STUDIO 2+2: Approximate area of 45 sq.m. The studio is a compact and practical option for accommodation at an attractive price. It is suitable for accommodating 2 persons on a double bed, 1 or 2 children till 12 years old on sofa bed and 1 child up to
3 years in a baby cot. There is a kitchenette (hotplates, toaster, hot water jug, washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils and food), TV, air conditioner, iron and ironing board. The studio has and a balcony where you can feel the sea breeze. Maximum occupancy
of 2 adults and 2 children.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2 GROUND FLOOR: Approximate area 60 sq.m. Consists of a spacious living room with sofas, a dining table and a kitchenette (hot plate, toaster, hot water jug, washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils and
food) and a self-contained bedroom with a double bed. There are a TV, air conditioner in the living room, iron, ironing board as well as a balcony with table and chairs. This type of apartment is suitable for accommodating 2 adults (in the bedroom) and 1 or
2 children up to 17 years old on a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom and the living room are separated by doors. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
