Location: The hotel complex Amfibia Beach is located in the southern part of one of the most famous Black Sea resorts - Sunny Beach. It is located 35 km from the city of Burgas and 30 km from the airport.

Beach: The complex is located 500 meters from the beach, on the first line, 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach and the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with natural sand dunes and is close to Cacao Beach.
Sandy. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. The beach is a winner of the “Blue Flag” award.
Accommodation: The hotel complex "Amphibia Beach" includes three hotel buildings - categorized with 3 stars and one of them is distant from the main two, but shares the same facilities. The three hotel buildings are located directly on the beachfront and all rooms have a balcony with beautiful sea views. Total capacity is 403 beds in double, triple and family rooms, deluxe rooms and maisonettes. The rooms are large and comfortable, furnished in a modern style, equipped with a TV and telephone in building 1 and 2, bathroom, toilet, fridge/mini bar/, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, hair dryer, private balcony overlooking the coast and the hotel pools. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a sofa bed. In Building, all hotel rooms have been renovated and redesigned.

DBL 2+1: Modern furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, bathroom with shower, toilet and bath amenities, refrigerator (minibar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with beautiful views of the coast. The rooms are located in building 1 and 2. They have 2 regular beds and 1 extensible sofa. All rooms have air conditioning. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.
DBL 2+1 DELUXE: The rooms are large, modern furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, bathroom/ 2 toilets, refrigerator (minibar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with a beautiful view of the coast. There are 2 regular beds and 1 extendeble sofa bed. All rooms have air conditioning and are located in building 1. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.
TRP 3+1/ 2+2: Modern furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, bathroom/WC, refrigerator (mini-bar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with beautiful views of the coast. All rooms have 3 regular beds and 1 extendable sofa, air conditioning and are located in Building 2. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.
MAISONETTE 2+3/ 3+2/ 4+1: These are two separate double rooms on two floors connected by internal stairs. The rooms have a capacity of 4 main beds + 1 extra extendable sofa. Modernly furnished, they are equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone /only in the Amphibia block/, with one bathroom and toilet, refrigerator (minibar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with beautiful views of the coast. One of the rooms has air conditioning. The rooms are located in building 1 and 2. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 1 child.

Baby cot is provided free of charge and upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.
About the hotel: In the hotel complex there is restaurant - "Amfibia", Grill restaurant, Lobby bar in the building of hotel "Amfibia", Pool bar, Safe and exchange office, Elevator, Hairdresser, Beauty salon, Conference room for business meetings and seminars, Children's playground, 3 outdoor pools, including outdoor pool for children, Volleyball court, Billiards.
