Complexul este unul cum nu cred c mai gseti in alt parte, care imbin locurile de relaxare cu cele de fcut sport, servit masa, distracie pentru copii.

Datorita lipsei de personal se vede de la an la an, am fost de 7 ori o uoar scdere a serviciilor.

Everything was perfect. We received a Paradise room which was perfect for us as a family with three small children. It was very quiet and we could rest very well, the food was good and varied, the aqua Park is nice and the children had lots of fun and also the artistic program in the evening was very interesting. We had a very nice holiday. We will definitely return next year.

Mergem la Duni Royal Resort de 14 ani i la Holiday Village de vreo opt. Iubim locul pentru multe motive: linite, curenie, pdure, mare... Se vede ca au inceput s fac investiii in uniti de climatizare noi ( mai au de lucru la asta...), boilere noi. Hotelul Pelican din complex a fost complet renovat dar nu am avut acces in camere pentru a vedea ce s- a realizat. Mancare proaspt , fructe din belugpersonalul este tanr, efii de departamente ( sal mese, baruri) sunt noi. Majoritatea ii d silina.

a inceput sa se fac simit nevoia unor investiii. in 10 zile ni s/ a defectat aerul condiionat de 2 ori. Prima dat a durat aproape 24 de ore pan la reparaie, cu nenumrate drumuri la recepie, cci tehnicienii raportau ca "merge". a doua oar in 3 ore era rezolvat problema. Ba am i primit scuze scrise de la conducere+ o sticl cu vin. La spectacolele de sear am fost doar o dat i nu ne- a plcut.

Este vorba de un complex,format din mai multe hoteluri:Marina Beach ,Royal Marina Palace si Holidai Village! Plaja,aquapark,amfiteatru,piscine se putea folosi de oricine la oricare,restaurante puteai manca oriunde ,inafara de Royal Marina(5*)! Un resort imens,cu multe optiuni de petrecere a timpului:aquapark,piscine,piscina pt adulti,plaja cu intrare lina si nisip fin,seara spectacole frumoase atat pentru copiii cat si pt adulti! Mancare diversificata si buna,oricat de mofturos ai fi,nu ramai flamand! Curatenie zilnica,,prosoape,lenjerii! Liniste,conditii ideale de relaxare!

Resortul Holiday Village este format din vile(cam 26) cu 8 camere,fiecare cu balcon,distribuite pe un deal si era de mers pana la plaja cam 5-8 minute lejer,iar conditiile nu erau chiar de 4*! Wi fi ul cam slabut!

Foarte ok clubul . Curat. In restaurant foarte rapizi si prompti la debarasat, astfel incat nu este nicio problema in gasirea unei mese disponibile indiferent de ora la care mergi la masa. Mancarea ff ok! si variata.

Este cu siguranta concediul pentru care voi opta on fiecare an. Resort-ul este foarte mare, poti alege plaja, piscina, aqua parc. Spectacolele sunt de-a dreptul impresionante, programele de entertainment pe timpul zilei la fel. Mancarea este foarte diversificata.

Camerele din Holiday Village sunt decente, dar nu sunt de 4 stele. La cat de diversificata este alimentatia, ar putea include si un suc natural de portocale (din concentrat macar)

Duni Royal Resort este o destinatie perfecta pentru petrecerea vacantei, atat pentru familiile cu copii, cat si pentru tineri, dar si mai putin tineri. Mancarea este diversificata si foarte proaspata. aici gasesti si produse dietetice. Ca si activitati sunt concursuri la piscina, poti juca volei, tenis, etc. aici gasesti si un aqua Park., seara se tin spectacole si party, mai putin duminica. Serviciile sunt excelente.

In prima zi se simtea miros de mucegai, de vechi, dupa aceea a fost insesizabil. Este prima data cand alegem Holliday Village

Complexul este foarte frumos, foarte bine gandit si curat. Spatiile verzi sunt bine intretinute, spectacolul zilnic de divertisment este foarte bine facut, mancarea este mereu proaspata (nu am avut probleme cu copiii). am fost placut suprinsa de atentia acordata zilelor noastre de nastere: fetita a primit la camera sampanie pentru copii si felicitare, iar eu o sticla de vin si felcitare.

