Hotelul i piscinele sunt superbe. apartamentul din corpul Eta cu vedere spre mare a fost mult mai mare decat cele in care am mai fost cazai in ceilali 3 ani de cand venim la acest hotel. apartamentul a avut o terasa enorma i o minunata vedere spre mare. Mancarea din restaurantul principal din corpul Sigma a fost buna i diversificata. Internetul foarte bun in camera dupa setarea routerului.

anul acesta ezlongurile i umbreluele de pe plaja nu au mai fost gratuite, nemaifiind incluse in sistemul aI. Deasemenea , au fost inchise restaurantele din corpul Eta, Beta i parial Delta ( in care se putea servi numai cina i pe terasa o gustare la pranz). Sticla cu apa plata in camera nu am primit decat in prima zi. Femeile de serviciu nu schimbau lenjeria sau prosoapele decat la cerere. Dintre restaurantele cu specific unde puteai in ali ani sa faci rezervare pentru servirea mesei in regim a la carte nu a mai ramas functional decat cel Mediteranean deoarece cel asiatic, Italian, Barbeque au fost inchise. Parcarea in resort s-a scumpit i a trebuit sa achitam 100 leva pt 7 nopi. Internetul in zonele comune foarte slab. Spaiul de joaca pentru copii a fost inchis iar animatorii pe care ii vedeam foarte activi in timpul zilei in ali ani , anul acesta nu i-am vazut deloc.

Mancare buna, potrivita pentru copii mici. Curatenie zilnica. Intrare in mare lina. Exista zona de sezlonguri cu plata (15 leva pe zi 2 plus umbrela), dar exista posibilitatea de sta in zona libera , fara plata.

Conditii de cazare foarte bune, camera mare, plaja cu nisip fin, intrarea in mare lina. Hotelul arata foarte bine.

trebuie sa stiti ca se plateste parcare si este 20 leva pe zi. Sezlongurile de la plaja nu sunt gratuite cu totate ca din descriere aparea ca plaja este a hotelului (15 leva pentru 2 sezlonguri si umbrela). De preferat sa alegeti all inclusive altfel o sa vedeti ca aveti o serie de restrictii. Ex la masa de seara se serveste vin doar pentru cei de la all inclusive cu toate ca am avut demipensiune.

Hotel foarte curat si ingrijit, mancare buna zi diversificata. Plaja ok. Partea de animatie a fost aproape inexistenta...probabil din cauza coronavirusului. Statiunea lasa de dorit, foarte multa mizerie, fara locuri de distractie! Raport calitate/pret foarte bun. Recomand!

Bilet cu all inclusive - totul a fost pe masura ateptarilor , resort foarte curat , aerisit , plaja privata foarte aproape de hotel , umbrele , ezlonguri disponibile la orice ora . am fost cazai in cladirea alpha intr-un apartament curat , cu doua camere , living i bucatarie dotata cu maina de spalat vase i rufe . Internet gratuit in camera . Recomand cu incredere acest hotel. Este a doua oara cand venim aici si ne vom mai reintoarce cu siguranta. Este un resort foarte frumos, amplasat langa mare, cu plaja privata si foarte multe piscine. Mancarea foarte gustoasa, sunt diverse feluri de mancare, sunt multe restaurante unde se poate servi masa. Camerele sunt mari, spatioase, cu aragaz, frigider etc , foarte curate, ni se facea curatenie zilnic, prosoapele se schimbau zilnic. au si piscina interioara si jacuzzi. Nota 10 cu felicitari!!!

Este o locatie fantastica pentru familiile cu copii mici. Majoritatea turistilor sunt nemti cu copii. Sunt nenumarate restaurante unde poti lua masa dar in mare ofera cam aceeasi mancare. Personalul este atent si cam toti vorbesc o engleza si germana suficienta pentru o minima conversatie. Spre deosebire de alte locatii din Bulgaria, aici sucurile, inghetata si berea sunt de o calitate decenta. Foarte multe piscine pentru copii. Nu am avut probleme in a gasi sezlonguri in complex, la piscina interioara sau pe plaja desi in sezon am inteles ca numarul de turisti se dubleaza ( noi am fost in iunie). Ingrijit, foarte curat peste tot. In fiecare seara este un moment dedicat copiilor cu dansuri si cantecele care ii antreneaza si ii binedispune iar apoi este un spectacol de aproximativ o ora. Programul se cam termina in jur de 12:00 noaptea, numai bine sa mearga toata lumea la somn, a doua ,zi la 7:00 e micul dejun. au bancomat in complex, magazin cu cam de toate vis a vis, la 2 km e LIDL unde atentie primesc doar cash, leva... plata cu cardul nu e valabila.

