Location: Kabakum Holiday Houses are situated around 4 km away from downtown Golden Sands resort and only 80 metres away from Kabakum beach. The magical Riviera beach, surrounded by pine trees and with crystal blue waters, is 2.4 km away. Varna – the sea capital of Bulgaria – is also close by with its lush seaside park, the dolphinarium, its countless cafes and restaurants and entertainment spots for children and grownups.

Facilities: Two of the houses – “Starfish” and “Coral” – are suitable for families with many children or for larger groups of friends. The “Sea Bay” house consists of four separate apartments – “Blue Horizons”, “White Sails”, “Golden Sunrise”, and “Silver Waves”. The “Sea Harmony” house is closest to the sea. It is a small, daintily decorated and furnished house. The romantic ambiance of the house is amplified by the wonderful garden with a sheltered relaxation area.

The holiday complex has its own pathway to the beach and you can lounge on the sand or on the sunny terrace overlooking the sea, or even laze in your comfy bed and contemplate the blue waves. There is free Internet access throughout the whole holiday complex. Kabakum Holiday Houses even has its own restaurant – it is not a big one, but it is very cozy.

SEA BAY: The name says it all – romantic, cozy, it calls you for adventures and entirely faces the infinite blue of the sea. The house hosts six people. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two separate ones. Each room has a TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals for the whole family. The living room is stylishly furnished with sofas and a coffee table. The walls are all windows overlooking the sea and the sun hides in the curtains. Everything in this house predisposes you to serene days, full of joy and shared with the people you love. There is free Wi-Fi Internet in the house and around it.The house has two bathrooms, replicating the spirit of the house – a place where you can relax and pamper yourself.

CORAL: This house is a pure gem for families with many children or for large groups of friends who want to spend more time together. The house is suitable for six people. It has a master bedroom, another bedroom with two separate beds. A living room with a kitchen area and a small bar where you can gather for drinks and snacks, if you don’t want to dine and lounge in the garden. All rooms have a TV set. The colour palette of the “Coral” House is chocolate, beige and white with a tinge of light blue accents. The lounge area in the living room invites you to sit with a book and read or watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, all of that wrapped in a retro design to bring even more charm to the ambiance. It has two bathrooms matching the overall interior design.There is free Wi-Fi Internet access everywhere. Villa “Coral” is a favourite choice for everyone, who dreams to live by the sea.

SEA HARMONY: The simplicity and elegance of this house are in line with your desire to relax in harmony with the sea and nature. This house is the closest to the sea. Suitable for two to four people. It is furnished with a little nod to the 60s. The colour accent in the kitchen and the living room is mint. The combination of modern amenities and retro design, most visible in the kitchen, provokes you to get in character and prepare meals and drinks for everyone. The huge windows in the living room face the sea and the alluring outdoor recreation area - a romantic canopy with chairs and a table. The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed and thick curtains – you will have a good night’s sleep and wake up rested. There is Internet access throughout the whole house and a TV set in each room. The bathroom is a little jewel in gray with a stone sink and a slightly fairy tale atmosphere.
