Location: Riverside Boutique Hotel was completely renovated in 2021 and is located in close proximity to the town center and the old part of Bansko. The main ski lift is situated within a 20-minute walking distance (approx. 1.7 km).
Accommodation: The interior combines tradition with innovative and modern design. The hotel features 77 rooms of different types. Only some of them have a balcony! To guarantee a room with a balcony, an additional fee is charged!
Heating is central. The hotel consists of 4 floors. The elevator reaches up to the 3rd floor.
DBL SILVER ROOM 2+0: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. Equipped with two separate beds. Each room has a TV, small fridge, central heating, wireless internet, bathroom with shower or bathtub + bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, and toiletries. Almost all rooms
are without a balcony! Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.
DBL GOLD ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 26–30 sq.m. Double bed or two single beds. Extra bed – fold-out armchair or camp bed type. Each room has a TV, small fridge, central heating, wireless internet, bathroom with shower or bathtub + bathrobes and slippers,
hairdryer, and toiletries. Only 30% of the rooms have a balcony! Maximum occupancy: 3 adults.
DBL GOLD ROOM 3+1: Approximate area of 26–30 sq.m. Rooms are without balcony! Three regular beds. Extra bed (for the 4th person): fold-out armchair or camp bed type. Each room has a TV, small fridge, central heating, wireless internet, bathroom with
shower or bathtub + bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, and toiletries. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults.
PLATINUM FAMILY 3+1: Approximate area of 40 sq.m. Rooms are without balcony! Double bed + 1 single regular bed. Extra bed: fold-out armchair or camp bed type. Each room has a TV, small fridge, central heating, wireless internet, bathroom with shower
or bathtub + bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, and toiletries. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults.
PLATINUM FAMILY 4+2: Approximate area of 40 sq.m. Only some rooms have a balcony! Four regular beds. Extra bed (for the 5th and/or 6th person) – one camp bed per guest. Each room has a TV, small fridge, central heating, wireless internet, bathroom with
shower or bathtub + bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, and toiletries. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.
PREMIUM MAISONETTE 2+2: With balcony. Approximate area of 40–45 sq.m. Maisonettes are on two levels: on the first level – living room, bathroom with shower or bathtub (bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries); on the second level – bedroom with one double bed.
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults. Staircase to the second level - not recommended for small children. Extra bed for the 3rd and/or 4th person – camp bed (one per level).
MAISON PREMIUM 2+0 NO BALCONY: Approximate area of 40 sq.m. Rooms are without balcony! Two-level maisonette: on the first level – living room, bathroom with shower or bathtub (bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries); on the second level – bedroom with one
double bed. Staircase to the second level - not recommended for small children. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.
In all units, one infant up to 1.99 y.o. can be accommodated above the maximum capacity, but the infant must sleep with the parents (no baby cot/no bed provided).