Daca vrei sa gasesti nod in papura, ar fi 2-3 tantari, 2-3 furnici in camera dar asta doar ca sa nu lasi rubrica de impresii negative goala. totul este fantastic si recomand oricui doreste sa faca check in la Hotel Sunset.

a stunning view from the apartment Very clean, important when you have children Lots of restaurants included in the all inclusive program ( unfortunately the food is similar)

Very poor internet ( and expensive if you ask me, I was expecting a better quality) the food could be better. there werent many types. there were some days I didnt have what to eat but the always present dishes (like pasta and fries ). the beach was poorly managed the included umbrellas were in one place, the beach bar was in another and the hotel (eta) was in another place. the umbrellas in front of eta building were not included because were not hotel property.

Curat, mancare buna si diversificata. Plaja curata si ingrijita cu intrare lina in mare (buna pentru copii). Nisip fin. Overall... de mers in extrasezon... de Pasti, 1 Mai, Rusalii.

Vara este foarte aglomerat (sunt mii de turisti in hotel). Foarte zgomotos. Pe partea cu marea, dupa-amiaza si seara este muzica de la "entertainment" -ul copiilor, pe partea opusa este un trafic ingrozitor si permanent. Orice serviciu suplimentar se plateste la preturi usturatoare: internet in camera 5 EUR/zi, parcare 3 EUR/zi, safe box 2.5 EUR/zi, 2 sezlonguri si umbrela pe plaja 12 EUR/zi.

Curat,pozitie excelenta,numeroase variante de petrecere a timpului.Piscina interioara mare cu tobogan pentru copii,multe piscine exterioare,locatie pe plaja.Constructie moderna,camere mari cu vedere frontala sau laterala la mare.Mancare bunicica,bauturi la fel.Inghetata de la 9-17 in diverse locatii.Multe baruri si restaurante.Echipa de animatori foarte implicata.Plaja si marea superbe.

Principalul bar de la receptie nu este all inclusive.Sala de fitness se plateste.Sezlongurile din fata intrarii pe plaja nu sunt ale resortului si nici barul aferent.Exista si sezlonguri gratis si beach baruri dar in lateralele cladirii principale Sigma,adica in fata cladirilor Beta si Delta.Mancarea putea fi mai diversificata.

pozitia splendida,curatenie,masa foarte bine gatite produsele si variata,legume de calitate(varza de bruxelle,conopida,brocoli)carne variata,produse de calitate la bar(cafeaua-am vazut cand a fost umplut aparatul de cafea cu lapte praf de la Nestle),am stat in apartament cu 2 dormitoare ,2 bai,urias,foarte ok,sala fittnes aparate foarte bune,piscina,cu toate ca apa era un pic cam rece,era ok pentru noi ca intrai pe urma in piscina cu apa calda,atmosfera destinsa in hotel(nu oameni "intepati"),personalul perfect(am avut mai multe solicitari -nu erau suficiente mese pe terasa barului,s a rezolvat in 3 minute),intotdeauna programul de masa se prelungea si cu 30 minute ,pana pleca ultimul client

Gradina , piscinele exterioare , arhitectura , dimensiunile camerelor ( apartamentelor ) reprezinta plusurile resortului.

