Location: Terra Complex is located in the Razlog Valley, in close proximity to Pirin Golf Club and just a few minutes from Bansko. The complex is situated 10 km from Bansko.
Accommodation: Terra Complex consists of one hotel building – Pirin House. The five-storey building has two elevators.

DBL 2+0 DELUXE: Approx. 25 sq.m. No balcony! A spacious room with two separate or joined beds, desk, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee machine, hairdryer, bathroom with shower, toiletries, central heating. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 infant.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approx. 65 sq.m. With balcony. These apartments consist of a bedroom with two separate or joined beds, desk, living room with sofa bed and coffee table (bedroom and living room are separated by a door), cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, toiletries, hairdryer. Central heating. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults. No infants are allowed above the maximum occupancy.
FAMILY SUITE 4+1: Approx. 85 sq.m. With balcony. The family suites consist of two bedrooms (with two separate or joined beds), a living room with sofa bed and coffee table, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee machine. One bathroom – with bathtub or shower, toiletries, hairdryer. Central heating. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child or 5 adults. It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.
SUITE/MAISONETTE 4+1: Approx. 85 sq.m. With balcony. With two bedrooms (with two separate or joined beds). Option 1: maisonette with one bedroom on the first floor and one on the second floor, the upper bedroom is open; one bathroom with shower cabin. Option 2: maisonette with both bedrooms on the second floor, one of them open; one or two bathrooms. Both types feature a living room on the first floor with sofa bed and coffee table. As well as cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee machine. Central heating. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child or 5 adults. It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.
2-BR APP/MAISONETTE 4+1: Approx. 92 sq.m. With balcony. There are two types 2-bedr. appartments. The first one type: on one-level with two bedrooms (two separate or joined beds). The second one is maisonette type – again with two bedrooms (two separate or joined beds).
Each has a living room with sofa bed and coffee table, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee machine. Two bathrooms with bathtub and shower cabin, toiletries, hairdryer. Central heating. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child or 5 adults. It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.
3-BR APP 6+1: Approx. 140 sq.m. With balcony. Three bedrooms (with two separate or joined beds). Maisonette layout. Option 1: one bedroom on the first floor, two on the second floor. Option 2: all three bedrooms on the second floor. The apartments have a living room with sofa bed and coffee table, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee machine. Two or three bathrooms with bathtub or shower, toiletries, hairdryer. Central heating. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults or 7 adults. No infants are allowed above maximum occupancy.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The complex and its facilities are not accessible for guests with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed.
About the hotel: Reception, restaurant, lobby bar, Kids’ corner, conference room, Wi-Fi internet, outdoor unguarded parking and underground garage, shuttle service to the gondola lift in Bansko (according to schedule).