Din pacate am fost cu totii dezamagiti de conditiile de cazare. Ba chiar prietenii nostri, clienti ai locului de acum 12 ani, au facut comparatie si au putut estima cat s-a taiat din calitatea serviciilor...Casutele erau nearisite, cu panze de paianjeni peste tot, insecte moarte lasate pe tavan, intre geam si plasa de tantari...Nu a mirosit deloc a curatenie, sa simtim ca cineva a spalat pe jos recent...am semnalat receptia, care ne-a spus ca au tot avut plangeri si ca e vina firmei de curatenie. Insa nimic nu s-a schimbat pe parcursul sejurului: gandacul mort acolo a ramas, panzele de paianjen la fel. Unele prosoape, desi schimbate zilnic, au venit cu urme negre pe ele. Mai mult, la pretul platit si la hotel de 4 stele, ne asteptam sa avem casca de dus, mai multe sapunele, sa gasim informatii in camera despre resort si despre programul meselor, al activitatilor. Nimic! a trebuit sa mergem la receptie sa luam foi a4 printate acolo. Iar receptionera ne-a spus ca pana anul acesta, in mod normal, flyerele cu informatii putea fi gasite in camere. Insa anul acesta, cum au spus, au avut multe plangeri din cauza schimbarilor in rau. Familia de prieteni cu care am mers nici macar nu au gasit acel gel de dus/sampon/balsam in dispenser cand s-au cazat, ca si cum nimeni n-a verificat, nimeni n-a facut curat. Sapunul la chiuveta a fost doar unul singur, mic si prost, pentru 4-5 persoane, tot sejurul. Nu te astepti la asa ceva cand platesti un sejur de 4 stele. te astepti sa nu ai nevoie sa cari cu tine toate produsele de acasa, sau sa cumperi la fata locului... Pernele au fost ingrozitor de tari si gloduroase. Patul extensibil din sufragerie era aproape rupt, ca o barca pe mijloc. Per total, conditiile de cazare au fost sub 3 margarete romanesti. am dovezi, poze clare cu panzele de paianjen, insecta moarta si praful gros neaspirat...

Complexul foarte mare si frumos, cu posibilitatea de a servi masa in mai multe restaurante, cu piscine frumoase, plaja de nota 10, aqua park-ul foarte ok.

Cand am ajuns la receptie am fost intrebati daca e prima data cand venim la Duni. Probabil pentru ca am raspuns ca da, am primit unul din cele mai proaste apartamente. apartamentul in care am stat avea terasa spre o portiune de padure neingrijita. Plasele de la geamuri lipsesc cu desavarsire motiv pentru care nu-ti pot permite luxul sa aerisesti. Canapeaua din sufragerie foarte proasta. Cu toate ca trebuia predata camera la ora 12, la ora 11,30 ni s-a blocat accesul in camera si a trebuit sa asteptam sa vina cineva de la receptie sa ne descuie ca sa ne luam bagajele.

Resortul este frumos,curatenie in camera,schimbat prosoape zilnic,nu te plictisesti aici.

Mancarea de slaba calitate.,nediversificata,dulciuri proaste,aceleasi gogosi in ficare zi.Umbrelele la plaja sunt mici ,confectionate dintr-o plasa la fel ca sezlongul prin care trece soarele,pentru familii cu bebelusi recomand o umbrela suplimentara.

Review-ul nu este corect sa-l dau pentru Holiday Village, desi aici am cumparat rezervarea pentru un apartament. La check-in am fost informati ca am fost relocati in hotelul Marina Beach deoarece Holiday Village era full ocupat. Nu ne-a informat nimeni in prealabil de acest aspect si am primit in loc de apartament o camera (am fost 3 adulti si un copil). E adevarat ca hotelul este fix langa plaja dar am primit o cam in loc de un apartament.

am rezervat un apartament si in loc am primit o camera pentru 3 adulti si un copil in hotelul Marina Beach.

totul foarte ok organizat, nu te plictisesti in acest complex, adica nu ai de ce sa vrei sa pleci sa te plimbi prin imprejurimi. Dupa ce iei cina ai activitati pt copii , apoi spectacol la amfiteatru (aRENa DUNI) foarte frumos cu tineri foarte talentati. mancare diversificata si buna, din belsug.

referitor la curatenia in camere ar mai trebui putin mai multa atentie (mai sunt gandacei si pajenjeni.toate acestea se compenseaza cu ceea ce gasesti in curtea complexului.

zona este forte frumoasa, padure, liniste

este foarte scump (rapost calitate pret), parcarea se platete, nu te lasa cu doi copii in camera dubla desi sunt foarte mici. fiind in padure este plin de ganganii, i fiecare seara trebuia sa ies la vanatoare de paianjeni - bucuria celor mici. ete plin de romani care prin stilul lor caracteritic schimba statiunea cu totul pentru prosoapele de plaja trebuie sa te milogesti putin. mi se parea normal sa iti dea cardurile la cayare nu sa ajungi pe plaja sa ti se spuna ca iti trebuie card care se ia de la receptie (acelasi loc de unde te-ai cazat)
