Este un hotel modern si confortabil, la o distanta de 10-15 minute cu masina de gondola (hotelul pune la dispozitie un shuttle). apartamentul spatios si curat. Mancarea este buna. Piscina interioara mare, dar si o piscina exterioara incalzita. Zona cu saune moderna.

Hotelul este la distanta de datova km de Bansko. am primit un apartament mare, confortabil calduros cu 3 dormitoare living si 2 bai. am avut halat de baie pentru adulti si copii mai mari. am fost cazati in cladirea anexa pentru masa si piscina trebuia sa mergem in cladirea principala. Seara era aglomerat la piscin dar dimineata este liber. subt si doua saune maricele. Mancarea este buna

Personalul amabil, mancarea diversificata, apartamente spaioase, Recepia frumos amenajata cu emineu si canapele, ofera suficient spaiu pentru fiecare grup sa petreaca seara.

Curaenia in camere este aproape inexistenta. am stat 1 saptamana i doamnele au venit miercuri sa ia gunoiul doar i asta dupa ce m-am plans la Recepie. Chiar i mesele din Recepie nu erau neterse dimineaa. O familie din grupul nostru a avut oareci in apartament si i-au mutat intr-o alta camera.

Ca o impresie pozitiva : masa de zi cu zi a fost ok,chiar destul de buna i indestulata,apartamentul mare , cu bucatarie i cu aproape toate cele necesare :plita masina spalat etc.

Ca impresie negativa: Masa de revelion a fost sub orice critica,personalul nu prea amabil,ii raspund asa de mila de sila, curaenia nu sa facut de loc in cele 5 zile cat am stat acolo. Spa-ul a fost asa i asa, baia turceasca nu a funcionat, masajul exagerat de scump. Oricum a doua oara nu mai merg la ei.

Hotelul bine pozitionat, intr-o zona pitoreasca! Mancarea a fost destul de diversificata, chiar si cei pretentiosi aveau de unde alege. Curatenie in camera se facea zilnic, inclusiv schimbatul prosoapelor folosite. Eu am gasit si depozitul de echipamente ski:)) . Raport excelent calitate-pret.

Curaenia lipsa. Nu au fost schimbate lenjeriile de pat in 5 nopti, nu se aspira, nu se stergea podeau,nu se schimbau prosoapele decat la cerere. Mentionez ca a fost la fel pentru toate cele trei familii cu care am fost. in in restaurant era mizerie, vesela nu era curata, lipseau cesti si pahare , mancarea proasta.

Hotelul face parte dintr_un complex de 3 hoteluri. arata bine curtea interioara si gradina. Camerele sunt spaioase si destul de dotate. apartamentul avea si maina de spalat si aragaz, cuptor si Fierbator de apa. Personalul hotelului era foarte amabil.

Canapeaua din living era foarte deformata mai mult nefuncionala deoarece erau arcurile rupte. Parchetul era cam uzat si zgariat, iar dopul la cada nu era compatibil cu cada, deci baie nu iti puteai face. apa la piscina era rece si nici cea din jacuzzi nu era foarte calda.

Per total a fost foarte frumos .Mancare buna cu gust cum spune al meu sot:). Camerele sunt mari ,spatioase .Geamurile nu sunt subtiri asa cum am mai citit ,doar ca in zona bate vantul cu putere cei drept.a fost foarte cald .Piscina foarte frumoasa .Raport calitate pret foarte bun.

a fost frig in camera in primele ore cand am ajuns ,insa am cerut la receptie 2 calorifere si s-a rezolvat.Nu exista in camere feon de par dar se poate cere la receptie pentru 24 ore.

Foarte frig in camera. imi era frica sa urc in camera din cauza frigului. Mizerie de nedescris. Din prima zi in care am sosit am spus la recepie ca nu merge lumina in camera. Nu a venit nimeni sa o repare pana la sfaritul sejurului. Cea mai neplacuta experienta de turist din ultimii 10 ani.

a fost foarte frumos. Personalul foarte amabil, curatenie zilnica, mancarea buna si diversificata, SPa-ul peste asteptari, bazin mare, doua saune, normala si cu aburi. Camerele erau incalzite suficient, iar pentru cei mai frigurosi se dadeau aeroterme.

Personalul a fost dispus sa rezolve din problem, au adus cateva din lucurile pe care le-am cerut mese si scaune, umerase, fier de calcat, fierbator, chiar si un calorifer electric)

Cele 4 stele sunt de fapt maxim 3. Cam frig in camera (caloriferele nu faceau fata, desi erau fierbinti), nu erau nici paturi de invelit de rezerva. Nu erau umerase in dulapuri, nu erau masa si scaune in apartamente, iar bucatariile nu aveau absolut nicio ustensila (pahare, cani, ustensile de mancat, fierbator de apa, etc...), nu erau suficiente perne pe paturi (o perna la un pat dublu). Nu erau uscatoare de par in camere sau bai. Curatenia a lasat de dorit. Varietatea de mancare era cam limitata, iar bauturile se serveau cu limita, iar la barul din receptia hotelului, se servea bautura contra-cost, desi pe site-ul lor e specificat ca la all inclusive e inclusa si bautura servita la bar. Masa de billiard era nefunctionala iar masa de Ping-Pong lipsea cu desavarsire. Preturile pentru serviciile de spa erau mult prea mari fata de preturile altor hoteluri din statiune

