Curaenie la suprafaa,mancare rece si nediversificata aceeai mancare timp de 7 zile cat am fost cazai in locaie,personal inclusiv la receptie care nu vorbesc decat bulgara(cu 2 exceptii un baiat la bar si o doamna la receptie),personalul de servire in sala de mese cu uniforme foarte murdare ca incepeai sa te gandesti cum arata bucataria,cand personalul arata asa.Iar ca mese daca vrei sa apuci sa mananci ceva trebuie sa fii cu strictee prezent la orele de inceput,dupa jumatate de ora nu mai gaseti mai nimic si trebuie sa te ploconesti de ei sa mai completeze gaurile.

aerul condiionat nu a funcionat dei am chemat sa-l repare in trei. Zile consecutive. a venit tehnicianul,a aerisit instalaia i a plecat,rezultatul fiind acelai. Fara aer condiionat la 37 grade. Mancarea aceiai,putina i de proasta calitate. Fata de anul trecut cand am fost cazat tot aici este un mare regres. anul acesta mancarea de baza,au fost cartofii prajii,morcovi la tava i orez. altceva nu ai prea avut ce sa mananci,doar daca erai acolo cant se dadea startul. Fructe putine i necoapte.una peste alta,pe cat de buna impresie mi-au facut anul trecut,pe ataca de dezamagit am fost anul acesta. an sigur ca nota buna de la recenzii o sa scada i ea. Cert este ca nu o sa mai revenim aici cel puin in urmatorii ani.

In ceea ce priveste partea de receptie , in special Receptioniera "blonda si mai in varsta" ce tinea si ecusonul intors pentru a nu vedea cum se numeste, din momentul in care am ajuns deja vorbea rastit, si o limba pe care doar ea o intelegea si prin care mai amesteca si cateva cuvinte in engleza, din pacate din cauza unor angajati ca si acestia se pierd clienti, lucrez in domeniu, dar ca si ea mai degraba pe stadion la taiat bilete,nu mai spun ca in camera aerul conditionat nu functioneaza , iar cand soliciti remedierea, ca doar ai platit , la personal , mai bn nu ai face-o, nu de alta dar ii deranjezi , nu pot da decat nota 3 din 10.

Hotelul curat , pozitie buna destul de aproape de plaja

Program animaie cum e specificat in descriere lipsa in cele 5 zile , piscina cu apa rece si adancime maxim 130 cm ceea ce o face functionabila doar pentru copii sau pentru cine nu stie sa inoata. La capitolul mancare nu exceleaza, dar in final poi face o combinatie astfel incat sa pleci satul. Dulciurile sunt ca i inexistente, un chef sau nite prajiturele insiropate facute din aceeai compozitie de pandispan si uneori profitabil, intr-o singura seara a existat un tort. Deci desertul de baza ramaneau fructele

La inceput am plecat cu frica, din cauza pandemiei, dar cand am ajuns acolo totul super ok, nimeni nu vorbea de pandemie, nu purta masca, fost foarte bine, exact ca in anii trecuti. Curaenie, mancare, personal, totul a fost super ok. Recomand hotelul.

Singurul lucru negativ a fost marea agitata pe tot parcursul vacanei dar am inteles de la salvamar ca aici tot timpul marea este agitata.

acest hotel mi-a depasit asteptarile Mancare diversificata gustoasa, ciorbele foarte bune si ele! Gustari intre mese, inghetata Hotelul este modern, curat restaurantul interior la fel Se face curatenie zilnic in camere Personalul isi facea treaba Camera cu vedere la strada, nu am avut probleme cu zgomotul masinilor(datorita termopanelor de calitate) de regula sunt mai sensibil... La noi trebuie sa scoatem din buzunar peste 5000 lei poate chiar mai mult pt un asemenea hotel cu aceste conditii. Plaja foarte curata Recomand acest hotel. as reveni oricand!

Hotelul este foarte frumos decorat, are sala de fitness si piscina este incapatoare. Curatenia in camera se face in fiecare zi si mancarea este destul de diversificata.

Unele feluri de mancare nu prea pot fi mancate, mai ales deserturile. Personalul de la restaurant nu vorbeste engleza si nu este foarte amabil.

Mi.au lasat o impresie foarte buna legata de mancare si bauturi! Din punctul meu de vedere era mancare pentru toata lumea chiar daca ii placea carnea sau legumele intr.o varietate destul de marevsi se completa mereu! Ca si mancare un minus ii aveau la prajituri deoarece erau ori prea dulci,ori aveai impresia ca blatul era din carton,insa au fost si cateva gustoase! Fructele nu lipseau in nici o zi cate 4 feluri(pepene,struguri albi si negri,grefe,banane,kiwi)la fiecare masa! Personalulu foarte amabil si cooperativ! Se facea curatenie in fiecare zi in camera ,insa din pacate noua nu ne.au fost schimbate lenjeriile in nici o zi,pe cand in camera surorii mele au fost schimbate! Per total a fost o vacanta reusita!

Un marecminus il au la animatorii pentru copiii deoarece nu erau mereu implicati,desi ei erau oameni ok! as fi vrut sa vad mai multa activitate cu copiii,iar locul unde il numeau ei camera de activitati era murdar,neingrijit si neaccesorizat(fara plastilina,fara planse de desenat,fara culori)!

