Location: Hotel complex Amfibia Beach is located in the southern part of one of the most famous Black Sea resorts – Sunny Beach. It is 35 km from the city of Burgas and 30 km from the airport.
Beach: The complex is located 500 meters from the beach, on the first line, only 2 minutes’ walk from the sunny sandy beach and the sea. It is surrounded by green nature and natural sand dunes and is close to “Cacao Beach”. The sea bottom is flat with
easy access. The beach has the “Blue Flag” award.
Accommodation: Hotel complex Amfibia Beach includes three hotel buildings – all categorized as 3-star hotels. One of the buildings is located a bit further from the main two, but uses the same infrastructure. The three hotel buildings are located directly
on the first beach line and all rooms have balconies with a beautiful sea view. The total capacity is 403 beds in double, triple and family rooms, deluxe rooms and maisonettes. The rooms are large and comfortable, modern furnished and equipped with cable TV
and telephone (in building 1 and 2), bathroom, toilet, refrigerator/mini bar/, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, hair dryer, private balcony with view to the coast and hotel pools. All rooms have air conditioning and а folding sofa bed. In building
1 all hotel rooms are renovated and with a new design.
DBL 2+1: Modern furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom amenities, refrigerator /mini bar/, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with a beautiful view to the coast.
The rooms are located in building 1 and 2. They have 2 regular beds and 1 extra extendable armchair. All rooms have air conditioning. The
maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
DBL 2+1 DELUXE: Large rooms, modern furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, bathroom / 2 toilets, refrigerator (mini bar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with a beautiful view of the seaside. They
have 2 main double beds and 1 extra extendable armchair. All rooms have air conditioning and are located in building 1. The
maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.
TRP 2+2/ 3+1: Modern furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, bathroom/toilet, refrigerator (mini bar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with a beautiful view of the seaside. All rooms have 3 main beds
and 1 extra extendable armchair, air conditioning and are located in building 1 and 2. The
maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.
MAISONETTE 2+3/ 3+2/ 4+1: These are two separate double rooms on two floors, connected by internal stairs. The rooms have capacity of 4 main beds + 1 extra extendable armchair. Modernly furnished, equipped with cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone
(only in Amfibia block), one bathroom and toilet, refrigerator (mini bar), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lamps, private balcony with a beautiful view to the sea and pools. One of the rooms has air conditioning. The rooms are located in building 1 and 2.
The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 1 child.
Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
The Hotel doesn’t have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.