am sa fac referire strict la hotel! in primul rand este la 6 km distanta de Bansko. ai posibilitatea sa ajungi acolo de la hotel fie cu masina proprie fie cu un microbuz pus la dispoziie de hotel cu plecare de 8,9, 10 i intoarcere la 15,16. Microbuzul oprete chiar la baza partiei, de unde pleaca telegondola Cu masina persoanala poi ajunge linitit, parcarea este 7 leva. am ajuns in jurul orei 11 dimineaa, dar camera noastra nu era gata, nu am primit o bratara ca sa putem bea o cafea sau o apa, chiar daca am rugat in mod insistent sa ne lase pentru ca eram cu un copil de 4 ani i noi eram obosii i infometai. Masa incepe cu cina nu cu pranzul. am schimbat mesele, ca sa intram cu pranzul i sa ieim cu micul dejun. Nu am intalnit la nici un hotel atata restricie. intr un final cazarea s a facut la ora 4. Cladirea este formata din 4 corpuri, dintre care un corp este principal in care este receptia i spa ul cu piscina i celelate 3 corpuri sunt anexa, dar atENIE nu se leaga de corpul central decat prin curtea interioara. adica pana la masa i piscina te plimbi in halat prin curte la minus 5 grade. Noi am intrebat inainte sa plecam i ne am tot interesat i citit i am cerut sa fim mutai in cladirea principala din luna octombrie, de cand am facut rezervarea. am platit o suma suplimentara. Copiii nu au gratuitate, platesc i cazarea i masa indiferent de varsta. 2 adulti si 1 copil de 4 ani nu pot opta pentru o camera dubla ci doar pentru apartament cu dormitor. Camerele din cladirea principala se numesc camere deluxe. Cazarea s a facut foarte greu, era o domnioara extrem de aroganta care la fiecare intrebare raspundea ca nu este treaba ei, n am mai intalnit atata [***], obosii fiind chiar a reuit sa ne scoata din ale noastre. Recepia i parterul sunt frumos amenajate cu emineu, cu mese, canapele, dar ffff frig din cauza uilor care se deschideau din mai multe pari. Nu exista mocheta pe hol, doar gresie. Camera are un mobilier rudimentar de maxim 3 stele, din pal care era zgariat, rupt in unele locuri, perdeau cam uzata, mocheta este bej i destul de patata, nu este nici un scaun sau fotoliu in camera, exista frigider, un ifonier i 2 noptiere, o masua se machiaj. Baia este mare i spaioasa, dar pe alocuri la cada era mucegait siliconul. Camerele care erau in cladirea anexa, toata lumea s a plans de frig. Descrierea acestora era: pereii din rigips de la exterior din care intra frigul in camera nu erau izolati, sticla de suc a inghetat pe partea dinspre perete si la 1m de calorifer. Camera noastra a fost calduroasa. Curaenia nu exista! Se ia gunoiul i atat. Nu se schimba prosope, absolut nimic. Restaurantul central este frumos amenajat cu ferestre mari ce dau in curtea interioara. Mancarea buna dar nevariata. Se gasesc 2 3 feluri principale i 2 3 garnituri, salate destule. Prajituri puine i proaste i nu se schimba imediat tava daca se golete ceva. Unicul bar pentru all inclusive este in interitoriul restaurantului i era ffff saracacios. Suc este doar la dozator portocale i suc de mere, bunutze. Barul este deschis pana la ora 22 fix. Niciodata nu i punea un pahar plin, tor timpul jumatate sau 3/4 i daca insistai sa l umple se uitau urat. Limba engleza este tare departe de vocabularul lor. Dei la check in primeti bratara, de fiecare data cineva la intrare in restaurant un angajat te cauta pe nite liste, super enervant Piscina este mare, se putea i mai calduroasa, halat se ia de la recepia spa ului contra unei garantI de 20 de leva sau 10 euro, tot de acolo ii iei i prosop pentru baie i i cumperi i papuci pentru 2 leva. Mare atenie la gresie de la piscina se aluneca f tare, faci putin balet. Seara festiva de revelion a fost ok, personal mi a placut, desi copii au platit pt meniul festiv nu toi au avut parte de el. Noi am fost un grup de 20 de aduli i 8 copiiI. Per total este un hotel cam de 3 stele, care personal cred ca face fata cam greu cu cheltuieli, cred ca cladirile anexa chiar nu ar trebui date in folosire pe timp de iarna, nimeni nu trebuie sa s

Personal destul de dragu. Camera foarte spaioasa. Sauna i jakuzzi super. Raportul calitate-pre foarte bun.

Destul de departe de Bansko, am luat microbuzul pus la dispoziie de hotel doar in prima zi, deoarece am ateptat peste o ora sa- l putem lua inapoi. toata mancarea a fost rece. In camera cald doar daca nu batea vantul. 4 nopti din 6 a batut vantul care ne suera pe la urechi in pat. Foarte frig in camera, daca nu batea vantul era super cald. Prost izolate geamurile. Daca se izoleaza geamurile confortul ar fi sporit.

Location: Murite Park Hotel is located in the Razlog valley, 7 kilometers away from Bansko resort and is a favorite place for both tourism and relax in the region.
Accommodation: Murite Park Hotel consists of four buildings, with an elevator in each of them. The hotel buildings bear the names of exotic flowers – Azalia, Orchid, Kamelia and Jasmine houses and offers accommodation in a total of 220 modernly furnished double rooms and apartments. The building Azalia is with warm connection to the SPA centre and the restaurants and the bars – all deluxe rooms are located in building Azalia. The guests, accommodated in this building can benefit from room service. The buildings Orchid with no warm connection to the SPA centre and the restaurants and the bars. All premises have a separate bathroom and an individual safe deposit box. The apartments consist of a spacious living room, modernly equipped kitchenette with an oven, stoves, a fridge and a washing machine and a cozy bedroom. A one-time surcharge of 50 BGN is required in order for the kitchen to be equipped with utensils. The heating and the hot water are central. There is an electric car station on site.
