Mancarea destul de buna, am avut pete in 4 zile din cele 6, o seara cu friptura de porc la grill, la micul dejun, desi monoton, gaseai ce sa mananci, pancakes in fiecare dimineata, facute pe loc. Mi-a mai placut pizza de la piscina. Gradina foarte frumoasa, piscinele foarte drague: sunt 3 piscine. Hotelul destul de dragut, in interior dar i in exterior si destul de aproape de plaja. Dei sejurul a fost de doar 5 nopi ni s-au schimbat prosoapele dupa 3 zile.

Camera a lasat de dorit, destul de mica, baia i ea f mica cu dus deschis, a lipsit oglinda de deasupra chiuvetei, era pus un carton, muli paianjeni si panze de paianjeni in camera insa precizez ca am stat in aripa de 3 stele. Barul destul de slabu, fara cocktail-uri pentru copii, ingheata la fel, o gaseai greu i era puin timp. Programul barului, destul de restrans, la ora 22.00 inchideau. apa doar in incinta restaurantului, in orele de masa, un singur bidon la care se facea de fiecare data coada. Foarte muli romani needucai, insa asta nu putem imputa hotelului...

am fost cazai la Riva Park 4*. Camera mare i curata, curtea hotelului este superba. Hotelul este aproape de plaja. Parcare in apropierea hotelului( 15 leva/ zi).

Mancarea nu a fost pe placul nostru. Nu aveau niciun fel de salata, margarina la micul dejun,aceleai prajituri cu budinca toata saptamana, la gratar era un copil de 13-14 ani( am nimerit de 2 ori carnea nefacuta ). Nu recomand nici ingheata. apa din piscine era rece.

am petrecut 7 zile minunate la hotelul Riva. Intre impresiile pozitive as enumera: raport calitate-pret, curatenie, prosoape schimbate zilnic, liniste, mancarea, foarte multe feluri de mancare, e drept ca multe se repeta zilnic dar fiind atat de variate in 7 zile nu apuci sa mananci din toate. Un plus pentru pizza, exceptionala. Mi-a placut mult aspectul inconjurator, parculetele, super ingrijute. intr-un cuvant a fost frumos!

Ca impresii negative as aminti baia, mica si fara dus delimitat, foarte incomoda. Internetul, wireles doar pe hol, in rest doar cu hospot foarte slab. as aminti si ospitalitatea, mi s-a parut ca personalul era respectuos mai mult din obligatie.

Staiunea merita vazuta.

Nu se respecta nici o masura anticovid, nici angajai, nici turisti. Eram singurii care ne prezentam cu masca in zona de restaurant. Noi am stat doar 2 nopti, nu recomand.

Din pacate am stat sase zile ,la aceasi pret ca anul trecut sapte.Deci a fost mai scump pentru un serviciu mai slaba de calitate.Inteleg problema cu pandemia dar a fost problema si cu manegementtul, fata de altii.

Mancarea foarte putin variata si nu stiu cat de buna pt ca am plecat de acolo cu bubite pe tot corpul, nu stiu daca sunt neaparat de la mancare sau de la soare dar avand in vedere ca pana acum nu am avut problema cu soarele raman la parerea ca mancarea a fost stricata, la orele de masa exista un agent de paza care pazete sa nu iei mancarea la tn sau in bagaj...se uita in gura ta

mijloacele de transport pentru care s-au platit din Romania Bulgaria i retur de joasa spea nu se respecta ora iar unii oferi opresc sa ii lase pasageri pe unde vor acestea! Ruine!

Great and clean pools (3+1), jakuzi, children pools, beautiful garden, animations for children and adults, pleenty of tasty food (all kinds), BBQ, pica and ice cream by the pool. Location ok.

Drinks in a small and thin plastic cups, wine in a small plastic cup with dinner (I can't understand this), no ice for drinks most of the time (when is finished thera are no refill). and only 1 small shampoo (pr person) for 10 nigts stay! Beach is clos but the back door is locked so you have to go around the whole hotel to get to the beach (+200 or 300 metars for walking). Very EXPENSIVE PRKING! 20 or 15 leva per night!

