Location: VILLA AURA is located in Rogachevo Village, situated between Kranevo (6 km) and Albena (7 km). The distance to Varna Airport is 36 km, and to Balchik – 18 km. Its proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, as well as to the town of Balchik, makes it an excellent alternative to larger holiday resorts and hotel complexes.

Beach: 6 km from the beach.

Accommodation: Villa Aura features three spacious bedrooms – one double room (2+0) on the ground floor and two family rooms (2+2) on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom and toilet. The villa offers a large living room, a veranda, a swimming pool, and a beautifully landscaped garden with sunny terraces. The maximum accommodation capacity is 10 guests (6 adults and 4 children).



Double Room: Approximate area: 23 m². The cozy Double Room, located on the ground floor, offers a peaceful atmosphere and a sense of comfort. It features a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a restful and relaxing stay. The room is air-conditioned and also equipped with underfloor heating for additional comfort during the cooler months. The private bathroom includes a shower cabin and a separate toilet, and is stocked with luxury natural cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, and body lotion), face and bath towels, and a hairdryer. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Maximum capacity: 2 adults.

Family Room: Approximate area: …… m². The two Family Rooms, located on the upper floor of the villa, combine space, comfort, and a cozy atmosphere – ideal for families with children. Each room features a large double bed and two children’s beds positioned on a specially designed level above the main bed. One of the rooms has access to a spacious lounge terrace with a beautiful sea view, while the other offers a balcony overlooking the sea and the garden. Each Family Room has a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a separate toilet, equipped with luxury natural cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, and body lotion), face and bath towels, and a hairdryer. For maximum comfort, all rooms are air-conditioned and feature underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant stay in every season. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 2 children.

About the hotel: Villa Aura features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, cookware and tableware, a capsule coffee machine (espresso), and an electric kettle. Guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer in each bathroom. The property offers parking spaces for guests’ convenience and a Bluetooth speaker for a pleasant atmosphere during the stay. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Sports and SPA: Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool with salt water (April – October), sun loungers and beach towels, an outdoor fire pit, and a gas barbecue.
