Accommodation: Hotel Arda consists of two buildings, the higher one has ten floors, there is a warm connection between the buildings. Accommodation is offered in a total of 113 double rooms and 5 apartments, which are located in the higher building.
There are 27 double rooms in the smaller building. The hotel is served by a total of 3 lifts.
DBL 2+1: Approx. area 18-23 m². Rooms have 2 twin beds or a double bed and an extendable sofa bed. All rooms have a bathroom with shower and toilet, bathroom amenities, air conditioning, TV, desk, mini-bar, telephone and balcony. Rooms have park or sea
view, accommodation is depending on availability at the moment of check-in. The flooring is carpet. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approx. area 35 m². The apartments consist of one room (without intermediate doors), have a double bed and one extendable sofa bed. All apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, bathroom amenities, air conditioning, TV, desk, mini-bar,
telephone and balcony. The apartments have a sea view. The floor is carpeted. The maximum occupancy is for 4 adults.