Mincare buna dar nu foarte variata. Parcare 15 leva/zi si cartela de acces nu a functionat. Niciun program tv in limba romana,fiind totusi foarte multi turisti romani.

Nesebar si Sveti Vlas sunt de vizitat

nimic nu merita 3 stele, atat hotelul cat si mancarea de 2 *, parcarea foarte scumpa, 20 leva/zi, internet slab doar la receptie unde erau toti... aproape 2 zile a fost cazut, s-a stricat routerul.. canapeaua copiilor era o bucata rupta intr-o parte si se dormea rau pe zona de la picioare, in baie nu au nici o cadita, toata baia era plina de apa. Micul dejun avea aceleasi sortimente in fiecare zi, fara nici o modificare. La pranz un singul fer de supa, seara in schimb, pe langa supa de la pranz mai aveau una de legume in general. Seara la gratar, de 2 ori frigarui si o data friptura de port - pulpa, in rest doar carnati sau tocaturi. La pranz cam aceleasi sortimente zilnic, foarte putina variatie de la o zi la alta sau de la pranz la cina :( dar nu ramaneai nemancat... In 8 zile, nu au schimbat asternuturile, doar la cererea mea un cearceaf care se murdarise si alta data, 2 prosoape mici... dar zilnic se facea curat in camera

Mancare buna si diversificata , curatenie zilnic in camera si schimbarea prosoapelor ziilnic, personal amabil, c am 5 minute fata de plaja

Programe tv foarte putine( nu aveai la ce sa te uiti , toate erau bulgaresti), baia foarte mica 1/1m2, nu avea cabina de dus nici cada practic dusul era in perete si cand iti faceai dus stropeai tot( wc , chiuveta, oglinda) si scurgerea era c am infundata ,devenea piscina in baie, camerea era foarte mica nici nu aveai unde sa ti depozitezi trolerul

Pentru noi hotelul Riva a reprezentat mai mult decat o impresie foarte placuta, Riva ne-a depait ateptarile. Cazai la varianta se 3 stele am realizat, cu placuta surprindere, ca doar cazarea era de 3 stele, in schimb masa i toate condiiile coincideau cu cei care au ales varianta Riva Park, de 4 stele. Un hotel inconjurat de piscine, cu mese gustoase i suficiente, cu personal amabil i prietenos, cu oameni care au facut tot posibilul sa te simi bine. Raportul pret - calitate a fost mai mult decat execelent i ne gandind de pe acum sa revenim i anul viitor.

Hotel vechi, reconditionat in 2015. Camerele ofera un conform mai mult decat corect pretului platit. Pentru carcotasi ca de ce patul are saltea normala si nu saltea cu memorie la recomand cu caldura hotelul aCaSa si piscina din orasul de bastina. Sunt deja la a doua sedere in acest hotel si pot spune ca m-am simtit excelent.

Stiu ca suna putin aiurea, dar poate seara vrei sa te uiti si la televizor in asteptarea somnului. Daca stii bulgara, rusa, germana mai bine nu deschizi televizorul.

am fost placut impresionati de cum am intrat in hotel,desi am ajuns putin mai devreme am fost cazati imediat,camera era foarte curata,lenjeria de un alb imaculat si prosoapele la fel.Curatenia se facea in camera zilnic,mancarea a fost buna si destul de variata,cu siguranta a avut fiecare sa aleaga ceva pe placul lui,plus fructe,prajituri si ingheatata la discretie,la fel si bauturile.Ce m-a mirat a fost faptul ca la bauturi pe langa vin alb si rosu,bere,vodca,whisky,coniac,lichior se facea si cateva feluri de cocktail fiecare cum voia si erau la discretie de la 12.00 - 22.30.Mi-a placut totul cu siguranta voi mai merge la acest hotel.Raport calitate pret foarte bun.Pot spune fara riscul de a gresi ca am platit 3 stele si am avut servicii de 4 stele.

Hotelul este foarte curat, camerele sunt mari, paturile comode, 3 piscine ingrijite, curtea interioara incapatoare si foarte frumos amenajata iar personalul foarte amabil! In principiu, a fost ok!

