Location: The hotel is located on first line, next to hotel Burgas Beach and approximate 1,5 кm away from the resort`s centre and 3.5 km away from Nessebar town.
Beach: Sandy, in front of the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel was renovated in 2002 and partially renovated in 2013. The hotel consists of two buildings in close proximity, each building has a separate reception. The main building is five-storey, and the additional one is three-storey,
with the total capacity of 216 double rooms and 130 family rooms. The main building has an elevator from the Reception to the Restaurant.
DBL 2+1: Approximate 25 m2. Double room have two regular beds (200/100 cm), an extendable armchair suitable for one adult person (190/75 cm), air conditioning, mini fridge, LED TV, telephone, WC, shower, hairdryer, balcony, Wi-Fi. The maximum occupancy
is 3 adults.
SGL : Approximate 20 m2 .This room is with one single bed (200/160 cm), air conditioning, mini fridge, LED TV, telephone, WC, shower, hairdryer, balcony, Wi-Fi. The maximum occupancy is 1 adult.
DBL 2+1 SEA SIDE: Approximate 25 m2. Double room have two regular beds (200/ 100 cm), an extendable armchair suitable for one adult person (190/75 cm), air conditioning, mini fridge, LED TV, telephone, WC, shower, hairdryer, balcony, Wi-Fi.
The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

FAM 2+3/3+2 : The family rooms consist of two adjoining rooms connected by a door. Each room consist of two regular beds (200/100 cm) and an extendable armchair, suitable for one adult person (190/75cm). The minimum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children
or 3 adults. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults 3 children or 3 adults and 2 children.

*It is not allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum occupancy of the rooms.
Baby cot is provided against an extra charge of 6 BGN/day, upon request.
