Location: On the South Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 30 km from Burgas airport. In the northern part of the famous and biggest Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach, only a few minutes away from the resort centre, first line, directly on the fine sandy beach.
Beach: Sandy, in front of the hotel. The sea floor is flat with smooth access. The beach is a winner of the “Blue Flag” award.
Accommodation: This modern, fully air-conditioned, 4 Star Hotel has 254 double rooms, 16 family rooms with interconnecting doors on 12 floors with 4 passenger lifts.
DBL 2+1 SIDE SEA: Approx. area is 20-24 m2. The rooms are spacious, with two regular beds and 1 extendible single sofa bed, carpet floor, telephone, central air-condition, hairdryer, cable LCD TV, mini-fridge, safe, balcony, tea and coffee set and bathroom
with shower. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 COMFORT SIDE SEA: Approx. area is 20-24 m2. The rooms are located on the upper floor and are fully renovated in 2022/2023. The rooms are spacious, with two regular beds and 1 extendible single sofa bed, carpet floor, telephone, central air-condition,
hairdryer, cable LCD TV, mini-fridge, safe, balcony, tea and coffee set and bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
FAM 2+3/3+1: Approx. area is 48 m2. The family rooms consist of two separated rooms with interconnecting door and in each one, there are two regular beds, in one of them there is also an extendible single sofa bed. The rooms are with carpet floor, telephone,
central air-condition, hairdryer, cable LCD TV, mini-fridge, safe, balcony, tea and coffee set and bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.
Baby cot is free, upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
There are no adapted rooms for people with physical disabilities.
About the hotel: The hotel has a lobby with reception and safety deposit boxes, lobby bar, 1 main restaurant with panoramic sea view terrace and 1 à la carte restaurant. In the well-kept grounds there is a swimming pool (shared with the guests of the
neighbouring hotel) with pool-bar, sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols included. Money exchange office in the lobby area.
