Locatia este foarte frumoasa, am fost de mai multe ori acolo. Camere mari, confortabile, plaja mare cu nisip fin chiar si in apa, domeni este imens cu multa vegetatie si copaci foarte bine ingrijit.

am ajuns la resort in jurul orei 9,45 si nu am fost lasati sa parcam masina in interiorul resortului, portarul spunand ca regula parcarii in resort este dupa 11,00. am mers la receptie unde ni s-a spus sa parcam pe strada pana la ora 11,00. In acest timp, au sosit niste turisti germani care au fost imediat inregistrati si li s-au pus si bratari. am cerut explicatii si au spus ca au sosit cu avionul, de aceea au fost acceptati mai devreme. am protestat si le-am spus ca nu intelegem care este diferenta cu ce sosesti, avion sau masina, si s-au hotarat sa ne primeasca si pe noi. atitudinea personalului a fost foarte urata, pornind de la portar, receptie, chiar si salvamari. toti sunt nervosi si se poarta de parca sunt deranjati cand le soliciti ceva. le

Peisajul ca de obicei minunat. A fost a 3 oara cand am revenit la acest hotel. Plaja curata, piscinele la fel.

Am rmas cu un gust amar in ceea ce tine personalul de la restaurant. Multi dintre ei fara chef de munca si cu un dezgust vizibil cand ii rugai sa iti dea ceva de la bar. Tacamuri si vesela murdare,trebuia sa fii atent.

Complex mare, cu multa verdeata, hotel curat, aflat in apropierea restaurantului Sozopol si a piscinelor cu aquaparc, camerele ok cu paturi confortabile si balcon mare, mancarea buna, diversificata si pentru toate gusturile, restaurante la alegere Gyros pe plaja, plaja in golf, f curata, cu nisip fin si intrare lina in mare, fara pietre, cam la 5-7 minute de hotel, sezlonguri destule si la piscine si la mare, la orice ora din zi, bauturi locale si din import. De vizitat ar fi orasul vechi din Sozopol, fortareata si Cape Skamni, care chiar merita vazute.

Hotelul nu are restaurant propriu, nici ptr micul dejun. In camera este minibar, dar gol - se poate lua apa la 2 l de cum ajungeti, de la barul de langa receptie.

Voi da nota 3 la confort din urmatorul motiv:Din pacate turistii au inceput sa ocupe cu prosoape sau diverse obiecte personale sezlongurile ,atat de la plaja cat si de la piscina,desi nu stau pe ele si NU aM GaSIt SEZLONG .Iar cei de la hotel nu doresc sa ia nici o masura in legatura cu aceasta problema desi noi am facut sesizare la receptie si anul trecut si anul acestaacest lucru este foarte deranjant fapt pentru care nu o sa mai revenim! Este valabil pentru toate hotelurile din resot!

Camera repartizata initial era f intunecoasa. a trebuit sa insistam mult s-o schimbe. Foarte mult plastic (sticle,pahare) folosit si risipit . Un management mai ecologic ar fi indicat.Obiceiul de a "rezerva " sezlongurile de pe plaja pe tot sejurul ar trebui penalizat.

Parcul intregului domeniu este de un verde intens, iar florile multicolore dau senzaie de primavara. Personalul este deosebit de amabil. Ne.au facut o frumoasa surpriza de aniversarea soiei.

Poate repartizarea in camerel de nefumatori/ fumatori ar trebuu sa aiba in vedee ca fumul de igara ajunge foarte uor in camerele vecine, ca i cum s.ar fuma in ele.

amplasat intr-un parc superb, foarte mare si bine intretinut.

Staf necooperant. Doar managerul hotelului cunoaste bine limba engleza. Nu am putut face rezervare la restaurantul Milanese, telefonul sunand incontinuu ocupat timp de o ora, dupa care ne-au spus ca nu mai au locuri libere.

Florile, parcul, peluzele tunse si ingrijite, plaja, aquaparkul, curàenia generalà sunt la cote maxime confirmate an de an (este a 10 oarà)

anul acesta paharele Restaurantului Sozopol au fost 8n multe cazuri (nu o singurà datà) nespàlate, murdare dupà utilizare anterioarà (urme de ruj, de gràsime). Personalul de deservire nu a fost la fel de amabil ca altà datà. La barul La Brise responsabilul de terasà (o doambà 8n varstà) a dispus unui angajat sà utilizeze instrumentar de servire care, dupà càdere accidentalà pe paviment, nu a fost spàlat, fiind introdus direct in vasul cu paste, dupà o clàtire simplà, fàrà detergent, burete. Noi am vàzut asta de douà ori. aceeai doamnà are o purtare generalà uratà cu turistii: ìi admonesteazà, foloseste un ton nepotrivit, este tot timpul iritatà, complet fàrà motiv. Ca impresie generalà, comparand cu ali ani, sesizez un usor declin in calitate.

Un loc de vacanta pentru cei cu copii. Plaja curata cu o mare linistita, piscine la discretie, cu mancare si bauturi chiar si pentru mofturosi. Un mic aqua park pt divertisment.
