Location: Hotel and Aquapark Kotva is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 3 km from the center of the resort and 1.8 km from the center of Nessebar, Burgas airport is 24 km away, Varna airport 103 km. There is regular public transport to the
resort centre in both directions - buses and a mini train.
Beach: Sandy, 250 m. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. The beach has been awarded with the “Blue Flag” award.
Aquapark: The hotel has an Aquapark with 4 pools and total 22 slides, suitable for all children and adults.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of two buildings, connected by a common reception with spacious lobby. It has 320 rooms and 151 apartments. The last renovation is in winter 2022/2023 and the restaurant in 2023/2024. There are four floors and an elevator
in each wing.
DBL 2+1 ECONOMY: Approx. 20-22 m2. The rooms are smaller square footage and have 2 single beds, in some of the rooms there is a sofa 82/190 cm. No view selection. The rooms have individual air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, mini fridge, kettle,
telephone, WI- Fi, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony. Maximum capacity is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
*It is not allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum capacity of double rooms.
DBL 2+1/2+2: Approx. 24-26 m2. The rooms have one double or two single beds, a non extendable sofa 82/190cm (when accommodating 2+2, the second child sleeps on a folding bed), individual air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, mini fridge, kettle,
telephone, WI- Fi, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony. Maximum accommodation is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
*It is not allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum capacity of double rooms.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approx. 32 m2. Consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, living room with two non extendable sofas 82/190 cm. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The rooms have individual air conditioning, TV with satellite
channels, mini fridge, kettle, telephone, WI- Fi, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony. Maximum accommodation is 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the apartments.
A baby cot is available upon request at additional cost of 10 BGN/day.
The hotel has 6 adapted rooms for people with disabilities. The rooms have a wider front door, a wider bathroom door, a bathtub with handles.
Pets up to 5-6 kg are allowed, at additional cost of 20 BGN/day. Pets are not allowed near swimming pools and restaurants.
About the hotel: Hotel & Aquapark Kotva has 2 restaurants – Main Restaurant “Kotva” and “Black Pearl” Bistro, 4 bars – Kotva Bar, Lobby and 2 water bars. It also has a TV corner in the lobby, a doctor's office (extra charge), exchange office (extra charge),

Sports and entertainment: The hotel offers 4 outdoor swimming pools, one with mini Olympic dimensions (300m2), with a separate children's section, an overflow, a protective railing and working hours from 09:00 to 22:00 h., the other three are Aquapark
type with different depths, with a total of 22 slides for children and adults, working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 h. There is a large sun terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers. The hotel also offers a games room (extra charge): billiards, table tennis, foosball,
massages, fitness. The hotel does not provide towels for the beach and pools.
