Location: The hotel is located in the southern part of Sunny beach resort. It is located 300m away from the seashore and the beach, very close to Cacao Beach. The hotel is close to Old Nessebar town.

Accommodation: The hotel has 30 one bedroom apartments, 15 two bedroom apartments and 35 studios. All apartments has equipped kitchenette, balcony, air conditioning, private bathroom with toilet, TV, iron, hairdryer. The hotel has 6 elevators.

STUDIO 2+1: The studios have two regular beds or one double, the extra bed is an extendable armchair. They have kitchenette, dining area. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
APP 2+2/ 2+1: The one bedroom apartments have a bedroom and a living room separated by a door. In the bedroom there is one double bed or two regular beds. In the living there is an extendable sofa, kitchenette and dining area. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
APP 4+2/ 2+3: The two bedroom apartments have 2 bedrooms and a living room separated by a door. In the bedrooms there is one double bed or two regular beds. In the living there is an extendable sofa, kitchenette and dining area. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

The hotel does not have adapted rooms for disabled.
Baby cot is provided against an extra charge – 6 BGN/ day, upon request.
Pets are allowed, free of charge, upon request.
About the hotel: The restaurant is renovated in 2020. The main restaurant has 120 seats. The menu offers local and imported drinks, Bulgarian traditional and international cuisine.  For the guests booked All Inclusive, there is a separated restaurant with a terrace.
Sport and SPA: The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and SPA center and offers sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, therapies and massages.
