret pentru un sejur de paste a fost de nota 10 ca sa zic asa,curatenie,prosoape schimbate in fiecare zi ,atat camera cat si baia foarte mari,mancarea de nota 10 chiar mai buna calitativ decat la turci ( ma refer la mezeluri)programe pentru copii,spectacole seara atat pentru copii cat si pentru adulti,avand in vedere racorica de afara copiii s-au distrat la piscina acoperita.Oraselul foarte frumos mai ales orasul vechi de pe peninsula,curatenie in oras si pe plaja(ma rog nici nu era sezon de plaja) .Personalul dragut,zambitor,atat animatorii cat si personalul de la restaurant socializau cu noi ( ca le placea sau nu...aveau bun simt,erau bine si frumos instruiti)

La un hotel de 5 stele parcarea este foarte mica si am fost nevoiti sa parcam undeva peste drum pe un teren viran...in fata unor blocuri plus ca erau masinile parcate si de-a lungul strazii...noroc ca nu era foarte aglomerat,nu vreau sa ma gandesc unde se parcheaza in sezon.
