Location: Hotel Kotva is situated in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 3 kilometers away from the resort’s center and 800 meters from the town of Nessebar. There is a regular transport.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of two annexes connected by a common reception and spacious lounge, there is a lift in each building. The hotel offers accommodation in 321 double rooms and in 150 one-bedroom apartments. Each room is equipped with bathroom with a shower cabin, balcony, telephone, TV, satellite channels, mini fridge, electric kettle, individual air condition.

DBL 2+1/ 2+2: Approximate area 24 m2. The rooms dispose of one double or two regular beds, a single non-extendable sofa and a portable extendable bed. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
APP 2+2: Approximate area 36 m2. They consist of a bedroom with one double or two single regular beds, a living room with two single non-extendable sofas, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door, with view to – the pool, aqua park, dunes. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.

Baby cot is available upon request and against an extra charge of 10 BGN per day.
The hotel has 6 rooms suitable for disabled, with 2 regular beds, wider entrance door, wider bathroom door, a bath with handles
Pets up to 5 kilograms are allowed – 10 BGN per day. The pets are not allowed near the swimming pools, the restaurants and the bars.
About the hotel: Hotel Kotva disposes of a big main restaurant, a lobby bar, pool bar, water bar, Bistro Black Pearl, a doctor’s office, safe box rental at the reception, exchange office, parking.
Sports and SPA: Hotel Kotva offers three outdoor swimming pools, one is a mini Olympic size, and the other two are a type of mini Aqua Park. There is a large sunny terrace with umbrellas and sun chairs. The hotel also offers a gaming hall with billiard, table tennis, foosball and massages.

Bistro Black Pearl:  11:00 – 17:00 (it is situated on the territory of the mini Aquapark). Bistro Black Pearl will work depending on the occupancy of the hotel.

KOTVA Bar :

All-Inclusive facilities, food, and beverages are not available for friends or familiars who are not prepaid for the All-Inclusive package.
All-inclusive beverages are free of charge at bars – Kotva, Lobby Bar, and Pool bar according to the working time.
Aquapark is included for all hotel guests.
The hotel doesn’t offer towels for the beach or for the swimming pools.
