Location: Apartment Complex Stream Resort is situated in Pamporovo resort, on the main road in the direction of Shiroka Laka village and the town of Devin, approximately 2,5 kilometers away from the resort’s centre and 800 meters away from Ski centre 2 – Malina. Located among picturesque pine forests, the complex is a perfect destination for both a winter and a summer vacation.
Accommodation: The seven-storey Apartment Complex Stream Resort is serviced by two elevators and offers accommodation in cozy and comfortably furnished studios, one-bedroom apartments and  two-bedroom apartments, and most of the apartments also have a terrace, revealing wonderful views to the ski slopes, the pine forests and Snezhanka peak.

STUDIO 2+0: Approximately 35 square meters. It has a living room (with twin beds or double bed), a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio is furnished with wardrobe, coffee table, dining table with chairs, portmanteau, mirror, TV set with cable television, telephone. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes: built-in hob and/or cooker with extractor hood, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. All studios overlook the forest, some of them have a terrace. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approximately 45 – 55 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a spacious living room with equipped kitchenette, separate sleeping area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed in fresh colors, armchair or stool, coffee table, dining table with chairs, portmanteau, mirror, TV set with cable television, telephone. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes: built-in hob and/or cooker with extractor hood, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (in most apartments the bed can be divided into two separate beds), wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lamps, dressing table. All one-bedroom apartments overlook the forest, most have balconies. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
2-BR APP 4+2: Approximately 70 – 80 square meters. The two-bedroom apartment consists of a spacious living room with a fitted kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed in fresh colors, an armchair or stool, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a portmanteau, a mirror, a TV set with cable television, a telephone. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes: built-in hob and/or cooker with extractor hood, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, in one bedroom there is a possibility to divide the bed into two separate beds. In the bedrooms there is a wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lamps, dressing table. All two-bedroom apartments have a view of the forest, most of them have terraces. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children or 6 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
Accommodation with pets is allowed. There is an additional pet fee of BGN 20 per night.
The complex does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating people with disabilities.

About the complex: At guests’ disposal there are a lobby bar with a fireplace in lobby area, a restaurant with two halls and a total capacity of 100 places, an outdoor BBQ, a conference hall with a capacity of 50 places and internet access, a hall for table tennis and mini football, a children’s area, an outdoor children’s playground, a ski wardrobe, a safe deposit box at the reception desk and an outdoor parking.
For children: the outdoor playground is located next to the barbecue area. It has a slide, swing, sandpit and climbing facility for the little ones. The children's playground is cosy and has a variety of toys.
Sports and SPA: The relax center of Apartment Complex Stream Resort has an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a steam bath, contrast showers, shock bucket and changing rooms, massage rooms and a fitness hall.

Obligatory Gala New Year Dinner on 31.12.2023 - adults and children up to 6 years pay dinner included in the price of the reservation, and children from 0 to 5.99 years pay dinner and they have a place in the restaurant.