Parcare , fitness , spa ( saune ) , internet in camera , sezlong pe plaja , seif in camera toate costau extra. Frig in camera si la piscina interioara . aerul conditionat si caloriferul electric din baie nu functionau pe incalzire avand in vedere ca afara erau noaptea 13 grade . In prima zi jacuzzi era defect. toate acestea se intalnesc la multe hoteluri de 2-3 stele , dar la pretentiile financiare ale Resortului Sunset Pomorie de 5 stele ( 95 euro / noapte pentru 2 adulti si 2 copii cu mic dejun in perioada 23-25 septembrie ) sunt inacceptabile. acestea au fost confirmate si de alti turisti din Irlanda si Rusia.

Sejurul de 4 zile pe care l-am petrecut la Hotel Sunset Resort Pomorie a fost cel mai reusit din toate iesirile noastre in Bulgaria si mai ales de Sarbatorile de Paste! Hotelul a fost impresionant si chiar de la venire ospitalitatea cu care am fost primiti si am fost cazati ne-a uimit! parcarea s-a facut in curtea Hotelului in cele mai bune conditii de siguranta si fiecare a putut trage masina la intrare sa isi poata lua bagajele. am solicitat un apartament cu un dormitor ca am venit si cu fetita noasta dar am primit un apartament cu doua dormitoare cu living cu chicineta dotata corespunzator si o terasa foarte mare cu vedere la mare si piscina la etajul 3! apartamentul avea incalzire individuala si am putut sa ne reglam temperatura cat am considerat ca este bine si confortabil! Curatenia s-a facut zilnic si s-au oferit prosoape curate atat in camera cat si pentru piscina! In apartament am avut doua plasme lucru destul de rar intalnit in alte hoteluri. Bucataria avea si un frigider mare cu congelator iar in frigider am avut apa plata in prima zi de sejur. acum toate laudele pentru centrul SPa care ne-a tinut clienti aproape tot timpul! Piscina interioara foarte frumoasa si cu jacuzi mare si apa fierbinte asa cum ne place noua! Ieseam apoi la saune de tot felul si camere de relaxare cu cromoterapie si aromoterapie! Dar cel mai mult ne-a placut masajul singura procedura contra cost care a fost facut de doi chinetoterapeuti profesionisti!Felicitari! Programul artistic a fost in fiecare seara si incepea cu program pentru cei mici si se continua la o sala mare cu scena unde o echipa de tineri foarte draguti ne-au prezentat programe de dans cu tematica in cele patru zile cat am stat acolo! In ziua de Paste au mai venit trupe de dansuri populare bulgaresti si o formatie de muzica care ne-a incantat pe terasa hotelului unde se putea servi si masa sau se putea face plaja la piscina! Mancarea in restauran a fost suficienta si foarte buna in comparatie cu alte hoteluri unde am primit in ziua de paste parizer prajit a fost carne de miel la discretie oua rosii cozonac prajituri inghetata bauturi de tot felul! Dar ce m-a uimit si o spun sa vada toata lumea care doreste sa citeasca aceste randuri ca ospatarele si ospatarii erau numai tineri cu varste de 16-22 ani! Erau atat de atenti ca nu terminai bine de mancat din farfurie si veneau sa debaraseze iar mesele erau imediat schimbate de fata de masa si se puneau tacamuri si servetele curate! Felicitari menegerului! Ne-am saturat prin alte parti de plictiseala ospatarilor batrani si apatici si aici parca eram intr-un stup cu albinute harnice! am avut in restaurant muzica live cu o interpreta care canta si in romaneste! totul frumos la superlativ!Daca vreti sa veniti in Bulgaria alegeti va rog Hotel Sunset Resort ca nu veti regreta! Si mai ales alegeti sa veniti prin Direct Booking!

Hotel 5* , foarte frumos aranjat chiar si cele mai mici detalii. Chiar daca complexul este alcatuit de mai multe cladiri, accesarea e foarte usor. (me refer la restaurante, club pentru copii, plaja). Curatenie peste tot, chiar si pe plaja. apartamentul pe care le-am inchiriat era spatios, avea bucatarie. In fiercare zi faceau curatenie. Lenjeria impecabila. Mancarea gustoasa si variata. Pot sa intrii ori unde cu caruciorul chiar si in spa. Recomand pentru familii cu copii.

animatorii cam plictisiti, mini disco pentru copii era mai saracioasa. Poate la anul o sa fie mai bine. Langa atata spatiu nu am inteles ca de ce trebuie tinut programele pentru copii in fata lifturilor in curent.

