Location: Laguna Beach Hotel is situated on the southern Black Sea coast, on the main road Burgas - Primorsko, opposite the exit to Sozopol. it is located on the first line (just after the territory of the complex, the beach begins), where all the splendor and mystery of the old town is revealed.
Beach: Sandy beach Zlatna Ribka, 30 meters away from the hotel. The sea floor is sloping, with smooth access, suitable for families with children.
Accommodation: The hotel is a complex of 11 buildings and provide accommodation in double rooms, studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The hotel has 3 elevators. The double rooms are located in the main building, the annex building or in the villas, the studios and various types of apartments are located in the annex building to the hotel or in the villas.

DBL 2+1: Approximate area of 30 m2. The rooms are located in the hotel part of the complex, the annex building and in two villas. 1-BR APP 2+2/3+1: Approximate area of 47 m2 in 8 villas up to 70 m2. in an annex building. They consist of a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table, satellite TV, individual air conditioning, a balcony with pool/park view, a direct dial telephone, a bathroom with bathtub and/or shower cabin, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+2/5+1: Approximate area from 81 m2 to 99 m2. Located in an annex building and 6 villas. They consist of two bedrooms (beds - one double and one/two single), living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, satellite TV, individual air conditioning, balcony with pool/park view, telephone, two bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower cabin, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.
2-BR APP 4+1/4+2 LUX: Approximate area of 112 m2. It It is furnished with modern furniture in the spirit of modernity. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and 2 bathrooms, huge terrace with park view. One bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed, and the second with twin beds and a TV. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV. Every room in the hotel offers guest’s bathtub, hair dryer, bathrobes. The facilities in the apartment include a bathtub with Jacuzzi, telephone, individual air conditioning. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults.
2-BR APP 4+1/4+2 LUX SEA: Approximate area of 133 m2. It is furnished with modern furniture in the spirit of modernity. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and 2 bathrooms, huge terrace with sea view. One bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed, and the second with twin beds and a TV. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV. Every room in the hotel offers guest’s bathtub, hair dryer, bathrobes. The facilities in the apartment include a bathtub with Jacuzzi, telephone, individual air conditioning. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults.
* All units in the complex have a terrace with a pool or park view, however specific view preferences cannot be guaranteed. Sea-view units are not available, except for the LUX/SEA apartment.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room (applies to the apartments).

Baby cot is provided at additional charge – 5 ЕURO per day, upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.

About the hotel: Laguna Beach Hotel offers restaurants and bars for every mood. The excellent location of the main Laguna restaurant is complemented by fine dining and wines. The hotel has a tennis court, parking, conference hall with 100 seats and a poolside pool bar.
Sport and SPA: Situated on an area of 400 m2. and has several treatment rooms, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, fitness, massage, indoor and outdoor pool. Outside with a separate children's section and indoor pool, a children's playground with different swings and toys, with a capacity of 15 children at the same time, sectors for children of different ages (4 to 12 years old).
