Location: Viand Hotel is a luxury new hotel, completely renovated - common areas and rooms. It is located directly on the sandy beach in the central part of the resort. Sunny Beach, 400 m from the center. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are children's entertainment center, shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and casinos.
Beach: Sandy, in front of the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. Enjoy the most beautiful and clean beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winner of the "Blue Flag" award.
Accommodation: The building is five-storey and has two elevators, a restaurant with a terrace facing the beach and a lobby bar. Each room is modernly furnished and fully equipped with individual air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and minibar. Bathrooms come with bath or shower, hairdryer and emergency telephone. All rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs. All of the extra beds are extendable sofa or extendable armchair or camp bed.

DBL 2+1/2+2: Approximate area 24 m2. It consists of one sleeping room with two regular twin beds, floating sofa as an additional bed. There is an individual air conditioning, carpet, furnished balcony or terrace, mini fridge, WC and bathtub, hairdryer, safe. The rooms are available with park-side view. Room cleaning everyday, linen change every 4th day, towel change once per day, every day. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and one child.

The hotel does not have rooms for people with physical disabilities.

Food and beverages: The Main restaurant VIAND is air-conditioned and non-smoking. Smoking area is on the open air terrace of the restaurant.
Breakfast: 07:30 –10: 00 –International breakfast at the Main Restaurant
Lunch: 12:30 –14: 30 – Lunch buffet style at the Main Restaurant. Food is served on a buffet style, international cuisine including wide range of salads, sides and sweets, incl. pizza, hot-dogs, cakes, biscuits, burgers, cold cuts, variety of sandwiches, French fries.
Dinner: 18:30 -21:00 – Dinner Buffet style at the Main restaurant. . Food is served on a buffet style, international cuisine including wide range of salads, sides and sweets, incl. pizza, hot-dogs, cakes, biscuits, burgers, cold cuts, variety of sandwiches, French fries.
Dress code – No barefoot and swim wear in the restaurant

At the Snack Station: 10:00 – 17:00 – show cooking with different warm and cold snack, salads, sides and sweets, incl. pizza, hot-dogs, cakes, biscuits, burgers, cold cuts, variety of sandwiches, French fries.
Late evening snack: 21:00 – 23:00 – cold snack or sandwiches served at the Lobby bar opposite Reception.
*Once per week – Bulgarian traditional dinner and Italian dinner.

Self-service at the Main Restaurant Bar – 7:30 – 10:00 – Breakfast drinks – soft drinks, tea, coffee, hot drinks, water, milk
At Lobby Bar and at the Main Restaurant Bar:10:00h – 23:00 - soft drinks, draft beer and wine, (local produce), selected brands of local and imported alcohol beverages ,refreshing non-alcohol and alcohol cocktails, water, hot drinks, tea, coffee, milk.
At the Lobby Bar: 10:00 – 11:00 – fresh or smoothy of the day
* Ultra All Inclusive package starts with lunch and ends with breakfast on the day of departure

Snack packages for late arrivals or early departures are available upon request.
You should wear during entire stay your Ultra All inclusive wristbands and be ready to show them upon request from the members of the staff during the meals.
It is not allowed to bring any food or beverage into the rooms.
It is not recommended to use glasses or bottles at the pool area
It is not tolerated to reserve sun-beds and umbrellas by placing towels and other personal belonging.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are not to be used for periods out of working time
The hotel reserves the right to change r modify the Utra All inclusive program during the active season without prior notice.

Parking: unguarded, 25 BGN per day, upon availability. The hotel reserves the right to change the price of the parking at any time.

** Depending on weather conditions, some of the hotel's facilities may not be fully operational at the beginning and end of the season.