Location: Sunset Resort is located on the Southern beach of Pomorie, right on the seacoast. Sunset Resort consists of 5 aparthotels and 6 luxury boulevard villas. Only 20 minutes away by car from Sunny Beach resort and Old Nessebar.
Beach: Sandy, in front of the complex.
Accommodation: Sunset Resort has a total of 771 rooms, including 728 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 43 studios. Use of the mini bar in the rooms is provided at extra charge upon request. There is an elevator in every building.

STUDIO 2+0: All studios are situated only in Aparthotel Eta (open between 20.05 - 20.09 and can only be recorded in this interval). The approximate area is about 35 sq.m. They have a double bed, a kitchenette, a satellite TV, air conditioning, a French balcony with park view, a telephone, a bathroom with a bathtub and/or a shower cabin, a hairdryer and a safe deposit box. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
APARTMENT 2+1: Approximate area is about 45-50 sq.m.. It consist of 1 bedroom (bed - bedroom), living room, kitchenette, dining table, balcony or terrace with park view, satellite TV, bathroom and toilet with bath and/or shower cabin, hair dryer, safe deposit box. The sleeping room is without an opening window. It is aimed at the living room. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
APARTMENT 2+1 SEA: Approximate area is about 45-50 sq.m.. It consist of 1 bedroom (bed - bedroom), living room, kitchenette, dining table, balcony or terrace with sea view, satellite TV, bathroom and toilet with bath and/or shower cabin, hair dryer, safe deposit box. The sleeping room is without an opening window. It is aimed at the living room. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
APARTMENT 4+1: Approximate area is about 65-70 sq. m. It consist of two bedrooms (beds - one bedroom type, the other two are single), living room, kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV, sofa, telephone, balcony or terrace with park view, bathroom with bathtub and/or shower cabin, hair dryer, safe deposit box. One sleeping area is without a window. Maximum occupancy of 5adults.
APARTMENT 4+1 SEA: Approximate area is about 65-70 sq. m. It consist of two bedrooms (beds - one bedroom type, the other two are single), living room, kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV, sofa, telephone, balcony or terrace with sea view, bathroom with bathtub and/or shower cabin, hair dryer, safe deposit box. One sleeping area is without a window. Maximum occupancy of 5adults.
APARTMENT 5+1: Approximate area is about 110 sq. m. It consist of three bedrooms (5 regular beds - bedroom and single), living room, kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV, for rent, balcony or terrace with park view, 2 bathrooms with toilet and bath and/or shower cabin, hairdryer. One or two of the bedrooms are without a window. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.
APARTMENT 6+1 SEA: Approximate area is about 110 sq. m. It consist of three bedrooms (5 regular beds - bedroom and single), living room, kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV, for rent, balcony or terrace with sea view, 2 bathrooms with toilet and bath and/or shower cabin, hairdryer. One or two of the bedrooms are without a window. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 1 child.

Baby cot is provided for extra charge of 10 BGN per day.
Pets are not allowed.
The complex is not suitable for disabled people. The hotel has a disabled room, which is located in the aparthotel Beta and can be provided only by prior request!
About the hotel: Sunset Resort offers avariety of restaurants and bars - for each guest a suitable atmosphere, delicious cuisine and selected drinks. A total of 3 main (buffet) restaurants and 2 themed restaurants open for lunch and dinner, are located within the hotel complex, 4 a la restaurant with different types of cuisine (French, Italian, Asian, fish specialties), 3 lobby bars, 2 outdoor bars, a vitamin bar, bowling bar, viennese pastry shop, Sunset café, paid and unguarded parking (6 BGN per day), free internet access in the part of the hotel area and in all apartments.
IMPORTANT: The bowling will not open for summer season 2022.
Sports and entertainment: Sunset Resort's relax center is situated in aparthotel Sigma and offers a wide variety of SPA services like whirlpool bath, massages, beauty treatments, sauna (classical, herbal, Finnish, infrared), relaxation area, gym.
