Resort: Duni
Location: 7.5 km south of Sozopol, 5.5 km from Arkutino, 50 km from Burgas Airport, 430 km from Sofia Airport. There is a bus stop near the main entrance of the complex, close to Belvil.
Beach: Sandy beach, located 200–500 m away. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Aqua Park: Open from 01.06 to 15.09, includes 6 water slides.
Accommodation: Built in 1986 and fully renovated in 2008. The complex offers accommodation in one- and two-storey villas, with a total of 294 double rooms and suites. The hotel has no elevator. Central air conditioning is available in the rooms from
June 15th to September 15th. Room flooring is carpet or tiles.
DBL 2+0/ 2+1 (~ 26 m²): Features two single beds and an armchair bed, TV, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, safe (extra charge), mini-fridge, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults.
DBL 2+0/ 2+1 SUPERIOR (~ 26 m²): Renovated in 2022, these rooms feature a double bed and an armchair bed, TV, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, safe (extra charge), mini-fridge, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults.
1-BR SUITE 2+2/ 3+1/ 2+3 (~ 33–36 m²): Consists of two separate rooms divided by a door – a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. TV, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, safe (extra charge), mini-fridge, balcony. Minimum occupancy:
2 adults. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 3 children or 3 adults + 1 child.
1-BR SUITE 2+2/ 3+1/ 2+3 PROMO (~ 33–36 m²): Located further from the beach. Consists of two separate rooms divided by a door – a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. TV, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, safe (extra
charge), mini-fridge, balcony. Minimum occupancy: 2 adults. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 3 children or 3 adults + 1 child.
*One infant (up to 1.99 years) is allowed above the maximum occupancy – free of charge, without an extra bed or cot.
Due to the hilly terrain and the distance between the facilities, Duni Royal Resort is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Baby cots are available free of charge, upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