Mancarea nu a fost destul de buna, nici foarte variata, cu exceptia micului dejun.Sucurile si cafeaua au fost de proasta calitate.

trebuie sa mergi la bar si sa astepti sa fii servit chiar si pentru suc,apa sau cafea. Pe toata durata sejurului cartofii prajiti au fost aceeasi, reincalziti, uscati si fara gust. au avut niste cremvursti, specific bulgaresti, oribili la gust dupa parerea mea si posibil a celorlalti turisti deoarece nu au fost mancati si in 6 zile de la atata reincalzire s-au transformat in carnati uscati. Varza alba, rosie si sfecla nu puteau fi mancate fiind uscate. Restul mancarii era bun chiar spre delicios insa deloc variat

Chiar daca numarul felurilor de mancare nu era extraordinar de mare era destul de variata si se schimba de la zi la zi. Barul servea bauturi locale deci nu asteptati bauturi fine.

Complexul este aproape de plaja, mancarea este gustoasa, personalul prietenos. am gasit mereu sezlonguri la piscina.

Nu au fost multe sortimente de mancare si din pacate s-au repetat aceleasi sortimente zilnic. La snack bar se servea doar pizza nu si burgeri sau cartofi prajii cum descriu ei. Nu prea a existat divertisment, inafara de cateva jocuri pt copii si putina muzica nu prea aveai ce face in complex. Baia nu era amenajata, nu exista dus, apa curgea direct pe jos si mergea pe o mica scurgere.

Hotelul este foarte curat, piscinele cu apa curata, curatenia este punctul forte al acestui hotel, restaurantul cu suficiente locuri de luat masa, mi-am placut foarte mult faptul ca au avut si terasa in aer liber unde puteai sa iei masa, chelnerii foarte rapizi in a aduna farfuriile goale de pe mese, mancare suficienta si diversificata(pranz si cina), in fiecare zi am avut diferite mancaruri, majoritatea cu sosuri bulgareti, dar bine gatite, gustoase.

Micul dejun a fost timp de 7 zile acelai in fiecare zi, nici macar ceva in plus, camera foarte mica, noi am fost cazati 4 persoane(2adulti +2 copii) si am primit o camera mica, mobilier putin, un dulap mic unde abia puteai pune hainele a doua persoane, am improvizat noi un mic raft din geamantane pentru hainele copiilor, nu s-au schimbat lenjeriile decat la solicitarea noastra in a cincea zi de sejur, capacul wc-ului s-a rupt si am solicitat repararea lui lucru care s-a rezolvat dar dupa 3 zile s-a rupt iar, ua de la intrare nu se inchidea bine, se auzea orice zgomot, probabil si din cauza ca era slaba calitativ, baia foarte mica si cu wc-ul langa dus, cand faceai baie era aproape imposibil sa nu uzi totul in jur.Nu am avut confort in camera, spaiu mic, ieeam de la baie era totul in jur, se usca greu, daca mai aveai nevoie sa mergi in baie te udai iar pe picioare. Parcarea fff scumpa si spatii foarte putine, cand am facut check-in ne-au cerut 8 euro/zi pentru parcare si dei am dorit sa o parcam doar 2 zile(pana gasim alta varianta mai ieftina)ne-au refuzat.Distanta fata de mare este cam de 6,7 minute, nicidecum 150 metri, hotelul avea o poarta care ii permitea sa ajungi mai repede dar era inchisa, astfel trebuia sa ocoleti tot hotelul.Cu sigurana nu ne vom m-ai intoarce la acest hotel, nu ne-au convins ca merita.

Probleme am avut cu camera,avand copil destul de mic,am fost cazati cu fata la piscina unde dupa masa de la anumite ore era o galagie infernala .organizand unele activitati.am solcitat o alta camera dar am fost refuzati cu un zambet larg...Nu santem fitosi ne-am adaptat copilul,cu somnul,dupa programul lor!Mai o problema neplacuta a fost o individa care servea la barul hotelului care am avut impresia ca nu suferea romanii,se uita la noi mai sa ne manance! Distanta la mare e mai mult de 150m ,iesirea din spatele hotelului e inchisa si trebuie sa ocolesti jumatate de strada!
