Location: The hotel is located in the northwest part of Sunny Beach resort, just 600m away from the beach and about a kilometre from the centre of the resort. The hotel`s location provide fast access to all attractions in the resort.
Beach: Sandy, 600m away. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. Enjoy the most beautiful and clean beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winner of the "Blue Flag" award
Accommodation: Built in 2008, the hotel has 30 large and comfortable double rooms with an extra bed and 5 apartments. All rooms and apartments are stylish and modern furnished and have bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, TV, internet access, fridge, air conditioning and terrace. The hotel has one elevator

DBL 2+1: Approximate area 20m2. The rooms have double bed, the extra bed is an extendable armchair, bathroom with shower, WC, air conditioning, telephone, TV, fridge, terrace. Room cleaning daily, linen changing every 3 days.The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
1-BR APP 4+1: Approximate area 55m2. In all apartments have one bedroom with two regular beds and one living room with another two regular beds and one extendable sofa. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The facilities are bathroom with shower, WC, balcony, air conditioning, telephone, TV, fridge, balcony. Room cleaning daily, linen changing every 3 days. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults.
* Babies are NOT included in the maximum capacity of the rooms. Up to 1 (one) additional infant is allowed above the maximum occupancy.

The baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel does not have rooms adapted for people with physical disabilities
About the hotel: At guest`s disposal are big yard with a pool for adults and children, pool bar, restaurant, reception desk, parking. Close to the hotel there are amusements, bars and restaurants.