Camere curate, se face zilnic curatenie in camere, dupa 3 zile s-a schimbat si lenjeria. Mancare ok, se gaseste cate ceva de mancare pe gustul fiecaruia. Piscina curata cu salvamar. Curatenie in tot hotelul. Parcare cu plata 6leva/zi. Internet doar cu plata si in camere si in hotel.

Voucherul trebuie sa fie printat in format fizic, nu se accepta doar de pe telefon, desi rezervarile apar la ei in sistem. Nu am avut voucherele printate dar au acceptat sa le trimitem pe e-mail catre ei.

Un hotel curat si bine ingrijit, personalul foarte amabil, parcare proprie destul de spatioasa (6lev/zi), mancare ok, putin variata dar fiecare gaseste ceva care sa-l multumeasca, bar ok, barmanii sunt dispusi sa-ti combine bauturile disponibile in coctail dupa bunul plac, spre deosebire de alte hoteluri chiat si de 4-5 stele la care am fost, ptr cei interesati de piscina, aceasta este destul de spatioasa, si se curata zilnic. am plecat destul de ingrijorata in urma comentariilor contradictorii pe care le-am citit. Dar am fost placut impresionata! Hotelul este dragut, camerele sunt mari, spatioase si curate. Se face curatenie zilnic, ne-au fost schimbate prosoapele si ne-au pus si sampon si gel de dus aditional. Mancarea a fost buna, nu nemaipomenita. Daca esti foarte pretentios, gasesti motive sa critici. Dar noi ne-am descurcat, am avut in fiecare zi ce sa mancam, mai multe feluri la alegere. Dimineata este cam acelasi lucru la micul dejun, dar bun. La pranz si seara variaza felurile de mancare: paste, cartofi prajiti sau la cuptor, carne de pui, porc, vita, peste zilnic, legume, salate. In prima seara am ajuns tarziu, pe la 8:30, si ne era teama ca nu vom mai avea ce sa mancam. Dar nu a fost asa, erau tavile reumplute la intervale regulate si gaseai mereu ce sa mananci. Fructe sunt mai multe la pranz si seara, dimineata doar portocale si grepfruit felii. Deserturile cam lasa de dorit, putine feluri si nu prea bune. Inghetata nu prea apuci, e omor pe ea, si nici nu e prea buna. Ca amplasare, este la capatul statiunii, putin cam departe de centru. Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat, din contra, deoarece este mai aproape de vechiul oras Nessebar. Merita vizitat, am luat autobuzul 3 statii cu 1,3 leva de persoana. acolo este minunat, ca peisaje, arhitectura, restaurante! Centrul statiunii Sunny Beach mi s-a parut gen Mamaia, nimic extraordinar. Plaja este aproape de hotel, ajungi in 5 minute. atentie, un sezlong este 8 leva, iar o umbrela tot 8 leva. Ca si concluzie, raportul pret calitate este bun, se merita.

Personalul nu este extraordinar, dar nici nu deranjeaza in nici un fel. Bautura lasa de dorit, sotul meu nu a putut bea berea de la hotel. Eu am baut 2 coctailuri si au fost acceptabile. Sucul la dozator. Cafeaua este de la dozator, de fapt pe baza de ness, nu e asa buna. Noi am baut mai mult cappucino, era mai bun la gust.

hotel modern, curatenie in camere si in toaleta, fiecare camera are balcon, lifturi ultra moderne, amplasarea hotelui intr-o zona linistita , transport spre statiune la costuri de o leva de persoana, la fel si spre nesebar, superba insula nesebar ca si intreaga statiune , in mic las vegas ......mancarea foarte buna , sortimente bogate si diversificate , atENtIE ! nu e pentru cei care vor la 5 stele ultra all inclusiv...........plaja aproape si exista loc de pus un prosopel, nisipul foarte fin, plaja curata , parcarea cu plata -6 leva pe zi ! cafea , sucuri cu si fara acid la discretia turistului , ceai , am ramas cu o impresie foarte placuta fata de cei de la CaLYPSO

in 5 zile nu au reusit sa schimbe prosoapele si nici nu au mai adaugat sampon de corp sau de par fata de cel ce l-am gasit in prima zi !

Hotel curat,camere mari,confortabile.amplasarea hotelului nu este cea mai buna,distanta pina la plaja aproximativ 400 metri.Mancare buna si variata,servirea insa neglijenta,daca vii in a 2 a ora de servit masa nu prea mai prinzi mare lucru,desertul mai ales dispare primul. Piscina ingrijita,curata cu zona separata pt copii si salvamar.Program de entertaiment si pentru copii exista,destul de ok,oamenii isi dau silinta.

Hotelul a asigurat confortul pentru cele 4 stele, noi am primit apartament, fiind cu 1 copil. Mincarea a fost de calitate, bine pregatita, desi putea sa fie mai diversificata. Personalul atent, echipa de animatie foarte prietenoasa, cu program zilnic pentru copii iar seara pentru turistii care sunt insotiti prin baruri si discoteci incepind cu ora 10 seara.

Parcarea este foarte mica pentru capacitatea hotelului (20 locuri), in cazul parcarii in apropiera hotelului, desi nu sunt indicatoare de oprirea interzisa, se ridica abuziv masini.
