The distance to the centre of the resort and the Gondola lift is 3.7 km. Distance to the chair lift – 1.1 km.
Accommodation: Hotel Borovets Hills was lastly renovated in 2023 and has 63 spacious premises, including 9 apartments, 6 studios and 48 double and single rooms (17 single and 31 twin rooms). There are 5 floors and 2 elevators in the Hotel.

SGL: Approx. area of 26 m2. The single rooms have one single bed. Each room is elegantly furnished and offers amenities such as an electric kettle, Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, cosmetic mirror, heating, safe, hairdryer, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 1 adult.
DBL 2+1: Approx. area of 30 m2. The double rooms have one double bed or two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed – folding armchair. 1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approx. area of 50 m2. The apartments have one bedroom with double bed and a living room with one sofa bed – suitable for one adult or two children. Each room is elegantly furnished and offers amenities such as an electric kettle, Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, cosmetic mirror, heating, safe, hairdryer, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.
2-BR APP 4+1/4+2: Approx. area of 63 m2. The apartments have two separate bedrooms with two separate beds each, living room with upholstered furniture and a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, two bathrooms – one with a shower, and one with a bathtub. Each room is elegantly furnished and offers amenities such as an electric kettle, Wi-Fi, cable TV, telephone, cosmetic mirror, heating, safe, hairdryer, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

About the hotel: The Hotel has one main restaurant, offering Bulgarian and international cuisine both buffet and a-la-cart. Restaurant Borovets Hills is located on the ground floor, has a capacity of 130 seats and offers high-class dishes in a refined setting. The Lobby bar is spacious and comfortable with a large sun terrace. Comfortable and luxuriously furnished conference hall with 80 seats, multimedia, screen, flipchart, stationary and removable microphones, which is suitable for small seminars, presentations and operational meetings. Capacity is 75 seats and it is equipped with up-to-date audio and video equipment.
Sports and SPA: The SPA Center of the hotel is the biggest in Borovets. It offers a variety of treatments that provide guests with a truly luxurious and unique spa experience. Experienced professionals apply different types of massages and spa therapies with high-end cosmetics - facial and body cosmetics, Vichy Shower, Pearl Bath, Chromotherapy Bath, Anti-stress programs, beauty treatments.
