Complex mare, cu multa verdeata, hotel curat, aflat in apropierea restaurantului Sozopol si a piscinelor cu aquaparc, camerele ok cu paturi confortabile si balcon mare, mancarea buna, diversificata si pentru toate gusturile, restaurante la alegere Gyros pe plaja, plaja in golf, f curata, cu nisip fin si intrare lina in mare, fara pietre, cam la 5-7 minute de hotel, sezlonguri destule si la piscine si la mare, la orice ora din zi, bauturi locale si din import. De vizitat ar fi orasul vechi din Sozopol, fortareata si Cape Skamni, care chiar merita vazute.

Hotelul nu are restaurant propriu, nici ptr micul dejun. In camera este minibar, dar gol - se poate lua apa la 2 l de cum ajungeti, de la barul de langa receptie.

Spectacol in fiecare seara (cu excepia zilei de duminica), activitai sportive atractive

-Multa mizerie la bucatarie si baruri, -barul de pe plaja s-a inchis cu 2 zile inainte de plecare -locul de schimbat prosoape de pe plaja era inchis cand am ajuns, la fel si locul unde se facea Gyros -am fost trimii la hotelul alaturat care este la 5-7 min de mers pe jos -atitudinea personalului a lasat de dorit -la toaleta de pe plaja nu exista hartie igienica si era foarte murdara

a fost un sejur frumos, relaxant, odihnitor, iar echipa de divertisment face totul sa fie extraordinar! Recomand cu drag celor care vor sa se bucure de o vacanta frumoasa i lipsita de griji.

Din pacate sunt muli romani, dar nu numai care strica "aspectul" linitit i frumuseea locurilor.

Peisajul e frumos.

Baia de pe plaja murdara. Restaurantul cu podele foarte murdare,personalul nu reuseste/ nu e pus sa faca curat. Podelele sunt doar maturate, nu si spalate si devin lipicioase, pline de pete de mancare si noroi. Camera in care am stat era decenta insa holurile murdare, din nou. Renovarea holurilor facuta ca la porci, totul murdar cu var, pereti neuniformi, unde lipseau ornamentele initiale puse niste sipci. Gresie veche din 2000. Cand a plouat la intrare in hotel cameristele pusesera bucati de mocheta franjurata/ rupta ca sa te stergi la usa. arata greu de vazut. Mobilierul are 20 ani cred, n-a fost schimbat la putina renovare facuta in camera ( var + mocheta noua) Mancarea aceeasi in fiecare zi in ciuda serilor tematice.

Voi da nota 3 la confort din urmatorul motiv:Din pacate turistii au inceput sa ocupe cu prosoape sau diverse obiecte personale sezlongurile ,atat de la plaja cat si de la piscina,desi nu stau pe ele si NU aM GaSIt SEZLONG .Iar cei de la hotel nu doresc sa ia nici o masura in legatura cu aceasta problema desi noi am facut sesizare la receptie si anul trecut si anul acestaacest lucru este foarte deranjant fapt pentru care nu o sa mai revenim! Este valabil pentru toate hotelurile din resot!

aproape totul la superlativ. Piscinele curate,plaja impecabila, ezlonguri cite vrei,terenuri de tenis bune,iar mincare i bautura pentru toi "berbecii" din Romania dar i din Bulgaria. apropo..s, bulgarii i au recatigat DUNI.Erau peste tot.

am avut camera pe nord,la hotel Bellevile,i din pacate, avea un uor miros de umezeala.

Mi-au placut activitatile,spectacolele, plaja , spatiul verde, restaurantele tematice

Camera repartizata initial era f intunecoasa. a trebuit sa insistam mult s-o schimbe. Foarte mult plastic (sticle,pahare) folosit si risipit . Un management mai ecologic ar fi indicat.Obiceiul de a "rezerva " sezlongurile de pe plaja pe tot sejurul ar trebui penalizat.

Parcul intregului domeniu este de un verde intens, iar florile multicolore dau senzaie de primavara. Personalul este deosebit de amabil. Ne.au facut o frumoasa surpriza de aniversarea soiei.

Poate repartizarea in camerel de nefumatori/ fumatori ar trebuu sa aiba in vedee ca fumul de igara ajunge foarte uor in camerele vecine, ca i cum s.ar fuma in ele.

amplasat intr-un parc superb, foarte mare si bine intretinut.

Staf necooperant. Doar managerul hotelului cunoaste bine limba engleza. Nu am putut face rezervare la restaurantul Milanese, telefonul sunand incontinuu ocupat timp de o ora, dupa care ne-au spus ca nu mai au locuri libere.

Florile, parcul, peluzele tunse si ingrijite, plaja, aquaparkul, curàenia generalà sunt la cote maxime confirmate an de an (este a 10 oarà)

anul acesta paharele Restaurantului Sozopol au fost 8n multe cazuri (nu o singurà datà) nespàlate, murdare dupà utilizare anterioarà (urme de ruj, de gràsime). Personalul de deservire nu a fost la fel de amabil ca altà datà. La barul La Brise responsabilul de terasà (o doambà 8n varstà) a dispus unui angajat sà utilizeze instrumentar de servire care, dupà càdere accidentalà pe paviment, nu a fost spàlat, fiind introdus direct in vasul cu paste, dupà o clàtire simplà, fàrà detergent, burete. Noi am vàzut asta de douà ori. aceeai doamnà are o purtare generalà uratà cu turistii: ìi admonesteazà, foloseste un ton nepotrivit, este tot timpul iritatà, complet fàrà motiv. Ca impresie generalà, comparand cu ali ani, sesizez un usor declin in calitate.

Resortul este foarte bine ingrijit. Loc de parcare gratuit.

Wi-fi doar in lobby. Pentru acces in camera se plateste o taxa suplimentata. Sala de fitness nu este foarte dotata si nu se face curatenie in sala.

Un loc de vacanta pentru cei cu copii. Plaja curata cu o mare linistita, piscine la discretie, cu mancare si bauturi chiar si pentru mofturosi. Un mic aqua park pt divertisment.

Un inceput de delasare din partea celor ce se ocupa de mentenanta hotelului ( prize defecte, tapet rupt pe alocuri, canalizare semiinfundata, etc. )

o mica recenzie din partea unui client care a luat prima data contact cu all inclusive i cu bulgaria (duni)/foarte circumspect la inceput. Pro: - camera foarte mare i curata. Mocheta pe jos i curaenie luna - parcarea ok, foarte aproape de hotel - curaenie in tot resort-ul - multe posibilitai a-i petrece timpul liber (ex: 10 terenuri de tenis) - mancarea foarte buna (neateptat de buna). am mancat in multe locuri pe bani muli mancare mult mai slaba decat aici - plaja mare i curata - apa mai calda decat in romana i foarte curata - personalul este foarte atent - spectacolele de la amfiteatru - serile de la restaurant cu tematica. - cina la restaurantul bulgaresc i cel italian (10+)

Contra: - bauturile (bere/vin) sunt foarte nasoale (va recomand sa venii cu ele in portbagaj) - prajiturile au acel gust comun. nu sunt de chef dar sunt ok.
