Mancarea slab i repetitiv, nu a fost prea gustoas am pltit un prosop la recepie la plecare 25 de leva. Femeia de la curenie nu ne-a mai pus un prosop cand a fcut curat i au dat vina pe noi ca l-am luat. I-am rugat s imi caute in bagaj ins nu au vrut. Nu prea vorbesc bine englez Piscin inchide la 18 i poarta spre plaj la fel, trebuie ocolit tot hotelul Nu exist terase la hotel unde poi bea ceva i fuma de diminea

La mancare sunt cei mai slabi,paine mucigaita,dac rmaneai fr ceva nu mai puneau,carne un singur fel pui,aveau numai salate i legume,la micul dejun fr omlet,in a 3 zi nu au mai avut ou fierte ,ou ochiuri,deci cei mai slabi pe mancare,am mai fost i alte hoteluri dar ca aici pe nicieri,nu sunt pretenioas,dar nu aveai ce s ii iei.Le-am transmis celor de la recepie,dar nu s-a luat nici o msur.Cand rameai fara paine ,trebuia s m duc s le zic,i de abia aduceau.

Prima data cand mergem la acest hotel,nu stiu cu ce sa incep... restaurant mancare foarte bine gatita(pui,porc,vita,iepure,rata,creveti,scoici,astea le am prin eu,bautura buna inclusiv berea,dulce de toate ptr toti,fructe piersici,struguri,pepene,prune,mere,pere.Camera curata,prosoape in fiecare zi schimbate Receptiefoarte amabili si de ajutorBar loby piscina frumoase,bine dotate personal foarte amabil.Plaja aproape bar pe plaja(doar bere si sucuri).

Atentie!!!!Nu sunt impresii negative ci doar observatii!!!plaja nu este langa mare....este la 15 metri ,in fata mai sunt un rand de senzloguri cu plata,chiuveta la baie este micuta,dar destula daca nu vrei sa speli ceva in ea,putin accent pe aspirator.atat.

Inainte sa plec in vacanta am citit comentarii ale turistilor sa stiu la ce sa ma astept, iar acum, la intoarcere, am impresia ca acei turisti cu impresii mai putin bune, faceau referire la alt hotel! Sunt o persoana mai ...exigenta, insa mi-am asumat ceea ce as fi putut gasi acolo, avand in vedere ca este un hotel de 3 stele. am fost foarte placut surprinsa de tot si cu siguranta ma voi reintoarce. Camera suficient de spatioasa, cu tv, frigider, aer conditionat, balcon si vedere la mare, apa calda permanent, curatenie, schimbat prosoape, lenjerie - ZILNIC, apa zilnic in camera; mancare proaspata, diversificata si calitativa (chiar si fructe de mare; mancare asiatica); intre mese, chiar pana la ora 23:00, se mai pot servi gustari; personal amabil, amplasare ...doar traversezi o alee ca sa pasesti pe plaja; seslonguri chiar si pentru cei care se trezesc la ora 10; muzica si bar pe plaja! Din propria experienta, pot spune ca am avut parte de conditii, mancare mai bune decat la hoteluri de 4/5 stele, tot din Sunny Beach,

Nu exista cabinet medical, ceea ce consider ca este absolut necesar, avand in vedere ca este un complex cu 2 hoteluri cu ...sute de persoane si pot aparea situatii unde este nevoie de un Prim ajutor, de un sfat medical, o interventie minora, care nu necesita mers la spital si ar tebui sa poata fi oferite! Ultra all Inclusiv - nu se respecta! Bauturile care ar trebui servite la acest ...serviciu, sunt contra cost.

Curatenie zilnica in camera, foarte aproape de plaja!

Mancarea nu este deloc diversificata, putine feluri nu prea ai din ce sa alegi! Seara la ora 11 cand se inchidea barul de la piscina veneau pur si simplu si te ridicau de la mese pentru ca inchideau usa de acces catre hotel( asta mi s-a parut ceva foarte urat)! Ok inteleg ca inchizi barul, nu am o problema cu asta, dar eu daca mai vreau sa stau la teresa la aer, ce ai cu mines Spatiul de joaca pentru copii consta intr-o casuta si un tobogan mic! apa de la piscina foarte rece, nu era incalzita deloc, nu am putut sa stam nici macar o zi la piscina! am platit un pret foarte scump, pentru niste servicii foarte ieftine! Nu recomand! Pe plaja exista un singur dus la iesire, cu apa gheata abia puteai sa te speli de nisip, nu aveai cum sa speli un copil cu apa aia!

Parcarea hotelului insuficienta i foarte scumpa (20 leva/zi, iar in alte parcari ce nu apartineau de alte hoteluri, 15 leva/zi. Sezlonguri insuficiente pe plaja, amplasate departe de apa marii, la ora 18 erai sculat de pe acestea de catre un individ ce era in permanenta baut, pe motiv ca programul este pana la acea ora. Dimineata (incepand cu ora 4.30-5.00, era o adevarata intrecere pentru ocuparea sezlongurilor pe plaja. tV din camera avea o multime de programe rusesti,germane, ucrainiene, bulgareti, dar nici un program in limba romana, cu toate ca hotelul era plin de turisti romani i din Republica Moldova.

Mancarea este saracacioasa,nediversificata,la bar nu poi sa Primeti mai mult de doua beri,daca suntei un grup trebuie fiecare sa stea la rand i sa ii ia singur,o persoana nu primete mai mult de doua bauturi,nicidecum cum scrie ca au ampanie tot timpul,ingheata doar de la 15 pana la 16:50,fata de celelalte hoteluri la care am fost aici este cel mai urat,in afara de camera ca este frumoasa i curata nu este nimic ok,ezlonguri putine la piscina unde se deschide la 9,la plaja iar sunt putine i in spate ca in fata sunt alte ezlonguri,partea lor este de ezlonguri in spate i un mini bar care este insuficient
