Location: Hotel Spa Resort St. Ivan Rilski is located in the most famous Bulgarian ski resort - Bansko, only 160 km from Sofia. Embraced by the surrounding mountains and only 10 minutes from the ski lift.
Accommodation: The resort consists of a hotel part with 113 rooms, SPA Center with an area of over 1,000 m² and 4 villas with 162 apartments (hotel accommodation is offered in 80 of them). The architecture is in the typical alpine style, combined with modern interiors of wood, stone and lots of light. All rooms in the hotel were completely renovated in the beginning of 2021. They are bright and spacious, comfortably furnished and reveal wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms and apartments in the resort offer an exceptional atmosphere, premium accommodation, fresh interior and all the necessary amenities for a perfect holiday in the mountains.
The beds in the hotel are equipped with the FPI Special Edition Mattresses, especially designed and developed by the leading Bulgarian bed producer Happy Dreams, who use American technology. The model has a hybrid type of construction, premium height and offers excellent orthopedic support in the area of the shoulders and back, combined with a comfortable feeling in the surface layer of foam.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+0 PROMO: Approximately 24 m2. The room is bright, spacious, modernly furnished with a king-size bed or twin beds. All rooms have central air-conditioning, mini fridge, flat screen TV, coffee and tea set, bathroom with shower or bathtub. The Promo rooms are without balconies. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximately 34 - 37 square meters. This spacious and bright room has a king-size bed or twin beds and a sofa bed. All rooms have central air-conditioning, mini fridge, flat screen TV, coffee and tea set, bathroom with shower or bathtub. Most of the rooms have a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 / 2+2 DELUXE: Approximately 46 square meters. The comfortable deluxe room offers wonderful city or mountain views. The rooms are with king-size bed and an extensible sofa, central air-conditioning, mini fridge, flat screen TV, coffee and tea set, balcony, bathroom with shower or bathtub. This room is also suitable for guests with special needs. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Apartment building (annex villas):
STUDIO 2+1 IN VILLA: Approximately 30 square meters. The studios are located in the apartment villas behind the hotel building. The rooms are with king-size bed and an extensible sofa, central air-conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee and tea set, balcony, bathroom with shower or bathtub. The studio offers a combination of comfort and practicality, with a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, a microwave oven, a fridge and utensils. The apartment villas have their own SPA areas (with steam bath, sauna, relaxation area) and entertainment rooms with fireplace and pool table. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP 2+1 / 2+2 IN VILLA: Approximately 50 square meters. The apartments are located in the apartment villas behind the hotel building. The rooms are with king-size bed and an extensible sofa, central air-conditioning, mini fridge, flat screen TV, coffee and tea set, balcony, bathroom with shower or bathtub. This apartment has an elegantly furnished bedroom and a spacious living room with an equipped kitchenette with a stove, a microwave oven, a fridge and utensils. The apartment villas have their own SPA areas (with steam bath, sauna, relaxation area) and entertainment rooms with fireplace and pool table. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
*It is not allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel disposes of two rooms, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets(up to 15kg)  is allowed with prior request and for an additional fee of 20 BGN per day for all types of premises + 30 BGN once for deep cleaning of the rooms in the hotel.
