Location: Situated directly on the beach within the Duni Royal Resort complex, 6.5 km south of Sozopol, 5.5 km from Arkutino, 50 km from Burgas Airport, and 430 km from Sofia Airport. There is a bus stop near the main entrance of the complex, close to
Belleville.
Beach: Sandy, located right next to the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Aquapark: Open from 01.06 to 15.09, featuring 6 water slides.
Accommodation: Built in 2004, the hotel undergoes annual room renovations. It consists of a single seven-storey building with 7 lifts and a total of
311 double rooms and suites. Central air conditioning is available in the rooms from 15 June to 15 September.
DBL 2+0/2+1 (~ 26–28 m²): Furnished with two single beds (which can be joined upon request) and one extra bed – an armchair that converts into a single bed.

2-BR APP 4+0 PRESIDENT SEA (~100 m²): Consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet, plus a spacious living room, cable TV, telephone, mini fridge, hairdryer, safety deposit box, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults.
One baby up to 1.99 years old may be accommodated above the room’s maximum capacity without the use of an extra bed or cot.
The hotel features rooms specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility. However, due to the resort’s hilly landscape and the distance between facilities, Duni Royal Resort may
NOT be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
