The village of Ognyanovo is located at the foot of the Rhodopes, in southwestern Bulgaria. The place is rich in hot mineral springs, which were used in Roman times. The climate softened by Mediterranean influence in combination with the healing and hot water, springing with a temperature of 43 ° С, allow for year-round balneotherapy.
"Houses by the water" is a complex in the village of Ognyanovo, located 10 km. from the town of Gotse Delchev.
 
The picturesque terraces, located just above the water, are an ideal place for a family dinner, a gathering with friends or an unforgettable evening with your loved one.
You can take advantage of a wide variety of additional activities: fishing, canoeing or a leisurely ride on a water bike. Sports fans can choose between fitness, mountain biking or hiking in the fresh air of Pirin and the Rhodopes. And for all who want to indulge in complete relaxation, the complex "Houses by the water" has a sauna, jacuzzi with mineral water and the possibility of various types of massage.
 
The complex has six detached two-storey houses with a total capacity of 24 seats. The houses are designed in a way that brings our guests as close as possible to nature. Natural materials such as wood and stone are used, and the colors are chosen to match the colors of the environment.
A coffee bar, a children’s playground and a BBQ located in the complex also contribute to a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
The complex "Houses by the water" has an outdoor pool with hot mineral water, an outdoor bar and a children's pool equipped with a water slide. The pool is 20 meters long, 10 meters wide and 165 cm deep. The water temperature is 31 - 33  o C. The pool also has hydromassage jets, which help for additional relaxation and recovery of the body.
 
Each house has its own fully equipped kitchenette where you can challenge the chef in you, two bathrooms - one of which is equipped with a bathtub, a separate bedroom located on the second floor and a large functional sofa.
 
Standard Houses: The houses are created mainly from natural materials - wood and stone, which give them a charming character.   They provide all the amenities typical of a modern lifestyle. For the virtuosos in the kitchen there is a fully equipped kitchenette, and everyone else can enjoy the culinary delights prepared by our chef in the nearby attractive barbecue / BBQ.
